The service was excellent! We received a welcome fruit platter and a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a fantastic view, especially the night scenery – absolutely breathtaking. I just regret forgetting to take a picture!

The location isn't too far from Beijing Road Pedestrian Street; you can easily get there by shared bicycle. Plus, there's a really good hotpot restaurant right next to the hotel, so the location is excellent. The lobby is on the 16th floor and has a very simple yet cozy style, which is very comfortable. Just up the stairs next to the elevator is the top floor, where you can do laundry and drying, which is super convenient. The best part is, if you leave your clothes out at night and write your room number on the sticky note provided, the night staff will help you put them in the washing machine and dryer. You can then pick them up the next morning, which is incredibly convenient and means you can pack fewer clothes. The room itself is good. Initially, the water pressure for the shower felt a bit too strong, but after I reported it to the front desk, they fixed it by the next day – very efficient. Every day after we went out, the cleaning staff would promptly tidy up the room and replace the slippers and bath towels. Coming back to a clean and neat room always brightens my mood.

The hotel lobby smelled amazing. When I checked out, the front desk attendant even gave me a spray of the same fragrance. The hotel was clean and comfortable, I slept really well, and there are lots of great food options downstairs. It was a wonderful stay.

They only have two lift 🛗 and one was on renovation so might take a long time to wait especially only one elevator can go down to first floor from other floors with hotel room. Difficult to find a place to stop/park and get luggage down. Not far to Beijing road if travel by DIDI.

Very good. I had to extend my stay for an extra night due to a business trip, and the price was excellent. They upgraded my room, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. It felt very secure as you need to use a key card to enter and exit. I'll definitely book here again next time.

Traveling solo, I stayed for several nights. The hotel's location is excellent, right at the three-way intersection just off Jiefang Bridge, making it very convenient to get anywhere. The front desk is on the 16th floor, and the service attitude is great. The room offers city views and there are amenities like a laundry room. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The service is great. The environment is good, clean and tidy, and it's very quiet at night, with no loud noises, so I can sleep soundly until morning. It's my first choice hotel when I travel for business.

Facilities: No issues with soundproofing between rooms, and the bathroom shower has excellent water pressure. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff are thorough and only enter the room after we've left. Environment: Well-maintained, the lobby and elevators are modern, and the local restaurants nearby are delicious. Service: Phone calls are answered quickly. Laundry staff consistently check the machines to see if cycles are finished, then transfer clothes to the dryer or deliver them back to the room.

The environment is great, and the beds are clean and tidy. The front desk service was very patient. The location is super convenient for getting to all the attractions. The family room is perfect for trips with kids. I'd definitely recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Guangzhou.

The room was quite basic, but the facilities were new and the hygiene was good. The surrounding area was just okay, and overall, I'd say the value for money was average. The service was decent. However, having the front desk on the 16th floor was very inconvenient! It's about a ten-minute walk from City No. 2 Palace subway station, which is acceptable.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Pearl River and various attractions, with many good restaurants nearby. The hotel service is also fantastic and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Guangzhou.
