For families with kids in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, Club Med Longwu is an absolute must-go. My recent stay with my child was wonderful; it truly takes the stress out of parenting, and both adults and children had a great time. The resort's architecture features Song-style white walls and dark tiles, nestled amidst tea mountains. The environment is serene, the air is incredibly fresh, and beautiful Jiangnan garden views are everywhere, making it perfect for photos. The rooms are spacious, even the basic room type. The front desk was very thoughtful and upgraded our room to one with a scenic balcony, offering incredibly soothing views. Room details are very family-friendly, with kids' slippers, children's toiletries, and clean, hygienic wooden floors, which is great for allergic babies. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The most significant aspect is the all-inclusive package, covering food, accommodation, and activities. Our schedule was a bit tight this time, but I look forward to fully experiencing it on our next visit. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, along with Hangzhou-style tea snacks. There's a dedicated children's dining area with all sorts of snacks, fruits, and desserts that kids love. Afternoon tea, snacks, and drinks are available anytime, so you don't have to worry about where to eat for three meals a day. The park's recreational facilities are comprehensive, so there's no need to worry about rain. There's a heated indoor water park, an indoor children's playground, and a sports hall where you can play basketball, badminton, and table tennis. The kids burn off so much energy that they sleep soundly at night. During the day, you can experience tea culture family activities like tea picking and tea ceremonies. In the evenings, there are G.O dance and song shows and interactive family parties, where both adults and children can participate, creating a fantastic atmosphere with different fun experiences every night. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient, and responses to issues were prompt. The overall service was attentive and thoughtful. Special thanks to the concierge for the welcome gift, which included an adorable raccoon plush toy and a Baby Care infant care set. This resort is perfect for both short weekend getaways with kids and longer family trips during holidays. Adults can relax, and children can have a blast. It offers excellent value for money and has already been added to our family's repurchase list. I highly recommend it to all families! "

I have to give it a public shout-out! 🍃 **Location is Superb** 🚶 It's about a 10-minute walk to Lingyin Temple, so if you want to be among the first to offer incense in the morning, you don't have to get up extremely early and rush. What's most impressive is that despite being so close to the scenic area, it's incredibly quiet at night, not noisy at all. As a light sleeper, I felt very reassured. **Breakfast Exceeded Expectations** 🍳 I really have to praise their breakfast; the variety was much richer than I expected! And everything was prepared with great care, served hot, which was super comforting. **This Bed is Insane** 🛏️ I absolutely must highlight the bed in the room! It's absolutely, positively HUGE in person. I feel like two adults and two kids could sleep on it with no problem, rolling around freely. **Perfect Window View + Amazing Owner** ☕ Opening the curtains to the lush greenery outside was incredibly therapeutic. Sitting by the window with a cup of tea, unwinding, just made everything slow down. The landlady is especially warm, attentive, and down-to-earth. Any request we had, she promptly helped us with, making our stay feel very welcoming and comfortable. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. Next time I bring my family to Hangzhou, this will definitely be our top choice! 💯"

Bus 103 goes directly to Lingyin Temple, or you can walk there in about 30 minutes. You can tell from the details that it's well-maintained, making for a peaceful and pleasant stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance."

"The hotel is right next to the Fengqi station, exit D3 (1 of the 3 metro stations near West Lake). This is on Line 1 which is 5 stations from Hangzhou East train station. Hotel sent reminder a few days prior, which includes directions to get there. During check in, they also prepare a pink sheet containing hotel information in English, which was very thoughtful. Initially, I was concerned the room might be dark but it turned out to be well-lit. Breakfast has an adequate spread including a live station for noodles and dumplings. The room size is good. It may not be the newest but it is modern and has interesting features eg. in-room music player. Amenities are also provided for. Some suggestions: Little bit dusty near the window area and a tinge of damp smell in the toilet, better soundproofing for the door."
