Friendly staff. Mr Shu is kind and helpful. Very responsive on Wechat.
My only only complaint is the noise from other guests. Thin walls and every single morning around 7-8am there is significant noise from other rooms or floors. Couldn’t get proper sleep sometimes.

Excellent service and hospitality, convenience location, easy to get everywhere, easy to get local food around, if you want to experience the local Shanghainese in this residential area is a must, you won’t regret.

This hotel is very nice. It is located in a historic building and has a vintage style. The hotel is very affordable and the staff were very friendly giving us directions and resteraunt recommendations. The staff was able to speak some English which is helpful.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a fantastic location. The host was incredibly helpful, making us feel like we were visiting a relative's home. He even assisted us in sending a parcel to friends in mainland China and generously shared fresh fruit with us.

an absolutely adorable little boutique tucked away in a authentic little alley with lots of little markets and corner stores, it‘s super central and close to nanjing road and the bund ! its really clean, tidy and quiet. the owner is soo nice and helps you with any questions you have ! they even helped us do laundry and order hand luggage that came in an hour !
