Staying at the hotel left the best impression: convenient location, nice services. I really liked the European breakfast, there was American, vegetables and omelette. Very polite staff! The furniture in the room may have looked old-fashioned, but the room was very clean, with a soft mattress and all the necessary amenities. The only thing that surprised me was that there was no door between the room and the bathroom. It was very nice to receive a small compliment every day(yogurt, banana and tomato). Every day my room was cleaned, towels were changed and water was brought. My room was non-smoking, but unfortunately the room was opposite the elevator where people smoked, so the smoke was coming into the room. The woman at the reception helped me a lot with the necessary purchases online, unfortunately, I didn’t have time to ask her name.

- Laundry room is hard to locate as it's label as staffroom.
- No dryer in laundry room is kinda useless
- dated decor. Needs refurbishment
- breakfast utensils need deep cleaning. Bowls and cups are stained

The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly. It is just 2 stops on metro line 4 from the East railway station, and about 25 minute didi ride to West Lake. The bedroom and bathroom are high quality with lots of amenities and the bed is comfy

I especially like the shampoo of this hotel. It looks unremarkable, but the actual experience is really great!!! Whether it is washing or after washing, the hair feels very smooth, comparable to using conditioner. When checking out, I specifically asked about the brand of shampoo, but was unfortunately told that it was specially made by the supplier and could not be bought on the market. It is such a pity. I strongly recommend that the hotel consider making it into peripheral products for sale, which will kill 90% of the shampoos on the market.
Let's talk about a few other advantages:
1. Good location, just next to Xintang subway station on Line 4, very convenient for travel.
2. Good service. The service attitude of the staff is quite good, and you can feel the warm service from the heart. When checking in, maybe because there are not many guests, they also made a free upgrade and gave breakfast, and put some small fruits and snacks in the room. When checking out, there are questions about dissatisfaction. The overall feeling is that they are doing service attentively, which makes people feel very comfortable.
3. The hotel room rate is not high, so the cost performance is very high.
Let's talk about a flaw: the bathroom has a little smell, but it is acceptable. I didn't feel it when I first checked in, because the bathroom was sprayed with fragrance, so I didn't smell it until the next day. The hotel should know about this problem and consciously make up for it in advance.
