Hot Springs Hotels in Hangzhou

We received warm welcome. Overall excellent service from hotel staff to the restaurants. We had a happy and enjoyable stay at the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree. Highly recommend this place. After staying at the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree for 3 nights, we went on to stay at the Shanghai on the bund Bayan Tree. We experienced a stark contrast in service from the front desk staff from the bund Banyan Tree. We wondered why they kept stopping us from getting into the room that we have booked for. In the end, we went through changing 3 rooms before they finally gave us the correct facing room. So, beware of the Shanghai on the Bund Banyan Tree and do not believe in the free upgrade or upsize room. We rejected the first corner room only to be given another corner room at the other end that were both warm and uncomfortable. The staff kept assuring us that they were bigger rooms and better view than the Panorama Riverside Retreat-King room that we have booked for but we want the room that we have booked. Why can't they give us the right room in the first place and have to made us go through changing from one room to another. A clear dishonest play here. We missed the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree front desk staff.

Nice 5-star hotel with really good price. However, it’s not that close to metro station. Bus stop is just outside, can go most of attractions. Highly recommend to stay here.

🌟Amazing stay experience! This hotel is definitely the most satisfying one I have ever stayed in! The room is super spacious and bright. As soon as I entered the door, I was shocked by the floor-to-ceiling windows on the whole wall. The sun filled the whole space, the view was invincible and wide, and my mood brightened instantly. 🏙️The location couldn't be better! It takes only 3 minutes to walk from the hotel to the subway station. There is no pressure to travel. Whether it is shopping or commuting, it is like turning on a ”direct plug-in”. There are convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. You can easily get hot food late at night. It is very friendly to lazy people! 🛏️The details of the facilities are perfect! The bedding is as soft as clouds, and with the night view of the city outside the window, you can directly turn on the immersive vacation mode. The room is also equipped with smart appliances and a thoughtful small refrigerator, which is completely as comfortable as at home. The service of the front desk lady and brother is warm and professional, and they actively recommend the hidden check-in points around, and the experience is directly full! ✨To sum up in one sentence: If you want a good view and floor-to-ceiling windows, if you want convenience and a subway, if you want comfort and space, this hotel must be included in my unlimited repurchase list!

Our party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

The overall environment is very comfortable, the scenery is very good, and the air is fresh. The most worrying thing about choosing a vacation in the mountains is that the supporting facilities are not perfect and the items needed cannot be supplied. The hotel has comprehensive supporting facilities and can order most of the items for delivery. The housekeeper is online 24 hours a day, responds very quickly, and the service attitude of the staff is very good. It can be seen that the management is in place. This time, due to the tight holiday room supply, I was unable to successfully renew my stay. I hope to have the opportunity to come back for recuperation next time.

Ele Jane is in a very good and convenient location. Very close to the Longjing Tea village and in a natural environment. It is like staying in the forest within the city, which is a short DiDi ride away. DiDi’s were easy to hail and we never had to wait long. Our room was upgraded at no cost on arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel to go explore the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on what the area offers. We connected on WeChat and they were fairly eager to try to communicate in English too despite the language barrier, we appreciate their efforts. They provided us with an English tourist map of the area and advised us on the bus routes etc. As can be seen in the photos the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was healthy and enjoyable. Limited options but nice. Two suggestions. Provide your foreign guests with the hotel’s location pin and DiDi address. We found it challenging to find the hotel’s address in the DiDi app when we arrived at Hangzhoudong railway station (about 15km away from the hotel.) Once my husband’s DiDi got lost and he was dropped off at an entirely different address. Another suggestion. We stayed two nights and the room was not made up the second day. We were a bit disappointed as it is the first hotel we stayed at that did not provide this cleaning service. We were also disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance because that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in Trip.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Another bonus was that the beds were comfortable and soft. The hotel is also pet friendly. Not a lot of activities offered for families with small kids, but is is close enough to many other attractions.

The front desk upgraded me to an executive suite. The hotel room is large, clean, quiet, and has a good sleep. There is a Xiaodu smart voice control to switch the lights, a smart toilet, a Dyson hair dryer, and a coffee machine. The breakfast is nutritious, varied, and delicious. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, and a hanging iron, which is very convenient. The hotel service staff has strong business capabilities, is professional, meticulous, and friendly. There are Beijing roast duck, Shaxian snacks, Quzhou cuisine, and supermarkets downstairs near the hotel. There are large parks around, such as Gongshu Yayun Canal Park, Liushi Park, Xiangfu Street, Chentang River, etc. You can also take the subway to Gongchen Bridge to start the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal tour. Highly like and recommend!

The room is very comfortable and the staff is very considerate. If I have any urgent matters at night, I will contact the staff through WeChat and they will help me immediately. The location of the B&B is very quiet and suitable for staycation.

After checking in, I wanted to go to the supermarket to buy things and told the boss lady, the boss lady sent us to the supermarket for free, and also gave us a breakfast and a small gift. Very good experience, I want to stay there next time

The hotel is a dream come true for all. Kids enjoyed every second of their stay. The room and the facilities are all catered to the little ones. The pool and the gym were also fantastic. The staff was very welcoming and provided my kids with everything they needed to have fun at the pool. The kids club was also well equipped. The breakfast was spectacular and offered a wide variety of Chinese and western food. Overall we were very impressed with the hotel and it will be our home from now on in Hangzhou.
