"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Five-star review! My stay at JW Marriott Hangzhou this time absolutely exceeded my expectations! The hotel room was clean and spacious, with excellent soundproofing and soft bedding, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The location was also super convenient for getting around. But what surprised me the most was the Executive Lounge! The Executive Lounge had a quiet and elegant ambiance with comfortable views. The afternoon tea desserts were exquisite and not overly sweet. The evening hot dishes were diverse and delicious. The service staff were responsive, making the entire dining experience relaxing and pleasant. The executive privileges offered incredible value for money. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Jennifer at the front desk! When I checked in, she meticulously explained the Executive Lounge's operating hours and dining rules, and proactively informed me about their special dishes. Later, when I inquired about the lounge, she patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. Her gentle and professional demeanor and thoughtful service made me feel incredibly comfortable. Both the facilities and service details were top-notch, and the Executive Lounge experience was exceptional. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou. Highly recommended!"
