Hanoi Quan Ha Dong 4-star Hotels

This is my third stay here for a business trip in Hanoi. The location is incredibly convenient; my client's office is directly across the street, making it easily walkable. When I finished the two complimentary bottles of water in my room and asked the front desk for more, the staff were incredibly friendly and promptly brought two extra bottles. Big thumbs up for their excellent service! For anyone visiting Ha Dong District for the first time, I highly recommend trying the Vietnamese beef pho place. It's about 200 meters to the left, just across the street, and the taste is fantastic.

The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, there is a supermarket downstairs, there are shopping malls not far from the neighborhood, the transportation is convenient, and the life is convenient. The staff is also very enthusiastic and will come again next time.

I was very satisfied with my first experience. It is indeed a good place to relax. I will come here often in the future. The environment is very sophisticated and it looks carefully designed. It is eye-catching. Although the location is a bit difficult to find, it is better because there are few people and no noisy environment. The whole atmosphere is very nice, not bad 😁

Overall good, free parking, clean rooms, daily cleaning, changing sheets and pillowcases, service is very warm, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can hear chickens and dogs!

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful surprises throughout our stay, the hospitality truly stood out. A special shoutout to Henry at the front desk, who went above and beyond by sharing his personal Google Maps list of local food recommendations—this made exploring the city’s culinary scene so much easier! The hotel also made my husband’s birthday extra special. We were greeted with a beautifully decorated cake upon arrival, and the next morning, the staff surprised him with another sweet gesture during breakfast, leaving him absolutely awestruck. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a large, cozy bed perfect for a couple’s getaway. After a long day of sightseeing, we loved unwinding at the top-floor bar, enjoying drinks with a great view. Location-wise, the hotel is strategically placed - close to charming cafés, restaurants, and major tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, thoughtful, and well-located stay. We’ll definitely be back!

The location is great! The lake and the old town are about 3-5 minutes away, there is a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and there is a Miyake supermarket, cafes, and restaurants near the hotel. All the staff are very kind. There is a smoking area in front of the hotel entrance. I stayed with a friend for two nights. Disadvantages I chose this hotel because it was listed as [Newly built in 2023] on Trip.com, the photos were beautiful, and it had an elevator. However, will it be renovated in 2023? I wonder... The wallpaper looks hand-painted. The building and facilities look old no matter how you look at it. The room has a handmade ventilation fan and it is cold. It's common in Vietnam, but in old facilities, the toilet pipes smell a little... And there is no elevator to the room! ! ! ! The staff carried my luggage up to the third floor, but it was difficult to take the carry-on down when I checked out. I was able to take a Grab taxi from the airport, but it seems that the name was changed when it was renovated, so if I copy the address on Trip.com, I will arrive at a different location. It's close, though. On Google, there is a [Walking Something Hotel? 】 to get the address. There is a new hotel called 【MARO Hotel】 next to it, so it's probably best to use that address to find the hotel. I thought it was a new hotel when I got out of the taxi, so I went to that hotel first, and it was clean and the staff were very new. And when I tried to call for Grab when I was leaving, it wasn't in a location where I could call for it, so I had to push my carrier right and walk about 300 meters to the left and come out onto a road full of big motorbikes, so it was quite a struggle on the way back... It was a good location for sightseeing, though.

Very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, traffic is relatively blocked, it is convenient to walk by legs or take a motorcycle, the room facilities are similar to the domestic 7 days, but most hotels in Hanoi are almost the same.

The location is the best, and I booked a double room. I'm a twin, but I sleep aloneㅡㅡㅡ But there's noise from the surroundings, and the bathroom facilities are terribleㅡ. I felt it was a little cramped.

Good location, there are many choices for eating and coffee shops nearby, very good shopping, staying on the seventh floor of the top floor when checking in, so it is very quiet, the equipment is very new, the air conditioner is very cold, sleep well all night, the counter waiter is very good, the waitress on duty in the afternoon is very responsible for dealing with the problems I encountered, I will stay again next time I come to Hanoi and recommend it to travelers who want to stay near Hoanjian Lake.
