The best thing about this hotel is they are very near from all the tourists spots you would want to go. Just a hundred meters from west lake, a night market just outside the street. The City Center is just around the area as well. The room is actually clean and very comfy. The restrooms are also well maintained so no need to worry about the hygiene. No need to worry for your food because a lot of restaurants are just around the corner. You can also leave your luggage for free after check-out and stroll the city without any worries. There are just two things I noticed. First: The first floor, before you get to the reception, kinda stinks. Second: The sound proof of the rooms are not really good, so you would be hearing people from outside. Good thing is they provide an earplugs.

Facilities: The shower pressure is great, there's an electric toilet, and the hairdryer is powerful. Environment: It's located right at one end of the scenic area, just turn right after entering. Very easy to find. It's close to Lingyin Temple, Beigaofeng Cableway, and the Lingyin Temple bus stop. Service: Excellent. The staff contacted us by phone a week in advance and even created a WeChat group to inform us about local transportation. 🚗 On the day of arrival, they asked for our estimated time of arrival in Hangzhou and sent a business van to pick us up from outside the traffic control zone. The driver was very enthusiastic! 💁 The front desk staff waited for us at the village entrance, helped us with our luggage, and led us to the B&B (it was only a short walk). Once we arrived, they made us tea and recommended restaurants. A tip for everyone: remember the location. Although the staff will come to pick you up again if you get lost, if you come back late when it's dark, it can be easy to get lost. My friend and I had a bit of trouble finding our way back, and we even ran into others who were also looking for their B&B. 😆 🌃 The night shift staff member was truly wonderful. When we returned at night and asked about hiking, as it was our first time and we weren't familiar with the routes for Lingyin Temple, Lingshun Temple, etc., he even drew a map on paper to help us understand. He was very patient and meticulous! I highly recommend both of Jixian's B&Bs, I've stayed at both. The service is standardized and systematic, which is very impressive for such a popular scenic spot. Even in a place that doesn't lack tourists, they still treat every guest with care. It's clear that everyone, from the owner to every staff member, is responsible and has a great attitude.

The decor is antique and charming, and the place is very clean. Even though it's located in the Drum Tower area, it's surprisingly quiet at night, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Transportation is incredibly convenient, and there are tons of great local eateries and snacks nearby. The landlady of the guesthouse is also super warm and welcoming. Overall, it's excellent! I stayed in the capsule room, and the room was clean and comfortable. However the room did not have a door, only a curtain, which I found a little bit strange and uncomfortable because you could hear everybody walking in and out. Though everyone was mostly quiet and very nice. Furthermore the female bathroom was really clean and had a beautiful smell. On the down side the location was ok but a little far away from the lake and other nice areas, and the reception could not give any recommendations.. since they weren’t from Huangzhou. Though one receptionist with blonde hair was very nice and helpful!

I unconditionally love Little Lemon. It's the place I'm most familiar with in Hangzhou, without a doubt. It was my first destination during my senior year winter break and after the college entrance exam. Hangzhou holds a lot of meaning for me, and this hostel, with its excellent location, certainly contributed to that great experience. The big TV was awesome! I don't know who chose the K-dramas, but they were all ones I love. Plus, the shower room was incredibly clean, and the cleaning staff were super friendly and gentle. No complaints! I love Hangzhou and will definitely be back...

Excellent location, arguably the best in Hangzhou city. It's really convenient for getting around, and there are tons of great food options nearby. The room was clean and tidy. I requested a late check-out, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Giving it a full five stars! It's definitely a hotel worth staying at when you visit Hangzhou.

The hotel has free parking and is very convenient. There is a parking space right in front of the door. I went very late and I didn’t expect that the lady was still waiting. She also helped me upgrade my room type for free and delayed my check-out time. It was a great stay experience and highly recommended.

Absolute Gem in the Heart of Hangzhou - Perfect Location! I stayed at the Lanhu Business Hotel during my trip to Hangzhou, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The location is absolutely perfect; it's truly the ideal base for exploring the city, especially the West Lake. Location (10/10): You're literally just a short 10-minute stroll from the shores of West Lake. You can easily walk down to the lake for a morning sunrise and be back in no time. Even better, the famous Hefang Street night market is right next door! At night, the street comes alive with food stalls, street performers, and souvenir shopping; it's an experience in itself, and it's so convenient to just step out and be right in the middle of it all. Cleanliness & Facilities: The hotel was spotless. My room was cleaned daily and was very comfortable for the price. The laundry room on the ground floor (1st floor in China) was an excellent bonus, perfect for refreshing clothes after a long day of walking, and very easy to use. One small suggestion: it would be great if they could provide some clean laundry baskets in the laundry room, or put up gentle reminders asking guests to collect their clothes promptly once the cycle finishes, to avoid inconveniencing others. Staff (10/10): The staff were super friendly and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They made the whole experience feel very warm and welcoming. Value for Money: For the price, this hotel is fantastic. It's very affordable and offers great value, especially for budget travelers, given how central it is. One Tip: When booking, try to ask for a room with a window. It makes a world of difference in terms of natural light and makes the room feel much more spacious. Well, Hangzhou is beautiful, and requires more time than I had initially anticipated. So when I decided to extend my stay by a day, I didn't think twice about staying at the same hotel again. I would definitely stay here again. If you want convenience, cleanliness, and great staff, don't hesitate to book this place!

Location is very good. There is a big mall across with an MRT station at its basement and another mrt being built directly across. There is cafes, bakeries and restaurants below and around the whole building and far more across the streets including fruit stalls and wet markets. Staff is very helpful and kind enough to let me upgrade to several rooms of my choice for free. Staff also helped me change cash into wechatpay and helped me call the deliver when my online purchase was sent to the wrong address. I never find staff this nice anywhere else in several countries. The apartment rooms and furnitures are not very new, not old, but they are very well taken care of. My room was very bright, comfortable and clean. My bed, sofa and office chair were very comfortable. Aircon and fridge were very cold. Washing machine is good but no dryer option. Detergent and dish cleaner was given upon request. I wish there was a microwave and clothes iron in the hallway and at least a small table mirror in the room. Some areas need to be cleaned better, because the bed headboard, hook tray stand and kettle tray had a lot of dust. The gap (where we insert our fingers) of the fridge door, the washing machine door and trash can lid needs to be cleaned. The shower was clogged and the water went down very slowly and flooded easily. Amenities wise, generous, everything was provided from towels, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, bodywash to room slippers and shower slippers. Bottled water, some coffee and tea were provided in the room. My nice room is directly at the entrance facing the lift. If you don’t like the noise of people coming from the lift or talking at the lift, try to request rooms further away. I like my room more than other rooms so the noise was worth the comfort. Two months in China and this is the best place I ever stayed.

My stay at Pod Inn (Qingchun Square, Jingfang Road Subway Station) exceeded my expectations! The rooms were clean and tidy, and every detail was thoughtfully thought out. The price was affordable and the value was excellent. The location is perfect, right next to the subway station, making travel extremely convenient. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an ideal choice. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality and value! 👍
