Hanoi Quan Cau Giay 5-star Hotels

Facilities: The facilities were much better than I expected. Before going, I was worried that an apartment-style hotel like this might have poor facilities, especially in Hanoi. But to my surprise, it was very comfortable! Cleanliness: The hygiene was also excellent, and housekeeping did a thorough job every day! Environment: The area where I stayed was relatively quiet, and transportation was convenient! It was very easy to get around for my business trips every day! Service: The service was great! If you order Grab food delivery to your room, you can leave it at the front desk, and someone will bring it up to you! Plus, everyone spoke English!

Breakfast was served Alacarte menu. This thing need to be explained by Front desk upon check in. And when I also enter Restaurant for Breakfast.. no one explain proactively they are serving Ala Carte. I was embarrased with the poor basic set up and when I sit down .. staff told me i need to choose some menu. Its was a bit hard to find the check in lobby and the lobby was not really like hotel.

Our stay here was decent. It was falsely labeled as a hotel, which it was not. It was a private apartment building. We had a slight issue at check in but the host was responsive and it was resolved rather quickly. The space was clean and the view was great. We tried to modify the dates but the request was denied. I would say this is nice if you’re ok with being on the outskirts of the city and would probably be nice for a long term stay.

Loved my time at the apartment in Vinhomes D’Capitale! Super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Great location and the host was really kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi and will happily come back for future trips!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with any requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options, and other amenities like Wi-Fi and housekeeping were consistent and reliable. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Hotel js clean and good location. Breakfast is great. Staff are not friendly just do what is ask. Bad impression as no one is smiling and friendly. Strange or maybe they under pressure or not happy at work. The water for shower and tap water is not hot at all. Wanna take shower at night at it is really just body temperature not matter how I adjust the water tap. It is never coems out hot water. Kait a bit warm; this is really bad thing!

On a recent trip to Hanoi, my stay at the King's Ensemble SPA Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is housed in an old French colonial building, exuding a strong Indochinese charm, and looks incredibly captivating from the outside. Stepping into the lobby, the exquisite decor immediately caught my eye, giving it a very stylish and sophisticated feel. I booked a windowless room and was initially worried it might feel a bit claustrophobic, but to my surprise, the room was impeccably clean with no hint of dampness or musty odors whatsoever, making for a very comfortable stay. The TV was a Samsung with excellent picture quality, perfect for relaxing and watching shows in the evening. The service from the staff here is simply outstanding. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone spoke excellent English, making communication seamless. The restaurant even had staff who spoke Chinese, which was a thoughtful touch. We arrived quite early, and since there was an available room, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. Initially, I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to use the hot water tap, and they immediately dispatched a technician to assist me – their efficiency was impressive! You absolutely *must* visit the sky bar on the hotel's top floor! The views are incredible, offering stunning panoramic cityscapes. What's more, the prices are very reasonable. Enjoying a drink while feeling the evening breeze up there is pure bliss. Breakfast was also excellent, with a special menu each day, and I left feeling very satisfied. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient, right by Hoan Kiem Lake. It's very close to the Old Quarter and the 36 Streets, all within easy walking distance. Right next door is a popular beef noodle shop, and just a short stroll away are the famous Uniqlo flagship store in a historic building and St. Joseph's Cathedral, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. Overall, my stay at King's Ensemble SPA Hotel was truly exceptional. Next time I visit Hanoi, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

This was the most satisfying accommodation I stayed in during my trip to Vietnam. The room was clean and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. I was particularly impressed by the minimal noise, which allowed me to sleep soundly at night. The staff were always friendly and helpful, providing detailed local information that was invaluable in planning my trip. The location was also excellent, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

The staff is friendly, polite and helpful. For example, one of the workers carried my luggage and called a taxi to take me to the airport. The breakfast is delicious. It was a healthy breakfast. You can buy tickets to go on a trip to one of the tourist attractions. It is a great location. It is close to the river and many types of restaurants. Miniso and Circle 7 are close by. It is 37 mins away from the airport.

Very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, traffic is relatively blocked, it is convenient to walk by legs or take a motorcycle, the room facilities are similar to the domestic 7 days, but most hotels in Hanoi are almost the same.
