"I really liked the hotel. It's conveniently located, but only if you have a small suitcase. There's a shuttle to the train station. The nearest store is a seven-minute walk along the embankment. The room was on the 8th floor, which was convenient for leaving the hotel since the exit is on the roof. The room was clean and had everything you need. The view from the room was stunning."

"This was my mother and daughters' first international trip together, and thanks to this place, we had such a happy and enjoyable time! 🥰 Everyone was incredibly friendly, and both the outdoor private onsen and indoor hot spring bath in our room were clean and beautiful! 👍 My mom had been wanting to go to a hot spring for years, and she was absolutely thrilled and very satisfied. 💜 Dinner and breakfast were also fantastic; you could really feel the effort put into each dish, and we got to try new ingredients, so it was all delicious! 😍 If you're driving from Shizuoka by rental car, I highly recommend taking the toll road! We took the free road and ended up learning to drive in Japan 'Spartan-style' on our first day, thanks to the massive forest roads and fog. Haha. We received the best hospitality during our stay, which helped my mother and daughters make truly wonderful memories. 🧡 Thank you so much. We'll definitely come back with the whole family next time! "There's a free shuttle bus from Atami Station. We stayed in a tatami room, which was very clean and had an absolutely stunning view. If the weather's good, you can even watch the sunrise from your room in the morning. Upon check-in, we received complimentary tickets to the hot spring facilities at the new building. The open-air onsen faces the ocean and was incredibly enjoyable. Inside, there are various lounges, making it easy to spend half a day there. Dinner was served at the new building, and after our bath, we ate at the time arranged by the front desk. The food was incredibly plentiful and delicious, and alcoholic beverages were also complimentary. When we returned to our room after dinner, the staff had already laid out our futons – such a thoughtful touch! I highly recommend this hotel for family trips."

"I chose to stay in this low-key hotel on the mountain in Atami City. Although I had to take a taxi to get in and out, I actually didn’t want to leave the hotel and my room after checking in. The scenery outside is very beautiful, there is a private onsen in the room, and the hotel services and facilities are impeccable. You can go to the lounge to have a drink, eat snacks and watch the sunset before dinner! The hotel’s dinner serves Japanese food presented to guests in a French style. The menu can be fine-tuned according to each guest’s taste requirements and will be signed off by the responsible waiter for confirmation! With such serious service, you will definitely be satisfied with breakfast and dinner! Three days and two nights accommodation, great value for money service and enjoyment!"

"I first stayed at this hotel seven years ago and absolutely loved the lush green golf course and the peaceful comfort of the open-air rotenburo. I chose to stay here again this time, despite being well aware of the inconvenient transportation. I decided to make a compromise; I took a taxi for check-in and arranged a private car for check-out, so I didn't have to rely on the hotel's somewhat limited transportation options, especially since their shuttle only goes to a particular bus stop. Upon checking in, I was delighted to find that the overall facilities hadn't been scaled back. The courtyard was also filled with numerous lilies, their subtle fragrance perfuming the air. Our butler, Yamaki, spoke good English and was very pleasant. Although she was a newcomer with only a year of experience, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease. This time, in addition to the yukata provided in the room, I also rented a beautiful patterned one, which was very similar to the one I wore at Sensoji Temple – that made me really happy! Last time, we had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, but my child wasn't particularly fond of the dinner, so this time we only opted for breakfast. The breakfast spread was remarkably similar to what it was seven years ago, and it still maintained that wonderful sense of occasion."
