I had a great stay on the trip I took with my mom. The location was convenient because the bus stop was right in front, the facilities were clean, and the staff was friendly. The food and hot springs were especially great~ My mom was also satisfied overall😄 It was a great experience to be able to experience a traditional Japanese tatami room.

There is free water, beer and juice in the small refrigerator. The electric kettle has hot water that has already been heated, and there is also a pot of room temperature water to drink next to it The room is heated and air-conditioned at the same time In addition to shampoo and other products, there are also toners, makeup lotions, and lotions that can be used. There are also hair loops for long hair. The whole arrangement is very careful. The view of the room is first-rate, and soaking in a daze in the open-air hot spring is a first-class enjoyment. Dinner and breakfast are in the restaurant on the second floor. Arrange a time with the waiter to go to the first floor and they will show you where to eat. Dining is in a semi-private room with tatami mats, and no other guests will be seen. The waiter for both meals is the same person, needless to say, polite, with a bright smile, very hard to explain the dishes in simple English. It is suitable for people who like to be quiet, slow, and [not to see people]!

Accommodation and meals were excellent. Quaint accommodation, onsen, meals were all great. Staff were very friendly, heard it is a historic accommodation but it is well preserved and a very nice place in many ways.

Very good experience overall. Lake view is awesome. Service is great and people very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good but a bit pricey. Products are fresh and very good but for the price I was expected a bit more choice and quantities.

I was really lucky that I asked for a room with Sun Yat-sen's inscription in the message to the hotel, and the hotel arranged it for us. If you don't mind retro hotels, you must go and experience it! The room is very spacious and the view is beautiful. There are Japanese and Western breakfasts to choose from, both are delicious. The Western breakfast is more Western than what we had in Canada. The only drawback is that it is a little cold in winter because the corridor of the room is too open. The hotel also has a small private hot spring open to guests, but you need to go to the front desk to get the key. Overall, the experience is very good and it is definitely worthy of the top 1 summary of two Canadian long-term residents who experienced various hotels in Japan for a week!

The best thing is the service! The decoration style is relatively modern, not very old-fashioned, you can communicate in English (many hotel communication is quite annoying), you can take the subway to Odawara Station, you will send an email before the trip, and the food is ordinary, not amazing.

All I can say is I’m super love the hotel! Very convenient, near the hakone ropeway, near the pirate ship! There is also private and public Onsen. Super love their buffet dinner and buffet breakfast! Highly recommend people and my friends to go! Will revisit again :))

They also drove us to buy food and talked to us about many local customs and food, as well as the hotel's future design and planning. I am looking forward to the next visit. At night, we took a private bath, which was very comfortable and private. The mask in the private bath is really super easy to use, so I took a piece away...☺Hehe... The next day, the supervisor brother and sister sent us to take the bus and told us where to go and what to eat. It was really a great experience. Next time, I will bring my parents to this hotel. Japanese-style hotel, small and exquisite, with meticulous service. Breakfast and dinner are quite attentive, rich, and taste OK. The hot spring is very comfortable and the room is spacious. The downside is that the transportation is inconvenient, and you can choose to charter a car. The public area is small and there is no courtyard. Moreover, the room we were arranged in the corner of the first floor, and the private bath in the room is facing a wall of earth slope. The family open-air private bath is arranged at the foot of the mountain, just looking at the earth slope. When taking a bath, I didn’t enjoy any exquisiteness at all, and there was no scenery in the official picture at all. The arrangement of 6,000 yuan for one night to pick up the airport is really a nuisance.
