Hanoi Quan Hoan Kiem 5-star Hotels

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and all was very satisfactory. On the first day of arrival, Harry introduced us to nearby restaurants and attractions, he was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast at the hotel was also good and the waiter offered us the coffee we would like each time. Our check out was also delayed by an hour by our request and Stella gave the kids a gift, our kids were very happy!It was really appreciated! Overall, it was a very cozy hotel!

Great hotel well located near the old quarter, but far enough away to avoid excessive noise at night. The facilities, including our room, the gym and the pool, were all excellent. Breakfast was of a very high quality - food was fresh and tasty, and there was a wide variety each day. The service was impeccable - staff were extremely attentive, approachable and friendly.

I had the most amazing time in this hotel for the last 3 days. - The location is as good as it gets - The room was clean and comfortable - The beds were made for a perfect night's sleep - The breakfast was out of this world. A huge variety of local of western dishes always changed from day to day. Al ways one of the highlights of my day. - The staff were always kind, polite and responsive to any of my requests. I would like to mention Miss May, Miss Rose, Ms An and Mr Jacky. They have all made a difference to my stay. Not to mention the small gift received open check-in out. Thank you Splendid Premium Hotel for making my stay in Hanoi special.

It is a comfortable hotel. The big bed is soft and comfortable to sleep on. The facilities are complete. There is a sky bar, massage, spa, and there are many local restaurants near the hotel. In addition, the hotel's location is very good. It is convenient to travel and close to tourist attractions. 🇻🇳👍🏻 The hotel breakfast is also good. There are many varieties. Pho is delicious. 🍜🤩 Better still, the staff is very cute. Take care of and pay attention very well. ❤️🫶🏻

My flight back to Hong Kong in the morning, I have not enough time to have breakfast. Hotel very nice to help me prepack a big of breakfast for me, I can have my breakfast on the way to airport. Appreciated!

We had a terrific stay at La Siesta! The service was wonderful and they gave complimentary welcome drinks and snacks to everyone checking in. I was worried the no window would be uncomfortable but it was not a problem at all and actually a very comfortable room to stay in! I will definitely come back again if I come back to Hanoi 😊

Great location. However staff has been pushy in asking for good review (which they literally stand beside you for you to complete google reviews). Hotel room is old looking and breakfast selection is limited. Wouldn’t really recommend to stay there.

I was actually surprised how spectacular this hotel is, I did not realise at the booking, the lobby is something else, the rooms are clean and tidy and smell lovely and the staff can’t help you enough, I’ve been travelling Vietnam two weeks and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in - 100 anyone staying here will not be disappointed

A house in the old quarter. There are many hotels like this in Hanoi. The rooms are relatively good and the hotel service is also good. But I will never come again. The reason for my failure is that the hotel rented the top floor to others for joint operation. I live on the 7th floor. There was a party on the rooftop all night. Can you imagine how it feels to live next to the sound system next to square dancing? The most terrible thing is that the hotel notified that the party would end at 10 o'clock. I finally endured the noise while working until 10:30, and the noise did not decrease at all. In fact, it was not until 12 o'clock that I was forced to end it after many complaints (I called the third time and it started to not answer), Ctrip helped to complain, and I almost called the police. I was extremely frustrated by the irresponsibility and inaction of the hotel. Ctrip's customer service was very powerful. They have been helping to communicate and comfort me. If it does not end at 12 o'clock, they will help me arrange another hotel. Finally, the hotel apologized. What's the use of apology? When you are on a business trip, you just want a place to rest.

Overall, our stay was okay. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. The location is excellent – very central and close to everything, which made it easy to get around. However, the room we stayed in was quite small and didn’t get much natural light, which made it feel a bit cramped and dark. The pool area could also use more seating and some shade – it got very hot during the day. On the positive side, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh options.
