Water Forest Designer Holiday Villa (Hangzhou Lin'an Qingshan Lake Water Forest Scenic Area)
"The room was clean, the butler service was attentive, parking was convenient, the neighborhood was quiet, and it was very close to Qingshan Lake. A very comfortable stay!"
Jinduoduo High-End Apartment (Olympic Sports Center)
"I chose this place because it's incredibly close to the concert venue—at most a ten-minute walk. The room was clean and tidy, and check-in was smooth and convenient. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby—everything you need! I would definitely choose this place again next time."
Amanfayun
"By chance, I returned to Amanfayun after a year. Aside from a minor unpleasant incident during check-in (which was beyond their control), the overall experience was perfect. I noticed the changes the hotel has undergone in a year. For example, the Amanfayun sign at the intersection has been replaced (the old one had more character, haha). The room now has a new Bluetooth-enabled speaker and a capsule coffee machine. The welcome amenity has changed from four small snacks to two small packets in the minibar, and they've added Longjing beer and an extra luggage rack. However, they've maintained what should be kept, like not adding lights, smart toilets, or TVs – these are things I believe shouldn't change. The entire team was more vibrant, lively, enthusiastic, professional, and meticulous than last time. This visit, I truly felt that every staff member I met could immediately recognize me and address me by my surname. (When the shuttle was taking me to check out, I dropped some personal items on the road. A staff member I saw on the roadside called the front desk. I said I hadn't lost anything, and the front desk repeatedly confirmed with me, but the staff member was so sure it was mine. When they brought it over, it indeed was! 😄). The service was subtly predictive and attentive. The housekeeping auntie, seeing me wandering outside my room, told me I could ask the front desk if I wanted to tour a room, which I actually had been thinking of doing. 👍 At the time, I was wearing slippers, and the ground was a bit wet, so when she cleaned the room later, she left two extra pairs of slippers. She also noticed I used the coffee machine and boiled water for tea, so she placed extra bottles of water in that area. Charging cables were neatly coiled, and a mat was placed under my personal toiletries bag, among other thoughtful details. There was a warm welcome and send-off in every area. I found out that going to Faxi Temple would take half an hour on foot, and it was hot and humid with no other suitable transportation. I casually mentioned it in the breakfast restaurant, and the hotel immediately arranged a shuttle for me. It was an empty small road, and after a ten-minute walk after getting off, I arrived at the main entrance of Faxi Temple. I was the only one on the entire path, very serene. When they came to pick me up to return to the hotel, they thoughtfully prepared iced water and iced towels. At check-out, I saw a cute little cat lying on my bill, and finally, the staff members saw me off to the car. I look forward to my next visit. P.S. The hotel is a bit stingy with upgrades! I booked a package that included a free upgrade this time, but didn't get one, especially as a returning guest. ゚(゚´ω`゚)゚。"
Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre
"This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Hangzhou Centre, and very close to Hangzhou Tower and the newly opened Hang Lung Plaza. I've always loved Four Seasons hotels, even when I was abroad, and this one at Hangzhou Centre did not disappoint; the experience was fantastic. Check-in is on the 10th floor, and then you take a separate guest elevator up to your room. It's super convenient that food deliveries can be brought right to your door. The service was great, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The body lotion smelled amazing too, which made me happy!"
Zhongshan West Lake Hotel Hangzhou
Timeless lakeside manor, featuring traditional Qing-style architecture and serene private gardens, just a stone's throw from West Lake.
Grand Hyatt Hangzhou
"Extending my stay was a great decision, the room was clean. The service from Cardine was excellent, making my extended stay very enjoyable."
Radisson Hangzhou Qianjiang
"Great value for money! The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location is good, not far from the airport, about a 20-minute drive. It's also only about 10-20 minutes to the city center. There are dining, entertainment, and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient."
Pagoda Hotel Hangzhou West Lake · Wulin Plaza
"The HANGZHOU JUNTEEN DESIGN HOTEL has an excellent and convenient location. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The hotel staff are very welcoming, especially the donut service staff, who were very nice and attentive. I'm very satisfied!"
Pujing Yuanju (Hangzhou Xihu Longjing)
"The hotel room was very clean, and the front desk staff and the aunties were incredibly warm and friendly. The backyard garden looked meticulously maintained and was perfect for photos! We also happened to be there when they were gathering wild vegetables, and they even made us delicious wild vegetable pancakes!"
Zhejiang Xizi Hotel · Wangzhuang · West Lake Famous Garden
A prestigious lakeside estate, complete with a magnificent indoor pool and private shoreline walks, all nestled within the historic West Lake gardens.
Hangzhou Xixi Rezen Hotel
"Every time I stay, the room is impeccably clean, and the furniture, like the tables and chairs, is polished to a shine. Surrounded by greenery, it's an exceptionally comfortable place to relax."
Noah's Ark in the City
"My boyfriend and I chose this hotel for our trip, and it was absolutely divine for couples! The floor-to-ceiling windows combined with the soft ambient lighting create a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel also has an outdoor pool that wasn't crowded at all, making it very peaceful. The water was clean, and we had a great time swimming and taking photos together during the day. The whole room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. All the facilities were well-equipped. The package included special cocktails and a tea ceremony with a fire pit, which was an amazing deal. Highly recommended!"
Hangzhou West Lake Orchid Retreat Resort Hotel (Wulin Square, Xianingqiao Metro Station Branch)
"On a business trip to Hangzhou, this hotel is a great choice for business travelers. The room is quiet, so you don't have to worry about being disturbed, and the spacious desk makes it convenient to work in the evenings. Housekeeping cleans thoroughly every day, and the lobby even offers free lemon water, a nice touch when you need a break and some hydration. Commuting around the area is easy, saving time and effort when heading to commercial districts for business. It's a truly reassuring stay! 👏"
Hangzhou Xingdu Hotel
"The room was surprisingly big, with a huge bathroom, extremely clean. We were surprised to receive a welcome gift of snacks. The gym was very well-equipped for a hotel gym. The breakfast has good variety, with both Chinese and Western options. This is a five-star hotel experience for an affordable price."
Elong Hotel Hangzhou WestLake
Near West Lake, offering scenic views and easy access to Hangzhou’s cultural landmarks.
Media Hotel
"Overall, it was just okay. It's very close to in77, within walking distance, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, not far from the night market either. As for transportation, since it's near West Lake, traffic is really bad. Luckily, there's a subway station nearby, so I wouldn't recommend taking a taxi unless absolutely necessary; the subway is much better. Regarding the accommodation, well, the hotel is quite old, and the facilities are dated. Although I got a free room upgrade, soundproofing is still a major drawback. Whether it was conversations in the hallway or children running around upstairs, if I hadn't been so tired from a day of sightseeing and just wanted to rest, I would have definitely complained to the front desk. P.S. On another note, I'd like to praise the breakfast; it was pretty good!"
