The best decision I made on this trip was booking WPlus Homestay! It definitely deserves a full five-star rating! 🌟 First, let's talk about the location. WPlus is perfectly situated – it's quiet yet convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. But as soon as you turn into the alley where the homestay is located, it immediately becomes peaceful, giving you a sense of being 'hidden in plain sight' amidst the bustling city. The moment I opened the door, I was amazed. The overall design aesthetic is superb, featuring a minimalist Song-style with a lot of character. The lighting and soft furnishings are perfectly matched, making every casual photo look great. There was also a thoughtful welcome card. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the toiletries were carefully selected – as someone who appreciates details, I found it extremely comfortable. The breakfast quality was also excellent, and it could be delivered to the room. Plus, there was afternoon tea and a goodnight sweet soup, both of which were wonderful. This was truly the most worthwhile part of my Hangzhou trip.

Pleasant and elegant, with just the right touch. From the welcoming staff at the entrance, to the front desk concierge, and the room and restaurant service personnel, everyone was incredibly friendly and offered help exactly when needed. It's a place that makes you feel at ease and want to return. The environment is exceptionally beautiful; a lot of effort has clearly gone into the landscaping and maintenance. Pavilions, waterside structures, long corridors... Even more remarkable is its unique location. From the observation deck on the back hill, you can gaze upon the West Lake, with its waters and the Leifeng Pagoda completely in view. Staying here allows you to exclusively enjoy that tranquility and beauty... Absolutely superb! See you again!

This hotel is great for a vacation, though the air in the rooms isn't the best, possibly due to its age and location in the mountains. (It smells a bit musty.) However, the oxygen content is high, making for a very comfortable sleep. A leisurely stroll around the lake is also very pleasant. The lake-view seating at breakfast is absolutely fantastic, and enjoying breakfast while watching the sunrise is a truly unique experience. The downside is that breakfast itself is a bit underwhelming; the semi-buffet set menu feels a bit haphazard. The crayfish noodles with thirteen-spice seasoning didn't hit the mark, and the portion of noodles was too large. I'd suggest offering a smaller portion option. The chef for dinner was excellent! The oil and salt levels were perfectly controlled, and the flavors were spot-on. The braised shrimp, stir-fried eel with scallion oil, and stir-fried loofah were all incredibly authentic. My only slight regret is that the hotel's own landscaping and small environment aren't as good as they could be (due to design and planning).

The hotel was fully booked on the day of our check-in, and we arrived over an hour early. Several staff members introduced us to various activities to pass the time, including a dedicated room for movies, board games, and a swimming pool. While waiting for our room, the service and amenities at InterContinental Danyang were exceptionally warm and thoughtful. The room was a family lake-view suite, accommodating four people. The hotel's location, far from the central lake area, was incredibly tranquil, with no tourists by the lake. Away from city light pollution, we surprisingly saw the Milky Way on our first night, a rare sight in East China. The swimming pool offered different children's activities daily. The botanical garden had a vast array of flowers and butterflies, along with a koi and swan pond where we could feed the fish. The hotel's two wings also featured a lighthouse and an observation deck. The buffet dinner had everything we could ask for, and on Chinese Valentine's Day, they even gave out roses. The fish head dish at the Chinese restaurant was absolutely superb. Breakfast deserves special praise; despite the hotel being fully booked, we could order noodles via our phones, and the staff proactively asked about our coffee preferences. This is exactly the standard expected from an established InterContinental brand, and even with the summer crowd, the service and quality were uncompromised. Finally, a special shout-out to our thoughtful butler, Emily. From the moment we checked in, she was incredibly attentive. On our last day, we had an early morning departure for a yacht in the central lake area. Without hesitation, Emily helped us arrange a late check-out, even during the busy summer season. To be honest, when I heard that the InterContinental was being rebranded, I had some reservations, worrying about a potential drop in service. However, after staying here, I can confidently say that this is by far the best hotel in China, in terms of both quality and service, that we've stayed at with our child during the summer season. Both its hard and soft assets are top-notch, and its service easily rivals that of established luxury hotel brands. I rarely choose to stay at the same hotel twice in the same location, but InterContinental Danyang has made me eagerly anticipate my next visit.

This hotel is a bit dated. The lobby features huge jade ornaments, the hallways are carpeted with thick rugs, and the rooms have crystal chandeliers. The suite was divided into two independent rooms, one bathroom, and two toilets. It was spacious with good soundproofing. The shower pressure was amazing, making for a very comfortable shower. However, the bed in the smaller bedroom was quite firm and the pillows were too low. Upon check-in, we received two lattes and a very simple welcome fruit platter, but no welcome gift. There's a viewing platform on the 10th floor with a side view of West Lake. Xinqiao is probably the tallest building near West Lake, so you can catch the sunset over the lake. Just remember to go about half an hour earlier than the written sunset time to catch it! Turning right out of the hotel, you'll find several Intime department stores connected, and a short walk further brings you to West Lake. It's super convenient for dining and shopping.

This time I stayed in a single-family 6-bedroom villa in Linhu, with a wide view and first-class view. The six-bedroom scale is luxurious, the decoration is exquisite, the supporting facilities are complete, the privacy is strong, the facilities are complete, the lake view, each room can see the lake view, the large floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is wide, the lake view is panoramic, the karaoke, the chess and card room, the billiard table are available, you can also barbecue, cook by yourself [strong] The space is comfortable and the functional partition is reasonable. The facilities are high-end, the sanitation is meticulous, the service is intimate, the perfect choice for family travel or team building, and I will come next time I have a chance [rose]

Its design cleverly blends nature and a sense of divinity, with lakeside rooms offering incredible tranquility, perfect for a relaxing and healing getaway. The overall style is modern and chic, and the rooms are warmly furnished with excellent natural light. The specially designed lighting and color palette create a comfortable ambiance. The butler service is meticulous, with thoughtful arrangements before and after check-in, and they are always available when needed. They are very attentive, warm, and friendly. We were traveling with our child, and the butler got along wonderfully with our baby, so I highly recommend it for families. The service is efficient and problems during our stay were promptly resolved. They also offer wellness programs and activities like sound healing, spa treatments, and afternoon tea. The hotel's cuisine is vegetarian, with exquisite and delicious dishes. In short, I highly, highly recommend it! It's a charming hotel I'd definitely visit again.

Front desk staff, Ms. Wang Xiao, kindly upgraded my mother's room for free. The room was spacious and bright, with a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The environment was quiet, ensuring a great night's rest. Breakfast was plentiful, and they even gave us a souvenir upon check-out. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family when they visit Hangzhou.

The hotel's service was excellent, and the lobby was beautiful. Check-in was on the first floor with a great view. The hotel staff was very good, and after checking in, there was complimentary tea available. The room was spacious, lovely, clean, and tidy. Parking was very convenient in the underground garage, and there was a supermarket nearby for easy shopping. West Lake is also very close, making it convenient to visit. After checking out, Alan, the concierge, kindly helped me store my luggage, which was very helpful.

Hygiene: The room was very tidy and clean. Facilities: All in good working order, simple and practical. Environment: Located on the back hills of West Lake, the scenery is truly beautiful. However, the immediate vicinity isn't very lively. There's a street nearby with a supermarket and restaurants. The main reason for staying here was its proximity to the shuttle bus stop for Lingyin Temple. Service: The hotel is very business-oriented. During business events, the rooms are fully booked, so they wouldn't offer an upgrade. Also, at breakfast, when it's busy, they are slow to refill dishes. By 8:30 AM, there were empty trays with no sign of replenishment. The variety was average, just convenient. Late check-out until 2 PM (subject to room availability).
