MM306502****The room was impeccably equipped, and the amenities provided were of excellent quality. The overall environment was delightful. As for the service, it was absolutely top-notch! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was so incredibly comfortable that I slept like a log. I've already recommended this place to many friends, and they've all raved about their stays. I sincerely hope the owner opens more branches elsewhere so I can patronize them all!

11365193****The location is superb, very convenient for getting around, about a 15-minute drive from West Lake, and shopping nearby is also very easy. The room is quite spacious; although the decor is a bit dated, it's very clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen where you can do some simple cooking. Connie was incredibly warm and thoughtful; seeing that we had a child, she even offered us a very generous breakfast. We accidentally left our DJI camera equipment when checking out, and the hotel immediately called us, which we really appreciate.

YYueliangzhishangOur three-day, two-night trip came to a perfect end. We came to Hangzhou for my child's idol concert, and I booked this Citadines Apart'hotel, part of Ascott, through Trip.com. It's not far from the Olympic Sports Center Stadium, just a convenient ten-minute walk away. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. The front desk service and hotel service were top-notch, very polite and warm, which is highly commendable [thumbs up]. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and the restaurant even had a prominent white piano, adding a touch of elegance. Overall, I loved it and would recommend it!

MM14990****The underground parking was quite full, so the staff specifically went down to the basement to check and assist us. After checking in, the first room assigned felt a bit damp, so the front desk immediately showed us other rooms and helped us switch floors. The attention to detail in their service was excellent.
It's worth mentioning that the bedding and pillows at this Marriott Executive were really good. I just wanted a good night's sleep in Hangzhou that day, not wanting to rush back to Tonglu, and it was completely achieved! I slept very well!
The shopping mall downstairs is also very convenient, with comprehensive commercial facilities. It's very close to Hangzhou West Railway Station, about a 10-minute drive! Convenient and reassuring.

JjayvernExpectations needs to be set before booking this hotel to be fully satisfied with the stay.
Pros: staff is nice,polite and helpful. They offer upgrade for more smaller room booking and arranged us to be on the same floor. My mom room was upgraded to an a lot bigger room with washing machine in the room, she was happy to be able to wash her clothes. The location is the main star of this hotel. It's right at the center of attraction , walking distance to west lake , malls, restaurant, and night market. The bed was alrighty for me, it's more towards the harder type which im ok with but the pillow is a little too soft. View from my room window is pretty nice as well. They have tour staff there when we check in. It would be good for people that do not have plan in advance as their price is quite cheap. But do make sure u research all the places that is stated before agreeing on the package. We misunderstood that the package includes tour to tea village, but it's actually some kinda tea center where we wasted an hour ish listening to ppl talking about tea and selling tea to us.
Cons: the hotel is hard to find as it's not actually a stand alone hotel building, more like a Airbnb style kinda hotel where a few hotels is in the same building. No card is needed to access the lift so, we do not feel as safe because anyone can just enter our room floor. They uses passcode for the hotel room instead of card which the password was send by the receptionist to the tour staff (not sure if he is the hotel staff or not) phone. We do not feel safe knowing someone else has our room password in their phone 😅 there is not lock inside the room, so we felt anxious about ppl might open our door and come in anytime. Room and overall building is not the cleanest even though they do come and clean daily as it's a pretty old building.
So in conclusion, if you book this place for it's location, then hotel is perfect and the price is reasonable for the prime location. But if you prefer clean and security it might not be the best options.

MM319099****Great for families, the rooms are spacious and very clean. Having a washing machine is a huge plus. You can see West Lake right from upstairs, and it's only about a ten-minute walk to the lakeside. Dining at Hubin is also super convenient. A pleasant surprise was the lively night market right downstairs in the evenings!

CCHOR THIANOverall, a very positive experience staying here.
Location-wise - moderately convenient, as it was a short walk to train station, shopping centres, tourist attractions, eateries etc. Good for working out all those extra calories from eating.
Service - the service staff were very friendly and helpful. As foreigners visiting for the first time, they helped lots! Thank you!
Facilities - Really made use of that washing machine, and the reception lady provided us with washing powder too! Plus a large balcony for drying the laundry meant that we didn't have to bring so much change of clothes.
Nice view of the lake and surrounding buildings..... watching the misty rain..... Morning came early, like 3am, where it was bright.......

The service is attentive and thoughtful, and the staff are warm and friendly. The facilities are also very complete. The overall experience was great, I will choose here again next time.

LLee Wei Lun Another building that is away from the main front desk. It's an Airbnb, or u can call it an apartment hotel. Don't put too much expectation. In the room, they have washing machine in the toilet, showering area is cute cramp, they have a refrigerator. It's about 7 mins walk from the train station. Trip.com says the checkout time is before 2pm, but the cleaning lady said its 12pm. Nonetheless, I checked out at 1pm after the cleaning lady knocked on the door to say it's 12pm.
For this price, it's still worth staying for a night.
