We arrived quite late and were worried that we may have a problem with parking as the hotel had sent us an email to say they were having work done and had lost some of the car park. As it turned out it was not a problem and there was plenty of spaces. At check in the young man couldn’t find the room keys but Roseanne came to the rescue and all was well. We had booked a standard room at £72 but ended up in a Premier plus room. Lovely room, very clean and light. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and Roseanne was now at breakfast. Roseanne told us she left at 11.00pm and was back in at 7.00am. Constantly on the go, seating people and clearing tables, a hard worker and a true ambassador for Premier Inns. Well done Roseanne and thank you. Whenever possible we always stay at Premier Inns, you know what you are going to get. We’ve never had a bad experience yet. Highly recommended.

Nicest Premier Inn - felt like a higher end hotel! Coffee machine, large flat screen, A/C, power shower. Staff were really friendly and helpful too. It was absolutely spotless and freshly renovated - can’t beat it for the money. Bed was big and comfy and the pillows felt expensive.

Fantastic hotel as we have all come to expect but it only gets a four from me as the bar is bottle's only and quite limited normally they have a bar connected to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful no complaints there overall Carlisle U14S rugby team say a big thanks 👍🏻

Wonderful hotel with brilliant staff. Bed and room exceptional Comfortable and really clean. Great food with staff very aware and regarding intolerance issues. We were warm and comfortable and had some wonderful food. A great hotel and will without doubt will use premier inn's instead of other hotel's in future

Pleasant staff, easy free parking and good amenities made this a good stay. The early closing of the restaurant for dinner (around 7.30pm) and broken coffee machine at breakfast were the only flaws when we visited. Quiet and comfortable night was followed by a good breakfast of cooked food. We went after the rush (around 9.30) - if we had been earlier we probably would have struggled to find space. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with our young child. Would stay again.

I throughly enjoy staying here as it’s very close to my family. I am a electric wheelchair user and find it is very easy to move around dining/breakfast room. My humble thanks to the AMAZING team. Everything was brilliant spotless clean thanks to very high clean standards of Mel and Ruth. Lucy the manager Lucy is really helpful and kind. I also wish to thank Koby for his AMAZING people skills, he is superb in every way. Koby is very patient and always is easy to talk too. Thank you Koby

Think this Premier Inn is in our top 3 if not number 1. Booked Premier Plus. Spotless room. Food excellent. Staff above and beyond. Treats in room for hubby’s 70th birthday. Second stay here and won’t be our last. Shame about parking charges now but we had booked 10 months ago so was free.

This was our first time staying in a Premier Plus room. We got a good price with free brreakfast in an early booking offer. The rooms are bigger , with more seating, a coffe-pod machine , Green & Blacks chocolates and bottled water in the decent sized fridge. As well as the better wifi that they usuaully charge for. Its very comfortable and quiet (until the builders set off the fire alarm) . I would have liked some decaff coffee for the pod machine. Dinner in the Thyme restaurant , which we'd not been tempted by before, was surprisingly good and a good gluten free steak dinner with adjustments from the helpful staff, was devoured.
