The counter staff were very enthusiastic and helped with luggage, assisted in changing rooms, and even spoke a little Chinese. Although it is a bit far from the main attractions in the city, it will be quieter at night. It is recommended that you bring your own toothbrush and check that the shampoo and shower gel bottles are locked to avoid falling and causing injury.
Nice room
Facilities: normal, there should be
Hygienic: Yes, clean
Environment: In the alley, it is a little harder to find, but it is quieter at night. It takes 5 minutes to walk to a place like a market. It is also convenient to buy things.
Service: Yes, the front desk speaks English
It’s a 2-star hotel (based on the number of stars displayed on its signboard). The facilities are ok. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I stayed there 3 nights and was given 2 nos of 350m water bottles per day FOC. The room service is free as I was told. The only opportunity for improvement that I could see is the water heater in my room. The hot water didn’t come out consistently throughout. It was running a while only then the water become cooler, but I guess not all rooms have this problem. Overall, I’m having good experience here. Will book it again if I go to Hanoi next time
This location is not very close to any of the major happenings in Hanoi. It is at least 40+ minutes from the airport and 20+ minutes from the city center. It is definitely a decent apartment for the price, but it comes with little benefit once you add up the costs for traveling into the city. The booker had mentioned they would reserve me a motorbike and then that did not happen and I had to rent one myself. Also, the address listed actually shows up differently on the map, so that will prove confusing when you try to get dropped off. Overall not a negative experience, but none of the information I mentioned was noticeable from the listing, so just use caution.
The room is fully equipped, clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel's location is far from the city and the highway. You can't hear any noise in this room. It's a very comfortable stay. I'm very satisfied with this environment.
It’s close to the customer, so I booked this hotel, but the price really doesn’t match. There is no hot water for washing, and it will be available the next morning. The service attitude is okay, and the traffic is okay.

翎翎羽之风Not bad, the front desk can speak Chinese, and the hotel can rent motorbikes. Motorbikes are very convenient in Vietnam, but you need a driver's license to drive. More prosperous around the hotel
GGuest UserSạch sẽ và nhân viên rất Vui tính và nhiệt tình giúp đỡ khi bạn cần.
I was very happy to stay at this Hotel. The service is very good and very friendly 🥰. Will come back against in future 🥰
YYopi0923I stayed for 4 nights this time. The location is good and there is no particular inconvenience in the surrounding facilities. There is also a cafe nearby that is vacant from the morning.
