The room is spacious and the service is excellent! We especially like the food (Japanese dishes) for both dinner and breakfast. We would recommend to friends and will come back again in the future.

The room was absolutely beautiful! 🤩 The hot spring was also incredibly relaxing. I stayed in a two-story room, so the two spaces were very separate and comfortable! The bed was also very, very large! The bamboo forest view from the window was absolutely stunning.

The place looks like the pictures. It’s about 20 mins away by bus from the hakoneyumoto station. We used the baggage delivery service at the train station (1000 yen per piece for regular size baggage) and when we checked in, our bags were in the room already. The staff is very nice and helpful. We’re thankful for the shuttle to the nearby bus station. The food is great. The onsen is very relaxing. We had a great time at this place. Definitely will stay again when I visit Hakone.

There is nothing amazing about it. The room is just big. Many reviews have basically written about it. Kaiseki is not as good as expected, but it has become a deduction for me. If the full score is 100, I think it will be 80 points for this stay. After all, the price did not meet my expectations!
