A perfect hideaway! The white walls and dark tiled roofs offer a picturesque view at every turn. The butler was warm and attentive without being intrusive, and even the tea served was a local specialty. In the evening, watching the stars in the courtyard with the wind chimes tinkling, all my fatigue instantly melted away. This hidden gem of a guesthouse is definitely worth repeat visits.

Mixed feelings about this place, it seems to be family managed hotel with all the pros and cons. Centrally located, best possible location for me, surrounded by shops and services, next to metro. First impression of the room was good, 15th floor, only after few minutes I realised female hairs are scattered around in the bathroom and the room itself, with water in the bathroom area looking like someone might have taken a bath sometime ago (towels were fresh). Windows were completely dirty (I guess it's outside of hotel control as the exterior might be managed by the building owner?), so potentially a great view turned into irritation Upon questioning, reception despatched ”aunties” service team to clean that arrived within minutes. My request to change the room was ignored and comments about room being not clean and windows dirty were met with reply that this is normal ”building ageing” Overall I would come back, just don't expect high standards Ps. AC works good, washing machine insides and big screen modern TV inside

This time I stayed in a single-family 6-bedroom villa in Linhu, with a wide view and first-class view. The six-bedroom scale is luxurious, the decoration is exquisite, the supporting facilities are complete, the privacy is strong, the facilities are complete, the lake view, each room can see the lake view, the large floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is wide, the lake view is panoramic, the karaoke, the chess and card room, the billiard table are available, you can also barbecue, cook by yourself [strong] The space is comfortable and the functional partition is reasonable. This hotel is located within Dongmingshan Forest Park. We chose a cabin on the mountain, and each one is a stand-alone unit with a small loft. It has huge floor-to-ceiling windows, and when you open the curtains, you're greeted with a sea of green, the sound of birds chirping, and the gentle gurgle of a stream. It truly feels like stepping into a fairytale forest. There are shuttle buses for going up and down the mountain. Along the way, you'll find facilities within the forest park, such as a water play area and a forest adventure trail. If it's not too hot, walking down the mountain isn't too tiring either. Overall, it's a great escape from the world.

It was far beyond our expectations, we were very impressed. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere throughout the accommodation was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxation. I would like to especially praise the outstanding service from the hotel owner. He was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Most importantly, he was very attentive and took great care of us. He provided detailed recommendations for nearby attractions, and even personally picked us up and dropped us off, something that went well beyond what we expected. Another highlight is the location. The hotel is close to many popular tourist spots such as OMG Heartbeat Paradise and 瑶琳, making it very convenient and saving us a lot of travel time. Overall, we feel very lucky to have chosen this place. The B&B was spotlessly clean, and the service was incredibly attentive. Plus, there are cats you can pet! The environment is fantastic, located right in the West Lake scenic area, and the Botanical Garden is just a 50-meter walk away. The B&B has its own private courtyard, perfect for enjoying tea and chatting, and there's even a swing that our baby absolutely loved. It's truly a resort paradise; we'll definitely be back!

I booked this hotel last minute when I came to Hangzhou to visit West Lake and Lingyin Temple. The mini single room exceeded my expectations – it was quiet and clean, and the bedding was comfortable. It's not far from the attractions, and for a solo traveler, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

I was deeply impressed by the hotel room I stayed in this time. The room was clean and tidy, spotless and comfortable. The facilities were complete and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good sleep quality. The layout was reasonable and the space was properly utilized, so people would not feel cramped. Overall, it was a very satisfactory accommodation experience.

I accidentally saw it on Xiaohongshu, and I went to a place temporarily, but I was very, very satisfied! The boss and staff are young people, the atmosphere is very good, and the food is particularly good! Going with friends, the coffee is delicious, the barbecue is large and fresh, the army hot pot is very authentic, will choose next time! PS, the noodle restaurant recommended by the staff does not choose the entrance, we went to breakfast, 6 pieces of fried noodle soup noodles are particularly delicious, the wontons are also very delicious, I have not seen such a high cost-effective place in the surrounding area for a long time! This hotel lobby was tricky to find initially; however, once identified, the buildings desk clerks were very helpful. People of colour may have difficulty as the building uses facial recognition for access and, the software used did not process darker skin tones, leaving discrepancy for those moving in and out of the building; darker skin tones will always require assistance to get in and out of the building… an unnecessary frustration. The room itself was comfortable, with minimal space for luggage storage; all appointments were clean and functional, but also “out of ikea” feel ie shift the door this way for this sort of storage and that way for shelves… a little frustrating for a traveller and a “forgotten items” hazard - slide all the doors every direction before leaving or you will leave a surprise for the next tenant 😂 Over all, a nothing ‘really’ wrong and I was certainly comfortable… but I would look for an alternate next tripto Hangzhou simply as there wasn’t a lot of room for luggage unless I “Escaoeriomed” my belonging in an IKEA functional space.
