The old villa where we spend our night was also special, spacioud, authentic and very well equipped: solid brass bath fittings.!!!) All contributed to a kind of exclusivity."

I've always loved Four Seasons hotels, even when I was abroad, and this one at Hangzhou Centre did not disappoint; the experience was fantastic. Check-in is on the 10th floor, and then you take a separate guest elevator up to your room. It's super convenient that food deliveries can be brought right to your door. The service was great, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The body lotion smelled amazing too, which made me happy!"

"Staying at the Grand Hyatt Hangzhou can be summed up as: first-class views, second-rate location, third-rate facilities, fourth-rate service, and an utterly substandard experience – it was a total bust. I booked two deluxe lake-view rooms with high expectations, but the reality was a huge letdown. The bathroom had a strong odor, and the air conditioning made a continuous strange noise, making it impossible to sleep through the night. During check-out, the front desk staff were indifferent and cold, lacking basic customer service. While boasting excellent views of West Lake, the neglect of room maintenance and basic service truly tarnishes the reputation of a five-star hotel. This experience was deeply disappointing."

"Radisson is always my top choice when I come to Hangzhou. The location is truly excellent, with the subway right downstairs, making it super convenient to get to the East Railway Station and the airport. The hotel's buffet breakfast offers a huge variety, and it's nice and warm while you eat. It's the first time I've seen apple slices, and I really liked them. This business trip was exhausting, so I paid to upgrade to a suite to enjoy a bath, and it was absolutely worth it! The hotel's latest welcome fruit was quite a pleasant surprise – really good. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel in this price range where the suite welcome fruit included cherries, a significant improvement from before, haha! Very satisfied, I'll be coming here often in the future. Big shout-out to Vivian for her excellent service and arrangements. The new laundry room is also great! The hotel has introduced a lot of innovations recently, which is wonderful."
