It was good enough for an 18 hr layover and the pod itself was pretty clean. No complaints there. However I wish they had disposable slippers and I didn't have to put my shoes on everytime I needed to use the washroom. Plus some hooks for my clothing wouldve been good. We used the public washroom next to the pods and they were averagely clean. But my biggest complaint was the fact that the pods are not soundproof. I was awoken multiple times through my sleep, and I could hear people talking, laughing and tapping. It was really annoying. There should be better sound proofing and silence near the pods OR atleast some good earplugs. Luckily I bought my own as I'm a light sleeper but without them, it wouldve been useless renting the pod.
Not really welcome to customer The lady at reception asked very strange question, ‘which country are you flying ‘. Once we checked in we are checking out the next day early morning and she asked this too personal question to us . We both were shocked suddenly asked us like that. Actually she has transport one person 100 VND to air port car service and if we booked grab was only 40 VND to air port which is only 10 minutes away from hotel. I mean she can do business but not asking to the customers which country are you flying ??? We feel very strange and not safe a little bit as the area is outskirt from town . Toilet is chocked and we both controlled the whole night not using heavily 😂 . Only one night stay because the next day early morning flight. We will not come bk to this place again. Many hotels surrounding many choices. Open business but don’t understand service.
I spent a night at the hotel, and I really slept incredibly well! The room was super clean, Hanh's family was very loving, their food, mmm, was delicious! I left my backpack there, and I'll come back to get it in a month, and they'll take care of it for me during that time! I'll definitely sleep there when I come back before I leave :)
Thank you so much!!!

I used this service because I had about 8 hours of layover time.
From check-in to pick-up, I was treated very kindly.
The shower had good, hot water, so even though my stay was short, I was able to relax.
Considering the price, I think it was a good deal.
The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from Hanoi International Airport. The atmosphere here is quiet, which I really like, unlike restaurants in the city where when you walk out of the entrance you are greeted by busy streets. This kind of hotel is suitable for almost all types of travelers, except for the elderly who cannot use stairs and those who don't mind the cost of transportation to and from the city, so it is very suitable for travelers traveling in groups after all, they can share the transportation cost. The moment I entered the reception area I felt comfortable with the white walls and the staircase to the right, which is usually seen in houses. The room was clean and the bathroom was big enough for 3 people. The receptionist was also very nice, although he didn't speak English, he was using a translation app which made conversations with his guests easy. I had a healthy breakfast of toast with butter and eggs, two fruits on the plate which was a bit too much for me, and a hot cup of coffee 😋. The owner was also very helpful and offered to give me a ride to and from the city for a reasonable fee, which I knew very well because I also checked the service fee on the ride app.

The room is clean and the facilities are good. The receptionist is enthusiastic and the food is delicious. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days for my trip to Kyoto. I will continue to book the hotel again next time I go to Kyoto😍
Despite arriving late at night, they were able to accommodate me appropriately. It's within walking distance of the airport, and there are many restaurants nearby, so it's convenient at any time. I personally would like to become a regular customer.

The surrounding area was more stray dogs than the old town and the air was killing. Even I, who is not good at dogs, was okay, but if you are worried, you should take a taxi.
It's cheap, but the beds are very clean, the lockers are large, and the shower room is divided into men and women, so it's safe. Water servers, Wi-Fi, shampoo, body soap, toothbrush, towels, hair dryer, etc. were all in place.
There was no problem for Japanese people to stay!

GGuest UserAbsolutely gorgeous room. Was so tired after my 1am flight, but the travel here was cheap and fast. There’s a 24hr checkin but I couldn’t get in, turns out the guy was sleeping and the doorbell wasn’t working, it was fine though. Very comfortable bed, Slept amazingly. Would 100% stay here again if I ever fly to Viet Nam again 👍
