The water heater malfunctioned on your arrival day, but it was promptly repaired and back online. Each room has its own three-horsepower central air conditioner, which should provide excellent heating and cooling. Please inform our staff of the issue and they will fix it. We've also replaced the toilet seat. If you're in this area again, please book with us again and give us a chance to apologize. We'll definitely not have this problem again! We look forward to seeing you again!
