設施:房間還挺寬敞的，最喜歡的就是那個飄窗，大人和孩子都非常開心。熱水很充足，用品也很齊全。
環境:周邊交通很便利，離西湖那邊稍微有點遠，但是離財神廟真是很近。
服務:服務態度很好，小瑤服務態度很熱情。

暖陽和地瓜的服務很熱情。酒店離網紅天目裏 ，西湖，西溪濕地，靈隱寺都很方便 地鐵就在附近，房間都是智能，乾淨衞生，性價比很高，值得推薦。

這個酒店是不禁煙的！在大堂辦理入住的時候就聞到了煙味，前台小哥説客人抽他們也沒辦法，拜託，都2025年了，還是在發達的**，公共場所居然不禁煙？！會不會太離譜了？
晚上睡覺開中央空調，空調的出風口都是煙味，把空調關了才好一點。煙敏感慎住！
房間還挺大的，也比較新，但是第一間洗手間拉手拉不開，給我們換了一間房，有煙味，又換了一間，開空調依然有煙味……
