This hotel is located within the West Lake Scenic Area, making it incredibly convenient to visit nearby attractions. It's also right near Hupao Park, perfect for an evening stroll.
The view from the room window was absolutely stunning and exactly like the pictures. The interior space was spacious and clean, and despite a lot of greenery outside, there were no issues with mosquitoes or insects.
The butler service was absolutely exceptional! They delivered breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening sweet soup, helped with laundry and drying clothes, and even handled package deliveries and pickups. Every single staff member was incredibly thoughtful, with a gentle and patient demeanor. It truly felt like being looked after by friends, and I can't praise them enough! 👍👍👍
In the summer, they even made fresh juice on demand. My friend and I lost count of how many iced watermelon juices we had! 👋🏻
The attention to detail in the room service was also very warm and welcoming. This will definitely be my top choice when I visit Hangzhou again!

Guest UserThe hotel is right in front of the bus stop. If you're walking from Metro Line 1, you'll pass through a commercial street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The lobby has excellent air conditioning, and there's a free coffee machine and tea available.
The room isn't huge, but it looks exactly like the promotional pictures. The smart home features throughout the room are very convenient, and I was quite satisfied. The only minor thing is the mirror facing the bed, but you can just cover it with a towel if it bothers you. The hotel service was also excellent; it was pouring rain when we arrived, and while we were resting in the lobby, the front desk staff kept checking on us. Even the cleaning staff was very polite when we asked for our room to be tidied.

LucasLuuuAs someone with high standards for accommodation quality and a habit of meticulously comparing details, my stay at Zhejiang Xihu Villa this time completely exceeded my expectations. Whether it was the location, the garden environment, or the service level, everything demonstrated a high degree of professionalism.
📍 Excellent Location and Garden Landscape
Step by step, a new view; tranquil amidst the hustle and bustle: The villa's location is exceptionally clever, truly achieving the balance of being ”backed by Baoshi Mountain and facing West Lake.” Just a few steps out of the hotel are Beishan Street and West Lake, yet inside the villa, you can't hear the urban noise. Private garden experience: The entire villa adopts a typical Jiangnan garden design, with extremely high greenery coverage. A morning stroll through the park offers fresh air and ancient, elegant architecture, making it a beautiful scenic spot in itself, providing a rare sense of tranquility.
🛎️ Meticulous and Warm Professional Service
Attention to detail: From the moment of arrival, you can feel the level of service expected from a state guesthouse. The staff's smiles were genuine, their attire appropriate, and check-in was efficient and accurate. Convenient travel: Shuttle carts (electric carts) are always on standby within the park, providing timely transfers. On rainy days, staff proactively offer umbrellas, a thoughtful gesture that is very reassuring.
🛏️ Comfortable and Refined Room Facilities
Solid hardware: The room was spotlessly clean, and even the hidden corners stood up to scrutiny. The bedding provided excellent support, and the linens were soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a high-quality sleep. Humanistic care: The room was equipped with exquisite tea sets and high-quality tea. Sitting by the window, brewing a cup of Longjing tea, and gazing at the greenery outside, truly amplified the Hangzhou-specific holiday feeling.
🍽️ Rich and Authentic Dining Experience
Abundant breakfast: The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, combining Chinese and Western options. Not only were the ingredients fresh, but authentic local Hangzhou breakfast specialties (such as Pian'erchuan noodles and small wontons) were also available, with the flavors perfectly controlled.

Had a wonderful three-day, two-night stay at the Fuchun Resort, a place I've long admired. The architecture, rich in Chinese aesthetics, blends seamlessly with the natural environment of Fuyang, creating a truly harmonious feel. Hiking here was wonderfully wild and scenic. The resort's thoughtful service was evident in every detail: from the welcome greeting and the consistently helpful and responsive personal butler (Benson) before arrival, to the doorman's proactive and natural assistance with luggage, and the waitress's meticulous inquiry about dietary preferences at breakfast. All these touches reflect the hotel's high standards of service and made me feel truly respected. I even left my hat in the calligraphy class and only realized it when the instructor notified me and said it would be promptly returned to the lobby. The shuttle drivers were also very punctual, almost always available on call. The housekeeping staff were diligent and friendly. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities, and the travel photography service was particularly high quality. Fuchun Resort truly lives up to its reputation as a high-end resort. I'd love to visit again!

