A Wonderful Stay with Stunning Lake Views and Endless Activities We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing yet fun-filled getaway. The Room: Our room was spotlessly clean, modern, and incredibly spacious. It was clearly newly renovated, with stylish furnishings and a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the lake — we loved waking up to such a peaceful and picturesque scenery every morning. The room was also well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Service: The service throughout our visit was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was at the front desk, in the restaurant, or around the hotel grounds, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. Activities and Facilities: The hotel itself offers an impressive variety of activity zones suitable for both adults and children. There's truly something for everyone — from relaxing spaces for grown-ups to enjoy some quiet time, to fun-filled areas designed specifically for kids. The large children's playground was a huge hit with our little ones; it was spacious, well-maintained, and kept them entertained for hours. Food and Dining: The breakfast was delicious, with a wide and varied selection to suit all tastes — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We also dined at the Chinese restaurant, which was excellent. The dishes were authentic, tasty, and expertly prepared, making for a truly memorable dining experience. Overall: This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean, modern, spacious rooms, stunning lake views, outstanding service, plenty of activities for all ages, and delicious food — what more could you ask for? We would happily return and recommend it to families, couples, and anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

This place is practically a Kyoto-Hangzhou branch, several friends even thought we had gone abroad when I didn't share the location! From the moment we entered to check-in, everything felt so ceremonial: the hand-washing basin, water divination, welcome tea and snacks, making sachets, and a full introduction to all areas and activities. We were even able to check in early, which was a great help as a room was already clean. Right when we arrived, there were chilled noodles in the hot spring area, which were absolutely delicious! Since there were many adults and children in our group, we decided to go out for dinner. When we returned, we went straight for the hot springs. The amenities provided were from good brands and very comprehensive. It was my first time experiencing a Japanese-style hot spring, and it was quite a novel experience. Afterwards, there was delicious chilled milk in glass bottles. The kids had a blast in the hot spring lounge area, happily devouring fruits, snacks, drinks, and ice cream. After a round of fun, it was time for late-night oden. The adults were full and content, returning to their rooms to rest. The next day's nine-compartment breakfast looked small but was incredibly satisfying. This was truly an extremely, extremely, extremely, extremely unexpected and perfect hot spring trip. If you're coming to Hangzhou, you should definitely plan to visit this place! 😆

The environment at Intercontinental Palace is exceptionally elegant, with lush mountains and clear waters surrounded by green grass. As soon as I entered the room, I was captivated by the stunning lake view – it was just beautiful. The hardware is truly impeccable; it exudes a discreet luxury, old-money vibe. Even though it's been operating for many years, it doesn't feel old or outdated at all. The soft bath towels, the indoor and outdoor sofas with not a single stain, and the mattress with just the right amount of support made everything incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated that there wasn't a large carpet in the room, which is a huge plus as there were absolutely no strange odors. Bringing children here is effortless; there are so many activities, and my kids absolutely loved it. The indoor and outdoor pool water quality was excellent, the towels were warm, there were craft activities in the afternoon, and a huge kids' play area and a pet farm. Adults also had a series of wellness activities, so there was no chance of feeling bored or having nothing to do. It's a shame I missed out on the weekend pool party and other events. The service at Intercontinental Palace is even more commendable – it's incredibly thoughtful, responsive, and they're always willing to fulfill any request. Everywhere you look, there are smiling, helpful staff members. Our butler, Felix, in particular, was almost always online, extremely patient, and professional. The breakfast was also especially rich, and the freshly baked brown sugar flatbreads were delicious. A thousand praises – I definitely want to come back next time to see the sunset.

The overall experience exceeded my expectations! The hotel was very clean, the room was neat and tidy, and the details were handled beautifully, making for a very comfortable stay. The accompanying special activities were a delightful surprise, rich in content, interesting, and very engaging. The most memorable was the sound healing experience; the soothing sounds slowly unfolded, and I unknowingly relaxed and drifted off to sleep, letting go of all my fatigue. It was a healing and relaxing short getaway, perfect for those looking to unwind and destress. Definitely worth another visit!

