BBaohebobonailvI stayed two nights, specifically choosing different room types: the smallest and the largest.
Compared to the super-large room of the previous night, this smaller room felt much cozier, very much like my tatami room at home. The large window view was a huge plus!
Aside from the slightly cramped space between the sink and the bathroom (not enough room for a suitcase), and the projector screen still having some minor issues after adjustment, everything else was great. It had the same spacious double vanity, and the shower room also had the same overhead and handheld showerheads that could be turned on simultaneously. I especially liked the open clothes rack in this room. I feel the bedding could be improved a bit. Also, regarding cleanliness, since black shows dirt easily, I suggest vacuuming any crevices, including the windowsill.
The next morning, after enjoying the vegetarian breakfast delivered to my room, I walked to Lingyin Temple, which is only a ten-minute walk away. Sweating profusely in the hot weather, I ordered an iced Americano and went back to my room. Enjoying the air conditioning, listening to music, and admiring the view from the window, I leisurely unpacked my luggage – it was so comfortable!

This was my first time staying in a hotel with this style, and it offers great value for money. Overall, the stay was excellent, and this review comes from the heart, so feel free to trust it!
💛 Environment: Booked a single room and a sunny king room. The room types are basically the same, with all beds against the wall. The price difference between the two room types isn't significant, so even if you're alone, you can choose the king room. It offers more space and a larger bed, feeling less cramped and more comfortable (the photos are of the sunny king room).
💛 Hygiene: The overall room environment was very clean. Bedding, desk, and floor were all neat and tidy, impeccably maintained. During my stay, I personally saw staff cleaning other guest rooms, and they were very thorough and meticulous, even wiping down and cleaning the trash cans. The hygiene in the restrooms and bathrooms was also truly superb. I always thought communal restrooms and bathrooms would have a peculiar smell and hair everywhere... but staying here, I realized I was completely stereotyping! Every single toilet and shower room was genuinely clean, with no strange odors! There were both squat toilets and regular toilets, and even the small single shower rooms had wet-dry separation... all very thoughtful and user-friendly, showing great attention to detail in public areas. In fact, right after I used a shower room, staff went in to clean it shortly after, very efficient!!!
💛 Facilities: In a word, 'small but perfectly formed'. Although the rooms aren't large, space management is excellent! Some details are also outstanding; table corners have anti-collision protectors, and shoe cabinets even have deodorizing sachets. Every guest is provided with disposable towels/bath towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. There are also disposable paper cups next to the sink for guests' convenience. The hotel even has an e-sports room, board game room, terrace, bar, and more! The computers even have 4060 graphics cards, which made me think... After staying here for two days, I can't help but marvel: for just over a hundred yuan... everything is maxed out, and the location is excellent. Is a hotel like this really possible in Hangzhou?
💛 Service: The service attitude of the staff (front desk/housekeeping) was perfect. The young men and women were very gentle and would specifically guide you to familiarize yourself with the hotel's areas. If I encountered any problems, they were very proactive in helping me resolve them! The cleaning aunties were very diligent, and their attention to detail was spot on. If I wasn't familiar with a room's location, they would specifically show me the way. They were very gentle and lovely, and even greeted me when I checked out. ww I was genuinely touched..
💚 Overall rating: Super, super high value for money. From now on, when I visit Hangzhou, I'm staying at this hotel!!! o(≧v≦)o!!!

The room was great and met my expectations for ventilation, and the bathroom facilities were very clean – I noticed the cleaning staff (aunties and uncles) were very prompt, even late at night. The only downsides happened at the beginning and end of my stay. The guy who checked me in had a poker face; I wouldn't say he lacked service awareness entirely, as he did resolve issues, but it's certainly uncommon in the service industry. The main problem occurred when I went to retrieve my stored luggage. It was the same guy, and instead of properly checking the tags, he just let me and another guest grab our bags ourselves. I worry that if someone were to take the wrong bag or just grab any bag, no one would know. I believe hotels have a basic duty to look after stored luggage, as this is a service included in the room rate. I hope the hotel strengthens its security management in this area to ensure guests' peace of mind.
Aside from that, everything else was positive. Some say the soundproofing isn't great, but for a hotel in the bustling Jiefang Road area, the value for money (CP value) is already very high. You can use earplugs to sleep and headphones to watch TV. Being close to a hospital means high foot traffic, which is normal. The manager was very friendly, guiding me to the terrace and even helping with my luggage. The night shift guy promptly brought me an extra quilt. I've stayed at other branches, but I prefer the color scheme and decor of this one. Perhaps they could organize some activities, like weekend themed movie screenings, to enhance the experience even further.

Room is of a decent size, and bed is comfortable. Sound-proofing is average, as sounds on the corridor and streets can be heard when all windows and doors are closed.
The staff is friendly, but slightly short-handed, so you might need to carry your own luggage to your room. As the reception is not round the clock, and the front door is locked after certain hours, you might need to collect deliveries in-person at the hostel's front door.

I specifically asked for Xiangshan's room. There are floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, so you can watch the mountain view and the sunset. You can also take photos of night scenes at night. Very recommended.

Otherwise, the air conditioner worked well, so I could warm up the room and the location is truly convenient. GGuest UserIt's OK in terms of cost performance. I went to Olympic Sports Center to watch a concert and stayed for only one night. I booked the hotel late so I gave priority to hotels close to the subway and business district. There are pros and cons, some of which are of course subjective.
Let me start with the advantages:
1 About five minutes walk from the subway station
2 The commercial area is just across the street, with lots of food and drinks
3. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. The people are very nice and helpful.
4 The sanitation is good. Because the room is white, you can clearly see whether it is clean or not.
5. Powerful air conditioning
6. Takeaway food can be delivered directly to your door
Then the disadvantages:
1 The room is not very big. Although it is a double bed room, it will be very cramped for two people. Especially the bathroom and shower room are very small, and you have to be careful not to hit your arms against the wall when you turn around.
2 The water heater can only guarantee hot water for less than 20 minutes. The water temperature will continue to drop to about 30 degrees, and then you need to turn off the hot water and wait for the water heater to reheat. I stopped twice to wait for the water to boil while washing my hair, and it took me almost an hour in total.
3 The sheets, quilts and pillows are all pilling. They are clean but may have been used too many times.
4 The sound insulation is average, and the sound from the corridor outside is very clear
5. The projection room was set, but the angle of the projector was weird, at least you couldn't see it when you were lying on the bed.
6. The sofa is more for display than for practical use
7 The tissues provided are average, especially when going to the toilet, it is best to bring your own
