It's my second time to visit West Lake. It's much better than the previous hotel. It's very close to West Lake. You can reach Quyuan Fenghe in less than one kilometer. The room is very quiet and you can sleep well. The facilities are complete. The front desk service is very enthusiastic and patient. There are free afternoon tea snacks, free rental of Hanfu, and rich breakfast. It is worth recommending.

we booked the loft duplex and it was just perfect for our family of 4. as soon as the staff realised that we had young kids, she quickly brought us children’s amenities. The room was clean, bright and had everything that we needed.  We had to leave at 7am for our flight which meant we’d miss breakfast. The staff was so thoughtful and packed us a bag of fruit, packet cakes, milk and even serviettes for the road and handed it to us the night before.  The room also had a great and relaxing view of the tea plantation, wish we could spend more time at the accommodation.