PengsakelaasuojiaerInterContinental Qiandao Lake, exclusively occupying the Xian Shan Peninsula, is a scenic destination in itself, perfect for a slow-paced getaway.
The hotel offers a rich variety of dining options. The breakfast buffet on the first floor boasts a wide selection, and we enjoyed several excellent meals at the Chinese restaurant. The late-night diner on the fifth floor, opening at 9 PM, became a regular treat for the kids after swimming, serving various instant noodles with fresh eggs and vegetables. There's also a Japanese restaurant outside the lobby, perfect for a relaxed meal after a scenic walk or bike ride around the lake.
You can rent bicycles and 'Panda cars' to explore the island. The peninsula is ecologically pristine, with blue butterflies dancing and swallows flitting about, showcasing abundant wildlife. Both indoor and outdoor pools have regularly changed water and are well-maintained. The hotel also has its own yacht pier; simply book at the front desk or buy tickets at the lobby shop for direct access to Huangshan Peak, making travel incredibly convenient.
The most heartwarming part of our stay was the housekeeping auntie. When she saw my child's summer homework spread out, she thoughtfully placed an eye-protection desk lamp, noticing the dim light in the room. This small act of kindness was truly touching.
With one island, one hotel, far from the hustle and bustle, nestled between the lake and mountains, enjoying nature in peace – this is the ideal state of a vacation.

Guest UserThe location is fantastic! Downstairs, you'll find everything you need for food and drinks. A pleasant 7-8 minute walk to the right from the hotel's main entrance will lead you to West Lake and the boat dock. The service was also excellent; on my last day, they allowed me to check out late until 1:30 PM. Before arriving, I was a bit worried by online reviews mentioning low shower water pressure, but when I got there, the front desk took me to see the room first, and the water pressure was great. So, I decided to stay, and indeed, the water flow was consistently strong every night. Although the room decor is a bit dated, it's very well-maintained, with separate areas that don't interfere with each other, and a good wet-dry separation in the bathroom. The air conditioning was very cool, making for a comfortable stay. The bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard. The self-service laundry room on the eighth floor was very convenient. Food was delivered to the room by a robot. Breakfast was decent; they changed it up a bit each day, offering a good balance of nutrition, which was well worth the price. The panoramic view of West Lake from the tenth-floor observation deck was also beautiful. Before coming, I had booked several hotels, and this was the first one I visited. I felt that the room facilities, price, and overall value for money were excellent. If I return to West Lake, I would definitely choose this place again.

MellyOoAn unforgettable luxury wellness retreat.
I discovered Xixi Xin Hotel while searching for a peaceful escape, and it exceeded every expectation. The architecture is breathtaking, blending traditional Chinese culture with modern luxury in a way that feels elegant, authentic and incredibly calming. The attention to detail throughout the property is exceptional.
The suites are beautifully designed with natural, eco-friendly materials that create an instantly grounding atmosphere. Upon entering, you’re welcomed by a Marshall speaker with a curated selection of nature sounds—waves, birds, rustling leaves and crackling fire—setting the tone for complete relaxation. The bathroom is equally impressive, with beautiful curtains opening to a soaking spa prepared daily with fresh rose petals and natural bath salts. Thoughtful touches such as soft linen loungewear and complimentary disposable swimwear made the experience feel effortlessly luxurious.
Service is truly five-star. Each suite is assigned a personal butler who is attentive, responsive and genuinely committed to making your stay effortless. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the hospitality was warm, personal and sincere.
I was initially hesitant about the vegetarian restaurant, but it was one of the highlights of my stay. The dishes were nutritious, beautifully presented and worthy of fine dining, while still being surprisingly filling. For those who prefer meat, there are also excellent restaurants nearby.
The wellness program is outstanding, with daily yoga, Tai Chi, sound baths, traditional Chinese medicine consultations and other healing experiences. Classes run for around an hour and are led by knowledgeable instructors who genuinely care about your wellbeing, creating a deeply relaxing and restorative experience.
With only around 8–10 suites, the hotel remains wonderfully quiet and intimate, allowing guests to completely disconnect from the outside world. After just three nights, I left feeling genuinely relaxed, grounded and restored.
A rare hidden gem that combines exceptional architecture, thoughtful design, impeccable service and meaningful wellness experiences. If you’re looking for a peaceful five-star retreat focused on luxury, wellness and tranquillity, I couldn’t recommend Xixi Xin Hotel more highly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Guest UserOur stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact!
However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby!
Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet.
The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement.
Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!
In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay.
Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. Thank you very much, Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou, for helping to create an amazing lifetime memory.

The staff were really enthusiastic. Before my stay, I chatted with them to understand what was around the hotel for evening visits and how long it would take to get to Lingyin Temple, and they patiently explained everything. When I left, I forgot my invoice, but after contacting them on WeChat, they promptly helped me get a new one. The overall quality of the front desk staff is excellent. The room was small but perfectly adequate, and I had a very good night's rest. If you're planning to visit Lingyin Temple, the scenic area has traffic restrictions, but there are special shuttle services nearby to take you in. Highly recommended!
