Hanoi Quan Cau Giay 3-star Hotels

I checked in at night but still contacted the hotel owner to open the door for me. Good reception, room as described, clean. Room is airy, relatively large, beautiful for the price but the air conditioner is a bit weak. Worth the experience.

The hotel is in a convenient location, has good hygiene, the room is very quiet, and the facilities are relatively complete. Nhật Vy, the front desk manager, speaks very good Chinese and provides warm and thoughtful service. If we have any questions, we will respond promptly and help us solve them. If we come to Hanoi again, we will choose this hotel again

The check in I did in the middle of the night was quick. Hotel entrance is without external lights and not easy to recognize. The staff is kind and helpful. The apartment is spacious with a bedroom and a living room with kitchenette. The kitchen is complete with accessories. The toilet is with bathtub, but without separation curtain. There are renovation works in the building next door. They disturb sleep early in the morning. The price is very affordable for this apartment. Nearby there are restaurants and shops.

The apartment is centrally located, making travel convenient. The balcony overlooks the vibrant city. Modern, clean interior. Customer service is attentive and always provides timely support.

The service was very enthusiastic. Although there was a slight problem with the equipment, repairs and replacements were arranged immediately after the problem was raised. There is bottled water on the first floor of the hotel, which is very friendly to Chinese people who drink hot water. It is also very close to the attractions. The breakfast is okay, you just need to eat enough. After all, the price is affordable and it is worth recommending.

Great value! The mini apartment was comfortable a good size and had a number of amenities including cooking, washing machine fridge and water fountain. Bedroom was very comfortable and modern. Bathroom was clean and had great soaps and a Japanese toilet. Would definitely recommend!

Very lovely hotel with plenty of accommodations

The environment is OK and the facilities are complete. There's an induction cooker, washing machine, and even dishes and seasonings. The downside is that the hotel's location is unclear on the map and there's no front desk. Also, the apartment is a bit close to the road and elevated highway. The single-glazed windows are not very soundproof and can be noisy at night.