This place is nice, but i would not consider it a hotel. It’s somewhere in between a B&B and a hotel. The rooms are pretty ok in size and come with balconies, the aircon is strong enough for the hot summer days. However, be prepared to be far from any food or drink delivery! It is really remote. It has a great view, although they tell you they have a hotspring it is man-made u could just order the room with a bathtub it will be similar, and not need to pay 500rmb for it.  The in-house food is not bad, I would recommend to order one day in advance. They also offer for 500rmb, barbecue services which i think is outrageous as it does not include food cost. The beds in the room are very very uncomfortable. If u have a bad back, just go for the international starred hotels. They have huge big insects coming in at night, do be careful not to let any of them in at night.

The most delightful surprise of our entire trip to Thousand Island Lake was our stay at Burrett. The hotel boasts prime lakefront views, lush gardens, and picturesque scenery everywhere—it’s far from the hustle and bustle of the city and incredibly peaceful. The grounds are well-maintained, and the environment is clean and elegant. Zhang at the front desk was warm and welcoming, providing thoughtful and attentive service while efficiently handling check-in and check-out. The guest rooms featured first-class views and met high standards of cleanliness. Falling asleep to the sights of the lake and mountains made for a perfect and relaxing vacation.

🌀🌧️ Typhoon 'White Dolphin' unexpectedly hit Hangzhou 🌪️, bringing relentless strong winds and heavy rain. I was originally so worried that our family trip would be ruined, but luckily, the hotel's customer service representative, Xiao Tian, provided attentive assistance throughout, instantly easing all my concerns 🥹! Definitely a five-star review ❤️. The 'Dream Jungle' family suite we booked exceeded expectations 🌿. With whimsical jungle murals covering the walls, the room featured its own slide, a ball pit, cute mushroom stools, a king-size bed, and a children's bunk bed. Lele went wild as soon as we entered the room, completely oblivious to the pouring rain outside 🌧️. The stay included two children's buffet breakfasts daily and a choice of three theme park tickets. We opted for the 'Rotten Apple Park' on a rainy day, and my kid had an absolute blast 🎢. The hotel's attention to detail in service was exceptional. Robots delivered meals and afternoon tea, and the fruit and tea snacks were exquisite and comforting 🍵. I highly recommend the hotel's travel photography service! Photographer Qing He was excellent at guiding us, capturing natural and stunning shots. From the pool and the rocking horse in the lobby to every corner of our room, the photos looked like they were from a magazine. I couldn't bear to delete any of them, so I decisively purchased the entire set 📸. The central atrium's heated pool, surrounded by lush tropical greenery, created an amazing atmosphere. It's a one-stop destination for dining, entertainment, and fun for kids, all without leaving the hotel. Taking refuge here during the typhoon was so stress-free; it caters to adults while understanding what makes kids happy. Families with children, just go for it! #TyphoonGetaway

I specifically chose the Brettonwood Resort for my trip to Qiandao Lake this time, and the overall stay exceeded my expectations – it was absolutely fantastic! Our butler, Mei Mei, was incredibly attentive and deserves a special shout-out! The hotel's location is excellent; I could enjoy the stunning lake and mountain views right from my window. In the mornings, there was a beautiful mist, and in the evenings, gorgeous sunsets. The scenery was truly breathtaking. The front desk staff were warm and patient, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Any requests were handled promptly. The resort grounds are serene and elegant, with lush greenery and even a petting zoo. The kids absolutely loved feeding the peacocks, ducks, bunnies, foxes, raccoons, and piglets. It's also very pet-friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, especially the noodle and vermicelli station with a wide selection of condiments. They even had homemade chili and ginger, which was a real treat for spice lovers. Parking for self-drivers is convenient, and it's particularly well-suited for family vacations. This will be my top choice for Qiandao Lake; I'll definitely be back!

Front desk staff, Xiao Wang, contacted me in advance via WeChat, arranged the room beautifully, and even upgraded it for us. The hotel's service was excellent, basically fulfilling every request. Breakfast was also plentiful with a good variety. The mountain-view cave hot springs were quite unique, though it would be even more perfect if the water temperature was a bit higher. This place is suitable for couples and families with kids on a self-driving trip.

Who wants silence, cosiness and comfort - this is the place for you! Hangzhou Linan Tuankou Zhongan Radon Hotspring Resort impresses with its variety of hot springs and entertainment for children. The staff is very friendly and professional, they responded to our requests very quickly. We will remember our staying in the villa for a long time: clean, spacious, secluded, has its own hot spring and pool. Breakfast and dinner menu are for every taste. You will not be able to get around all the springs in two days because there are many of them and they are diverse. So we want to come back here for more days for sure! And we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and acquaintances.
