Everything about the hotel is very good, I am very satisfied. The waiters all have 5 star service. Because my previous stay was more expensive than this but the service was average. All good accommodations in Bukittinggi are expensive, but this one is mid-priced and has good service. On the second day, breakfast was taken to the grand royal Denai, 4xing hotel.

Ordinary hotel.. 2 Star Hotel.. wrongly book this branch.. Apparently there is a 4 Star hotel.. But the service is good..

The hotel smells..I asked for a queen bed but didn't get it..the air conditioner was noisy..the mattress and sheets all smelled..I didn't sleep well..there was no wifi..it wasn't nice to be on vacation for 4 days😡😡..I couldn't watch TV..the breakfast wasn't as good as the one in the picture

Overall everything is OK. -the staff is very helpful best - same breakfast menu 2 days stay here -not soft towels (Old) -bathroom... running water -hot shower water is difficult to coordinate.

For the location, it is quite close to the clock tower

The price is quite good compared to hotels of the same class.

The location is good, the staff are all friendly. The interior of the bathroom is nice and clean, the restaurant is also pretty good even though the food is minimalist, but unfortunately the downstairs room that we stayed in, apart from being musty, there is also a lot of dust which makes coughs and colds for those of us who are allergic to dust, like a room that hasn't been used for a long time 😷
