"My stay at the Grand Hyatt Hangzhou this time was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to Sunny Shen, the front desk agent! She was incredibly warm and professional throughout the check-in process, patiently answering all my questions about travel and room types with a view. Her demeanor was gentle and meticulous, and she proactively highlighted the features of the hotel's West Lake view rooms and suggested nearby attractions. Her service was perfectly balanced, never once feeling perfunctory or dismissive. The room faced West Lake directly, and the curved floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views, with the scenic landscape unfolding before my eyes. From inquiry to check-in, everything was handled very efficiently, and any request I had was met with a patient response. The thoughtful and attentive service made my trip exceptionally comfortable. I'll definitely choose the Grand Hyatt again on my next visit to Hangzhou, and I highly recommend asking for Sunny when you check in!"

Mercure Hangzhou West Lake Yuquan
"The location is absolutely ideal. The courtyard is quiet and peaceful, and it's not far from the botanical garden and West Lake, which is perfect for walks with kids. The staff are very friendly and proactive, offering suggestions for activities and recommendations for nearby restaurants and transportation. The soundproofing and blackout curtains in the room are excellent. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The entire room, including the corners, was meticulously cleaned."
Pujing Yuanju (Hangzhou Xihu Longjing)
"The hotel room was very clean, and the front desk staff and the aunties were incredibly warm and friendly. The backyard garden looked meticulously maintained and was perfect for photos! We also happened to be there when they were gathering wild vegetables, and they even made us delicious wild vegetable pancakes!"

"Discovered a heavenly resort in Hangzhou, the Xiyu Creek Sky Garden! The rooftop garden is surrounded by lush greenery, and the Santorini-style pool is absolutely stunning. Swimming at night under the stars is incredibly romantic. The room details are impeccable, with a private hot tub, smart devices readily available, and high-quality toiletries. The butler service is thoughtful and attentive, and the hygiene is spotless. It's perfect for taking photos and relaxing. A top choice for a short getaway, I left feeling completely delighted and will definitely return."
Hangzhou West Lake Orchid Retreat Resort Hotel (Wulin Square, Xianingqiao Metro Station Branch)
"On a business trip to Hangzhou, this hotel is a great choice for business travelers. The room is quiet, so you don't have to worry about being disturbed, and the spacious desk makes it convenient to work in the evenings. Housekeeping cleans thoroughly every day, and the lobby even offers free lemon water, a nice touch when you need a break and some hydration. Commuting around the area is easy, saving time and effort when heading to commercial districts for business. It's a truly reassuring stay! 👏"
Hangzhou Xingdu Hotel
"The hotel is a bit far from the subway station; public transport might be more convenient. However, it's not far from West Lake and Wulin, just a short ride away. Downstairs, there's the Guxin River fitness trail, which is a really nice environment for a stroll. I booked a two-night package, and at check-in, the front desk upgraded me to an Executive King Room, which was very comfortable. The shower stall was spacious, with strong water pressure and quick hot water, plus you could sit down while showering, which was very convenient. The view from the high-floor window was pleasant, offering a glimpse of the pale green Guxin River. Upon check-in, the front desk gave me a travel amenities kit that included shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and a bar of soap. The hotel staff were very responsive; whether I asked for a new bottle of shower gel or inquired about the location of the express locker, they actively and promptly helped me. Overall, the Executive room type had the standard configuration of a star-rated hotel. There are many local noodle restaurants downstairs, making dining convenient, and food deliveries are brought to the room by a robot. It's definitely worth a stay."
Elong Hotel Hangzhou WestLake
Near West Lake, offering scenic views and easy access to Hangzhou’s cultural landmarks.
Media Hotel
"Overall, it was just okay. It's very close to in77, within walking distance, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, not far from the night market either. As for transportation, since it's near West Lake, traffic is really bad. Luckily, there's a subway station nearby, so I wouldn't recommend taking a taxi unless absolutely necessary; the subway is much better. Regarding the accommodation, well, the hotel is quite old, and the facilities are dated. Although I got a free room upgrade, soundproofing is still a major drawback. Whether it was conversations in the hallway or children running around upstairs, if I hadn't been so tired from a day of sightseeing and just wanted to rest, I would have definitely complained to the front desk. P.S. On another note, I'd like to praise the breakfast; it was pretty good!"
