The room decor was incredibly cozy, with wooden furniture and warm lighting creating a truly relaxing, homey atmosphere. The biggest surprise was the shared courtyard – so peaceful and inviting. Just a few moments on the swing melted away all my travel fatigue. The breakfast was exquisite and plentiful, and the butler was warm and attentive. My only regret is that I only stayed for one night. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet corner in the city.

MM265037****I booked this hotel because it's close to the subway, and I was surprised by just how close it is! I took Metro Line 1 from the train station, and as soon as I exited the subway, I looked up and there was the hotel – so convenient! Taxis are also very easy to get. There are lots of dining options nearby as well.
It's also very close to West Lake; you can walk to Yongjin Gate to catch the most beautiful sunset.
The hotel staff were excellent. Before I left, they even warmed up the bottled water they gave me, which was such a thoughtful touch. As someone from the south, it was my first time having warm bottled water!
Since it's a new hotel, the facilities are very modern and smart. The heating was also excellent, which again impressed me as someone from the south.
Overall, it's great value for money. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserToday, I stayed at the Vienna International Hotel, which has the same style and tone as the Vienna Hotel. The hotel has been comprehensively upgraded in terms of size, room area, materials, supporting facilities, etc., and the overall quality control will be much better.
During the holidays, the hotel could not be booked because most of them were booked by travel agencies. When I checked in at 8:30 today, I met a tour group, so I waited in line for a while. There were four staff members at the front desk who were expediting the processing. The efficiency was quite high. If you were abroad, you would have to wait for an hour and a half in this situation today. It is not an exaggeration to say that Chinese people are impatient, which is the result of the high efficiency of Chinese people.
When checking in, I was given a souvenir, a snack bag, which was a little surprise. The front desk service attitude was super good.
Vienna International Hotel is a mid-to-high-end business brand, about three stars in the high end. It is more cost-effective for Jinjiang Platinum Card to stay in Vienna and Vienna International. This hotel has a good location, and the surrounding supermarkets, restaurants, and Luckin Coffee are relatively complete. There is a parking lot at the door, which is very convenient.

West Lake is just a few hundred meters away, and you can even catch the fountain show at 7:30 PM. Plus, the room had a dryer! I was very satisfied with my stay.

FFengjixuchui2452Staying here the night before my return trip during the National Day holiday was great. The airport shuttle service was very convenient. Since my flight was early in the morning and the restaurant wasn't open yet, they even packed a breakfast to go for me, which was a nice touch. The room overlooked some beautiful greenery. The e-sports room was excellent; the computers were better than those in typical e-sports hotels, and the gaming chair was especially comfortable.

3320686****I stayed here for a layover on my way to Xiaoshan Airport. It's clean and hygienic, with a laundry room and a gym. There's also a shuttle service in the morning, and you can pretty much order any takeout you want. It's really good and definitely an option to consider.

TTubaobeilyThe hotel is very close to Exit C2 of Fengqi Road, making it super convenient for getting around. It's also easy to reach West Lake scenic spots and Intime in77. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They even offer microwave heating, free ice packs, and refrigeration services. The decor has a great literary and artistic vibe. Highly recommended!

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the bedding was fresh, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The surrounding area offers plenty of activities, making it convenient for sightseeing. It's only about 1 kilometer from West Lake, and the hotel itself is located near West Lake, close to the main commercial district.

JJC Production Travel JournalSame as feedback from other guests, this hotel (technically not a hotel but condo units converted into hotel rooms) has the best location. It is located along Yingtai walking street, and just 100m away from west lake as well as the jetty. It is also very near to subway. Location wise is a full score. But it is very difficult to locate the hotel since Jinbailan only operates L5 and L9 of that condo as their hotel rooms. So, you will not find big signage ”金柏澜” on building exterior. Please see my attached pictures for the building exterior and the doorway to get to the lifts and go to L9 to find their reg counter. Since it is not a full fledge hotel, the room's facilities is really nothing to shout about. You will feel like going back home. That said, because of its superb location, unless I can find better alternative with better value-for-money, I will stay here again on my next return trip.
