The Resort is really nice and I had a very relaxing stay! The food also tastes good! The staffs are very friendly and accommodating, they let me fly my drone inside the hotel area. Would definitely visit again!

The room facilities are dilapidated.
Breakfast is disappointing. There are very few choices and the taste is not good. So better not include breakfast.

Interesting resort. The gate is too simple and frugal that we were a bit disappointed when we saw it in the taxi. But when you go through the glass restaurant, you’ll find a new jungle garden world. Good gardening and swimming pool. However the room facilities are a little old, especially the bathroom which should be renovated. Btw there are many funny exploration restaurants, farms and places near the resort.

One of the best hotel experience. actually stayed here twice in January and February. Everything about this place is simply great. It is truly quiet. Not quiet because we were lucky. Its quiet during any day of the week. No bars around or airplanes landing. All guests are quiet and respectful towards others rest time. The construction materials are very solid and isolate both sound and temperature. I loved the blackout curtains.
Some rooms got bathtubes. The pools are kept really clean even during cold days when no one is swimming. The garden is just beatiful and taken good care of. It's also the reason why there is no noise from the road and the air is less dry (it is really dry during winter months).
Breakfast, dinners were good. I loved deep fried fish, ordered it several times. There is a nice Swiss place walkable distance away and a Thai restaurant farm with a small play area for kids.
Staff speaks English and Mandarin Chinese. They were helpful with any request.
Whenever i am back to Chiang Mai, its my number one choice now.

The hotel experience during this trip to Chiang Mai was really great! As soon as I stepped into the hotel, it was as if I was in a tropical rainforest, surrounded by lush green plants, and the unique environment and atmosphere were directly full. The attitude of the waiter is even more amazing, enthusiastic and thoughtful, from checking in to providing various travel suggestions, it makes people feel warm. The breakfast is rich in variety, with local specialties and common meals, which can meet the needs of different tastes.
However, there is a small shortcoming. The hotel does not provide free laundry service. Laundry requires an additional charge. The clerk did not inform me in advance, which made me a little troubled when packing my luggage. But I have to praise that the hotel is in an excellent location. It is very convenient to go to Chiang Mai Night Safari and Grand Canyon Water Park, which saves a lot of time for travel. Overall, except for the small episode of laundry, I am very satisfied with other aspects. I will consider this hotel next time I come to Chiang Mai!
