Stayed at an amazing hotel in Hangzhou!!! The staff had excellent service, and the front desk lady was very pretty and cute 🥰. The room was super clean, and the bed was especially large and soft. The soundproofing in the room was great, so I slept very comfortably 💤. The hotel robot helped deliver takeout, which was so convenient!! The hotel's location is good, with a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get to all the attractions in Hangzhou. We stayed for two nights, which included breakfast, and porridge was also offered in the evenings 🥣. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou!

The front desk processed my early check-in and upgraded my room, and they were quick to respond to my requests. The late-night snack was very simple, but the cocktails they mixed were quite good. The room featured a smart toilet, and the 'Xiao Yi' smart assistant, though a bit goofy, was quite cute. From my room, I could see Leifeng Pagoda in the distance. Downstairs, it was a walkable distance to Yintai in77 and West Lake, with West Lake Second Park being the closest. It was very convenient to take a night cruise on West Lake from the Second Park pier in the evening.

The reception is on the 12th floor, which also has a gym, laundry room, and restaurant. The room matches the photos and is a decent size. The dryers are harder to get than the washing machines. I chose to hang my clothes to dry in the room, and they were dry overnight. The TV has screen mirroring. When I first checked in, I thought the air conditioning wasn't cold enough, but after a bit, the room cooled down nicely. My sleep quality was good, and I didn't notice any issues with soundproofing.

Everything about our stay was satisfying. The smart room controls were very convenient and well-implemented. Breakfast was also perfect for us. Excellent value for money!
