Yitel Hotels in Hangzhou

Hotel is situated near in77 (approx. 12-20mins walk). However, the downside about the location of the hotel is that Didi are not able to stop right in front of the hotel. The nearest ‘pickup/drop off’ place was a motorcycle lane which not all Didi driver will be willing to enter into as they might be fined. If you are planning to take Didi, this might be a bit of a challenge. The hotel has a no-smoking policy. However, there are some guests who ignore the policy and smoke in their room. The room beside ours, unfortunately, smoked in the room and the cigarette smell went to our toilet probably through the ventilation pipe.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a well-designed bathroom featuring separate wet and dry areas. The abundance of convenient power outlets was a great bonus. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. I arrived quite thirsty after dragging my luggage and enjoyed two cups of the roselle fruit tea in the lobby. The staff even noticed I liked it and thoughtfully gave me two packets to take home! They went above and beyond by adding me on WeChat and sending a video guide on how to walk to Hangzhou East Railway Station. Complimentary breakfast was also provided. I was thoroughly impressed with this stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Hangzhou!

Came here based on a friend's recommendation, and the stay was quite good. The front desk service was excellent; they gave us detailed information when we asked about nearby restaurants and West Lake attractions. Dining was also very convenient, with a food court downstairs and Hangzhou cuisine restaurants nearby. In the evening, my mom and I went for a stroll around West Lake and watched the musical fountain. The next day, I took her to Lingyin Temple, which was super convenient as we could take the No. 7 bus directly from downstairs. The hotel's location is also pretty central in Hangzhou. I'd recommend it!

Really good! There's a dedicated butler service upon check-in, and they can even bring deliveries up to your room. Any issues are resolved promptly. The owner also provided a complimentary and extensive breakfast, with very tender fried eggs. The bathroom and toilet were spotless, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. The only minor drawback is that the TV doesn't support screen mirroring.
