早餐華夫餅好吃

酒店很新，乾淨，服務很好

酒店前台服務水平太差了，要投訴一個叫什麼凱的前台工作人員。27日早上10點50左右退房時，前面有住客在諮詢我就排隊等着，幾分鐘後此住客諮詢結束的時候，工作人員並沒有招呼我一聲哪怕是説一句請稍等，然後開始打電話。等他打完電話時，有別的住客插隊諮詢，這時我跟他説“你好，我要辦退房”，他沒聽到，然後準備對應那個插隊的住客，我就再大聲説了一句“我在排隊等着退房”,結果他竟然很太低極差地説了一句“你把房卡放這裏就好了！” 一家在客運大樓的五星酒店，客户一般都是趕航班的，就這個服務水平，我是一點都不推薦。

訂了5間房，辦理入住非常快，服務態度很好，環境不錯，衞生非常乾淨，2層一出客運大樓就是，相當方便了，他們家還有快速安檢服務，但是衹能國內航線，國際航線不行！ 現磨咖啡:沒喝到，忘了問了

環境衞生好 安靜🤫

The hotel has a sense of design and a sense of space. From the hotel window, I can see the rooms of the Hyatt hotel across the street. The glass panes are bright and deep, just like the glass cube building in Tokyo. There are great public spaces on each floor, where you can talk with friends or just look out the window and relax... The hotel service is professional but not distant, especially the managers and service staff in the executive lounge and Chinese restaurant. The service is comfortable and quick, without the "neither humble nor arrogant" misunderstanding of some hotels. The breakfast is especially good, full of sincerity and rich in variety. The happy hour at the VIP Club is also of good quality. Recommended ~ I just forgot to take photos...

酒店很不錯，前台的George，服務也很熱情。

房間很新，如果到T4做國際航班，這是最方便的酒店，出門就到，而且都在客運大樓之內，視為就在安檢口的酒店

新穎舒适 处在第4航站內 乘早机不錯的选择 但办入住时前台員态度異常冷漠 😒

第一次入住杭州凱悦旗下的酒店，因為航班延誤才選個離機場近點的品牌酒店，酒店的房間新裝修的味道很重，房間地板走起路來有異響，像似空鼓，入住時前台服務態度不怎麼好，沒有介紹酒店的設施，沒有幫忙拿行李到房間，離店時服務員也比較冷漠，一問三不知
