Kkifteh97Amazing experience in this ryokan! Felt very warmly welcomed by the owner who would come out to send us off or receive us when we entered or exited. Also received a welcome cake from him! Rooms were comfortable and the private onsen experience was really luxurious. Easy drive out to see the attractions we wanted to in Hakone.

MM49605****I have great memories here Thanks to the staff for their helpful assistance They will help you inquire about the questions you want to know The people who live here are of high quality and everyone keeps quiet The bed is very big, and when the door is closed, a small world appears I stayed for two nights and visited several places in Hakone. I especially recommend the hot springs with discounts at the hotel. You can experience authentic Japanese hot springs for 700 yen. Very comfortable!

The Japanese-style garden is full of Japanese Zen, and it is super beautiful to take pictures. The owner is enthusiastic and fluent in English. The African artworks in the store are unique and come from his African experience. The stories are super interesting. Staying in dorm, you will meet travelers from all over the world. The atmosphere is good, and the price is 1200 yen per night, which is very cost-effective. Breakfast and dinner are about 1200 yen, and they are delicious and authentic. You can also make an appointment for private time to soak in the hot springs, which is private and comfortable. There is also a luggage transportation service at Yumoto Station, which is super considerate. I sincerely recommend coming here to experience a different Hakone trip!

The hotel is located in quite a secluded area with limited amenities/dining options. There’s a 7-11 and Lawson if you really can’t find a restaurant that’s opened. There’s also a lot of stairs which might be challenging if you have heavy luggages.

The room was spacious and clean with a bathroom. There was no problem putting four beds. The hotel also has its own hot spring, and each room can be reserved for half an hour. The boss lady saw that my friend and I were staying in a room and offered to make an appointment for an hour. In short, it was a very happy experience! But it should be noted that the hotel has no restaurant and is a certain distance from the convenience store. It is best to bring some food with you. The hotel's own store will be closed, and you can only buy some water and instant noodles.

GGuest UserIt feels like a B&B hotel~ One-on-one communication and service~ After receiving one group of guests, they go to the next~ They are really attentive~ And because they are receiving a group~ So going to the hot spring becomes a private reservation~~ The quality of the hot spring is very good.
