My stay at the West Lake Tea Bamboo Plum Blossom Homestay was an excellent experience. Located near the West Lake Longjing Tea Garden, the fresh aroma of tea wafted through the windows. The homestay itself was elegant and tranquil, with white walls and gray tiles complementing the lush greenery of the tea garden, creating a secluded paradise. The staff were warm and attentive during check-in, introducing us to nearby tea-picking experiences. The next day, we took our children to try it, and the tea farmer patiently explained the picking and processing of Longjing tea, leaving our children with a wonderful experience. The rooms were cozy and clean, fully equipped, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. We slept soundly to the sounds of insects chirping in the tea garden. Breakfast featured local specialties of tea snacks paired with congee and side dishes—light yet exquisitely flavorful. Every day here felt slower, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the tea garden scenery and the homestay's heartwarming service. It's definitely a perfect choice for family trips, and I'll definitely come back again.

This was the most touching guesthouse stay I've ever had. I suddenly got hungry in the afternoon, so hungry I felt dizzy, and asked the owner for a bowl of wontons. He personally brought it up to the fourth floor and refused to accept payment. In the evening, we wanted to go out for a stroll, and the owner suggested Guangming Temple Reservoir. Since I couldn't get a ride through Didi (a ride-hailing app), he drove us there. The scenery of Tongwu was breathtaking. During the Qingming Festival holiday, Hangzhou was packed with people, but this place offered a peaceful retreat. The guesthouse had an excellent location; we could lie down and watch the tea mountains and tea picking.

The inn's location is great, right next to Changxi Park, and just a few minutes' walk from the Silk Museum. The Nanshan Renjia restaurant behind it is also quite good. It's close to Leifeng Pagoda and the Zhejiang Art Museum. You can often see old painters sketching portraits at the Zhejiang Art Museum every day, so if you have time, you can even be a model. The inn is relatively clean, and the owner has an excellent service attitude. When I left, they helped me carry my luggage all the way to the car. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite home stays ever. The hosts were super friendly, and served me the most delicious tea every day. The bed was very comfy and the rooms were spacious for the price paid. Will for sure ask to stay here again.

Close to the station, more convenient

The inn is located in the park so just note that the park doesn't allow Didi to enter between 8am - 5pm but it's a ~10 minute walk to the bus loop and shuttles come very often. The inn is quiet and peaceful but some of the common spaces, such as the tea room, look old and not lively. The rooms look a bit old and have a bit of wear-and-tear so it is a bit pricier for what you get in other touristy areas. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and the cleaner did a great job of cleaning our room.

In order to go to Beifeng, I specially set this homestay. The place is very good. It is on the edge of the Beifeng cableway. You can go to the queue to buy tickets up the mountain. The boss sent me the address two days before check-in, and the service was very good. I am also very enthusiastic about the amusement on the side. There is no hand sanitizer in the room, which is not convenient. It is also recommended to have a night light and go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is extremely disappointed. They have a very strange policy of visiting guests, namely a total ban on visiting a room without passport registration (which requires extra payment). My friend wanted to help me to get things in the room and the staff allowed her to come to us for only 15 minutes. After that we watched as other guests the staff refused to skip the guests (they friends wanted to help carry things). I had bronchial asthma and I was extremely displeased with the fact that the room and bedroom were smoked. I had several asthma attacks at night and I couldn't sleep well.

I had a great stay at this small but cozy hotel room. The overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough for a restful night. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

I wanted to visit Lingyin Temple and randomly booked accommodation. The temperature dropped, and it was dark and raining heavily when I arrived. The next morning, I was pleasantly surprised. I opened the curtains and saw a hundred-acre tea plantation right outside. The view was refreshing and I felt happy. The air was great. Lingyin Temple was also very convenient, and the North Peak cable car was a five-minute walk away. The host was warm and friendly, and every suggestion was reliable. It was a great choice for a solo trip.
