MM40145****Can I just say, what an amazing surprise! This family-friendly resort is completely underrated by its name!
**Room:** Spacious and spotless, with breathtaking frontline lake views! Toiletries are all Bvlgari, and they even have a dedicated vanity table for comfortable makeup application – a thoughtful touch. All the kids' amenities are provided, and the king-size bed is perfect for rolling around. The in-room TV also supports screen casting, making cartoon time a delight.
**Dining:** Breakfast runs until 10:30 AM, perfectly accommodating families with kids who want to sleep in. Even around 10:00 AM, the food selection remains abundant, and items are refilled very promptly. They also offer local Thousand Island Lake specialties, which are delicious.
**Entertainment:** The hotel boasts its own 3000㎡ amusement park. The facilities are well-maintained, showing no signs of wear and tear, and the kids played until closing time. The included hot spring is also located within the hotel, accessible directly from the building without having to go outside. It's a semi-open-air setup, but most of the pools are indoors, so there's no need to worry about getting cold. Staff are readily available everywhere, making it very convenient.
**Service:** It's worth mentioning that all hotel staff are incredibly enthusiastic and always willing to help, especially the parking attendants. Their service is almost always smiling and 'running-to-help,' outshining 99% of family hotels. Our butler, COCO, was also very lovely, proactively asking if we needed any assistance, with an excellent attitude.
The entire experience felt absolutely perfect! Already booked a second stay in advance!

MM335447****After a few days in Hangzhou, I searched online for a long time before finally choosing this older hotel! The front desk service was excellent. I even added the front desk attendant on WeChat so I could easily ask questions. The hotel isn't large, but it's centrally located. There's a lovely rooftop garden on the 18th floor with great views, offering a panoramic sight of West Lake. The room arrangement was also quite satisfactory; it's well-equipped, a bit old, but still fully functional. It had everything you could need: a smart toilet, sterilizer cabinet, umbrella, and charger. The front desk was very quick to deliver items or takeout, and the little robot also provided great assistance. I could comfortably stay here for several nights.

KKarolineHVery friendly and attentive staff. No English but made due with translator app which worked just fine. Old and dated decor but good location. Was looking forward to four workouts in the gym and the swimming pool while on a business trip. Chose this hotel specifically for its indoor swimming pool and gym. Would have stayed elsewhere in the area otherwise. That said, the pool and gym turned out to be public and couldn't be used at all as there was kids' swimming going on every time I went - tried on 4 separate occasions and every time the gym equipment was occupied by a dozen sleeping or relaxing parents and grandparents playing on their phones while waiting for their kids' swimming lessons to end. I was also told that the treadmills were out of order. The listing on Trip.com should be updated. It shouldn't be listed as a having an indoor hotel pool and gym as it's not only outside and adjacent in a different building with no direct access from the hotel, it's also a public facility and not accessible to hotel guests if swimming lessons are going on.

GGuest UserVery good apartment loft, was easy to check in and also they were accommodating in upgrading us to a better room with a better view as requested, they were very friendly as well and everything was nice in the apartment, including having a sofa and TV, we connected our laptop to the TV and it worked, its very close also to the METRO station, line 19, I highly recommend this place if you want more of a home stay feel rather than a hotel, you will enjoy it more, all in all a great place to book if you are in Hangzhou for business or just traveling holiday. They speak English as well.

It's just a few minutes' walk to West Lake, and right next to the Hubin in77 commercial area, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping – everything you need in one spot. The hotel just opened in 2024, so the rooms are simple yet comfortable, and all the facilities are brand new. The service is warm and attentive, and even the breakfast includes delicious freshly-made wontons. Staying here means you get to enjoy both the beautiful West Lake scenery and the vibrant city life. Plus, with the exclusive member benefits, it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Hangzhou!

JjudaeaThe hotel is ideally located within walking distance of Lingyin Temple. The facilities are excellent and meet all your needs. The complimentary fruit in the room was fresh, and the toiletries were Le Labo 22, along with a bath bomb, were also provided. The service was excellent, with the front desk providing guidance to the room upon check-in. Breakfast was a semi-buffet, with dishes like noodles and steamed dumplings served in about 20 minutes. The hotel also offered various benefits, including travel photography with our patient photographer, Aqing, who took excellent photos. The complimentary Set A menu was excellent in quality and taste, and included pre-dinner fruit and snacks. Just in time for Qixi Festival, roses were also provided. The minibar also provided free drinks. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel and I'd definitely stay again.

GGuest UserWe had a great time in the bright resort for our weekend bike trip round Qiandao lake. The room was big, the view was very nice and having the hot springs after a long day on the bike was great. It was very clean and the breakfast was ok considering the overall price. Service was very good, we had some special requests because of our bikes and checkout-time which was super easy to align with the front desk. We directly got the contact of 温柔大哥欧耶耶 who was super nice, answered super fast and really gave us the feeling she want to make our stay special and welcoming. Thanks for a great weekend

DDieyiThe hotel is near Exit A of Guihua West Road Station on Line 6. There are restaurants and food along the street, which is very convenient for going out to eat. The hotel front desk lady is enthusiastic, the room size and interior environment are OK, but the network signal is not good, there are too few TV channels and they will jump automatically, the bathroom sink is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a robot delivery service for takeout, which is very good. The breakfast variety is OK and cost-effective. A pleasant short trip!

Thank you very much for giving me this ”unforgettable” stay experience! From the moment I checked in, I deeply felt what is called ”home away from home”~ The sound of the billiard room upstairs was disappearing, as if playing a lullaby for me, so that I could stay awake all night. Enjoy every minute of every second!
The room design is even more ”ingenious”: the design without windows completely freed me from the interference of daylight, and really achieved ”insularity”. As for sound insulation? Oh no, the sound insulation effect that does not exist at all, so that I can master the latest gossip of the whole floor without leaving home. It's a social gospel!
In short, this stay made me ”benefit a lot”, not only exercised my anti-interference ability, but also gave me a new understanding of the word ”hotel”. Such a ”great value” experience, it is really unreasonable not to share it with everyone ～
