The service is top-notch; they even upgraded our room upon check-in, which was a delightful surprise. The swimming pool is excellent, with clean water that the kids absolutely loved. The restaurant on the 4th floor is also delicious! 🤩 Highly recommend."

"I chose this 5-star hotel near the venue because I was attending a concert in Hangzhou. I'd seen it advertised on Ctrip for years and thought it was a traditional hotel. It was a quick few hours by high-speed train to Hangzhou East, and then a fast ride on Metro Line 3 to the New Century Grand Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived – all that research paid off! The facilities are new, like a newly opened hotel. Ms. Ingrid from guest services was very good and arranged a high floor for me. The value for money is also quite good, definitely recommend."

"I've always been a fan of the Hualong True Love Hotel. It's quiet and laid-back, perfect for a vacation, and super convenient for getting around, dining, and sightseeing. I think I've stayed here three or four times already. If I had to give one piece of feedback, it would be about the shared sliding glass door for the bathroom and shower. After showering, water tends to spill all over the bathroom floor. I hope the hotel can improve this sliding door issue; then it would be absolutely perfect."

"The young lady at the front desk provided excellent service. There's also a free parking lot and a wide variety of breakfast options. The environment is beautiful, and my stay was very pleasant. It's also very quiet at night, and they even have a free laundry room. I'll definitely stay here again next time, thumbs up!"

"The hotel is located next to a tea plantation, converted from an old villa by local residents. The rooms are very clean, with every corner tidied up immaculately, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The bathroom is also spotless. The overall atmosphere is cozy and not noisy. Bus 103 goes directly to Lingyin Temple, or you can walk there in about 30 minutes. You can tell from the details that it's well-maintained, making for a peaceful and pleasant stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance."

Service: The front desk staff's attitude was excellent! I'd recommend the hotel give them a bonus (literally: add chicken legs, an idiom for a bonus/reward)."

"This hotel is right by West Lake, making it super convenient for a stroll. The hotel's mini-landscapes are also beautifully designed. For a hotel by West Lake, the value for money is really high. The wontons at breakfast are freshly made and delicious. The only thing is that the mosquito repellent clip they gave us at the end didn't quite match the hotel's vibe."

EBO Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake)

"The hotel is right next to the Fengqi station, exit D3 (1 of the 3 metro stations near West Lake). This is on Line 1 which is 5 stations from Hangzhou East train station. Hotel sent reminder a few days prior, which includes directions to get there. During check in, they also prepare a pink sheet containing hotel information in English, which was very thoughtful. Initially, I was concerned the room might be dark but it turned out to be well-lit. Breakfast has an adequate spread including a live station for noodles and dumplings. The room size is good. It may not be the newest but it is modern and has interesting features eg. in-room music player. Amenities are also provided for. Some suggestions: Little bit dusty near the window area and a tinge of damp smell in the toilet, better soundproofing for the door."
