Locstion - near Museum of Ethology ,.very close to laguerware art studio. Away from busy tourist area, experience with local Hanoi lifetyle.
Decent room for decent price.
The hotel is in a convenient location, has good hygiene, the room is very quiet, and the facilities are relatively complete. Nhật Vy, the front desk manager, speaks very good Chinese and provides warm and thoughtful service. If we have any questions, we will respond promptly and help us solve them. If we come to Hanoi again, we will choose this hotel again
Very clean, comfortable and extraordinary hotel. There are various amenities provided including a food warmer. However, the distance from the hotel to interesting places is quite far at 5km. Need to get a motorbike to make movement easier.
Nice apartment to stay in. Full amenities and good for long term living. Check in was easy. Guy at the front desk was friendly enough but didn't speak much English. Location is quite far from old quarter. Bike about 20 minutes away. Nearest K circle about 8 mins walk away. Not much food shops around. Japanese town is about 10mins walk away.
Although it is far from the city, I was able to stay in the place I wanted. There is a department store with a food court and a supermarket within walking distance. There are also some open-air banh mi shops and noodle shops in the neighborhood that are open 24 hours a day, so although it is not as in the city, it is not that inconvenient. The hotel has several branch shops along the same street. The room was spacious enough and more than worth the price. The room was equipped with air conditioning, electric fan, TV, refrigerator, oven, water heater, pot and stove, full-length mirror, and more than what you need, and towels, toothbrushes, and body soap are also provided. Two bottles of water are provided free of charge, and more water is provided during daily cleaning.
The shutters close at midnight, so if you come home late, you have to ring the bell once to have them open it, which I felt a little embarrassed about. My room had no windows and was gloomy, but it was dark and comfortable to sleep in.
The only disappointment was that the walls of the room had just been painted the day before, so it smelled like paint and I couldn't change rooms. The smell was so strong that it was difficult to sleep for the first two days, so please refrain from letting guests into a newly painted room right away.
The apartment is centrally located, making travel convenient. The balcony overlooks the vibrant city. Modern, clean interior. Customer service is attentive and always provides timely support.
The hotel has a sense of age. The location is near the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. There is nothing to eat for breakfast. The hotel front desk does not speak Chinese, but the service attitude is very good. Please consider carefully if you request a better breakfast. The price is good here and it is also recommended.

FFu__minThe room was spacious, clean, and I was very impressed. but…
・The shower in the bath does not have hot water (I don't know how to do it)
・The washing machine doesn't turn on and I don't know how to use it.
Some issues may have been resolved by asking the front desk staff, but these two issues were very disappointing.
GGuest UserThe apartment is centrally located, making travel convenient. The balcony overlooks the vibrant city. Modern, clean interior. Customer service is attentive and always provides timely support.
SShanchuanshangxingThe apartment is in an alley, quiet in a busy area, with many restaurants around. The hot pot restaurant 200 meters west is super delicious. There are several types of apartment rooms, each one is huge. It is the largest and most cost-effective apartment I have ever lived in in Vietnam. I will come again.
GGuest UserThe room is generally hygienic and clean, and the tables and stools were wiped down with paper towels, which are quite clean. There is breakfast on the 7th floor, there are restaurants everywhere more than 100 meters away, and there is a cafe at the door, a good place for leisure. The fly in the ointment is that the perfume in the room smells too strong, and I personally don't like it or adapt to it. It is recommended that the hotel make improvements. The location of the hotel is only ten minutes away from the city center on the 72nd floor, and it is convenient to take a taxi. It is worth recommending to stay again.
CCHIENMINGA great hotel. I have lived here for the third time. I also introduced a lot of friends who come to Vietnam to work here. The air conditioner is also very cold. Great location, friends can come
GGuest UserIt's in an alley, easy to find on Google Maps, register at the security office, the room is duplex, but the floor height is a bit low, bumped into a few times. There is a kitchen, downstairs is also a mature commercial area, convenient transportation.
JJohn JoachimI recommend this apartment. Good location. Security could have perhaps a better customer service approach. The views are nice. Apartment comes fully equipped. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
