Very comfortable place to stay. Cheap and big space, has 2 bed rooms like Airbnb style. Also has washing machine and dryer within ur own room. Super convivnent. Walking distance to WinMart convince store. Room has a small kitchen area and an oven too. And a big fridge. Has TV for YouTube. Floor is abit dirty, if u don’t mind. The rest is ok. Had a good sleep.

The hotel is good and newly built. The room isn’t too big, but it is more or less enough for two families. We would like to come back again, but there were several issues that need to be improved: when we arrived, there was no knife, not enough towels, only a few forks and spoons, and no cups for drinking tea—just glasses. It would be great to have a microwave oven and a frying pan if there is a cooking stove. No one comes to clean the room until you check out. We wanted to stay longer and booked a room; they allowed us to stay in the same room, and the cleaner came to clean the room and change the towels. We had to stay for one more night, and we were allowed to check into another room earlier. Thanks for that! One more thing to mention is that there’s a school right next to the hotel and in the morning it could be a little noisy. Oh, and there was a sewer smell in the bathroom, would be great to fix it. But overall thanks a lot.

Good value and great location in the heart of West Lake, Hanoi. Clean and spacious and fully furnished with all amenities. Would happily stay again.

The room is OK, but the service is not good. The cleaning is not done once a day. There is a mountain of garbage in the room and no one cares. Do you think the toothpaste in the disposable toothbrush can last us for three days? Also, it is deep in the alley, and it is difficult to get a taxi. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the nearest bus stop.

The room is quite spacious and quiet. However, the bedding is not very clean. It smells a bit bad.

The newly opened hotel is located by the West Lake with beautiful scenery. It has two rooms in one house and a large space. The kitchen and washing machine are fully equipped. The front desk staff has a very good attitude. My friend even helped me buy sanitary napkins when I was on my period. Thank you very much.

It was my first time to go to Hanoi and I came across a very cost-effective hotel. It’s worth recommending. It’s next to the West Lake.
