The best decision I made on this trip was booking WPlus Homestay! It definitely deserves a full five-star rating! 🌟 First, let's talk about the location. WPlus is perfectly situated – it's quiet yet convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. But as soon as you turn into the alley where the homestay is located, it immediately becomes peaceful, giving you a sense of being 'hidden in plain sight' amidst the bustling city. The moment I opened the door, I was amazed. The overall design aesthetic is superb, featuring a minimalist Song-style with a lot of character. The lighting and soft furnishings are perfectly matched, making every casual photo look great. There was also a thoughtful welcome card. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the toiletries were carefully selected – as someone who appreciates details, I found it extremely comfortable. The breakfast quality was also excellent, and it could be delivered to the room. Plus, there was afternoon tea and a goodnight sweet soup, both of which were wonderful. This was truly the most worthwhile part of my Hangzhou trip.

Seriously impressed! Had a fantastic stay here. We were given a room on the ground floor with a private little garden, which was lovely. I even did my morning exercises there the next day. The staff were all so warm and friendly. Even though it's an older five-star hotel, you can tell they've been constantly maintaining and updating it. You can really feel the passion and dedication of the management towards the resort – it has a rich history yet feels so vibrant.

I'm so glad I chose the Intercontinental Qiandao Lake, Shilin for this stay. Our two-day hotel trip perfectly met the vacation needs of my entire family, from the youngest to the oldest. The hotel's location and environment are superb. Although it's a bit far from the high-speed rail station, its exclusive spot on the Xianshan Peninsula allowed us to avoid the holiday crowds and enjoy a quiet vacation. We ate all our meals at the hotel for two consecutive days. The Chinese restaurant's flavors were unexpectedly delicious, and the breakfast quality at the all-day Western restaurant was also very high. Ordering noodles and coffee by scanning a QR code was a very thoughtful touch. During our meals, staff members even came to ask about our dining experience and handed out small gifts, making for a great interactive experience. The hotel offers a rich schedule of activities throughout the day, including hiking, sound therapy, and lake tours, so there's never a dull moment. Our butler, Jolie, provided attentive and thoughtful service. She patiently answered all our questions and requests, making it the best service I've ever received at a hotel. This time I stayed in a single-family 6-bedroom villa in Linhu, with a wide view and first-class view. I booked this hotel thinking it was close to West Lake. Before checking in, I quickly scrolled through Xiaohongshu and didn't have high expectations, but after staying there, I felt it was pretty good. From the moment we checked in, I had a good feeling. The front desk saw we had a child and offered to include breakfast for them, even though we only had a double breakfast originally. Honestly, when we travel, my husband never wakes up for breakfast, so it's usually just my son and me eating anyway, but I still appreciate the front desk's thoughtfulness. The room was also great; the 2-meter bed was perfectly fine for two adults and one child, not at all cramped. The bedding and cleanliness were good too. The soundproofing wasn't as bad as some reviews claimed; I thought it was decent. When we left, we accidentally left our new headphones on the nightstand, and they promptly helped us find them. The view from the 10th-floor observation deck was also nice. Overall, it's great value for money and suitable for families who want to visit West Lake.

A hidden gem of a healing hotel nestled in Xixi Wetland, the experience far exceeded my expectations 🌿. The environment is incredibly serene, with wetland views and reeds right outside the window, offering great privacy. The room design is simple yet high-end, with stunning views from the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the outdoor private hot spring on the balcony was so comfortable. Soaking in the hot spring while watching the sunset in the evening created an absolutely perfect ambiance. Our butler, Vincent, provided attentive and detailed service, being patient and friendly throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was exquisite and healthy, with fresh ingredients, and the mini-bar was complimentary. Overall, it was a relaxing and therapeutic experience, a perfect escape from the city hustle. I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Hangzhou. Highly recommended!

Front desk staff, Ms. Wang Xiao, kindly upgraded my mother's room for free. The room was spacious and bright, with a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The environment was quiet, ensuring a great night's rest. Breakfast was plentiful, and they even gave us a souvenir upon check-out. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family when they visit Hangzhou.

Shunping provided excellent service, arranging everything perfectly. My stay was very pleasant, and I'd especially like to thank the Guest Services Ambassador, who was warm and thoughtful, responded promptly to requests, and handled issues patiently and meticulously with professional and attentive service. The hotel's location is excellent, close to West Lake, making it convenient to go anywhere. Being right by West Lake means you can avoid the crowds and visit early in the morning. Wulin Night Market is also nearby, great for budget-friendly dining. Intime Department Store is within walking distance, so high-end shopping is right at your fingertips. The location is truly convenient.

The hotel is close to the trailhead, which is convenient for my trail run tomorrow. The room facilities are in good condition, and the bedding is comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful. The front desk lady is very responsible and helpful; whenever my lunch/dinner vouchers weren't ready, she would accompany me to the restaurant to make sure I could dine first.
