The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from Hanoi International Airport. The atmosphere here is quiet, which I really like, unlike restaurants in the city where when you walk out of the entrance you are greeted by busy streets. This kind of hotel is suitable for almost all types of travelers, except for the elderly who cannot use stairs and those who don't mind the cost of transportation to and from the city, so it is very suitable for travelers traveling in groups after all, they can share the transportation cost. The moment I entered the reception area I felt comfortable with the white walls and the staircase to the right, which is usually seen in houses. The room was clean and the bathroom was big enough for 3 people. The receptionist was also very nice, although he didn't speak English, he was using a translation app which made conversations with his guests easy. I had a healthy breakfast of toast with butter and eggs, two fruits on the plate which was a bit too much for me, and a hot cup of coffee 😋. The owner was also very helpful and offered to give me a ride to and from the city for a reasonable fee, which I knew very well because I also checked the service fee on the ride app.
We stayed here before an early morning flight and it was fine for that, close to the airport and we could check out early morning. Only issue was there were lots of mosquitoes in the bathroom. Comfy bed and good air conditioning though.
The room door and bathroom window were left open, letting in all the mosquitoes.
The staff was very friendly.
The room was clean overall but could have used a bit more attention.
The ceiling fan was dusty, as if it had never been cleaned.
The bathroom floor and toilet weren’t as clean as they should be.
This is a cozy hotel where attention to detail is evident.
The towels are of high quality, the hangers are non-slip and the neck rest angle is adjustable for convenience, and the bathroom shower is well designed and functional. There are plenty of hooks for hanging towels and clothes. There is a spacious desk and a compact desk where you can also do your makeup, which is convenient for doing small tasks. There is a smart TV. The interior is simple and functional. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is also an elevator. This hotel is definitely recommended if you are staying the night before or arriving late at night near the airport.
Good hotel, stayed because I arrived late in the evening. I walked there in about 15-20 minutes (not the most pleasant walk in the dark, but I wanted to walk and had problems with the taxi app).
They checked me in in a minute, the room was clean, the bed linen and towel were snow-white, the mattress was quite hard. The room had 2 bottles of water and a hygiene kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, shower gel). The hot water pressure is good, the water flows next to the toilet (like almost everywhere in Asia). Overall, it was quiet. For breakfast I took coffee and scrambled eggs, they also gave me a bottle of water (50k dong). Taxi Maxim to the airport is 20k dong (I went there to catch the express bus n86 to the city center, 45k dong), because the closest bus to the hotel makes a lot of stops along the way).
From the hotel they offer a taxi to the city for 250k dong (in taxi Maxim the price is 243k, I don’t know about Grub, so the price is normal).
Cons:
- Only general lighting, not enough bedside lightin;
If you go on foot: almost immediately to the right of the airport there is a sidewalk. Walk along it, then you need to cross a wooden bridge. Several times you will have to go to the side of the road. Then you need to go through a payment terminal for cars. Go straight until you see a sidewalk. At the beginning of the perpendicular street, where you need to turn to go to the hotel, there is a pedestrian crossing across the road.
This is good hostel.
Reasons are below:
- price: it is modest
- location: it is great, just really close to the airport (walkable distance) and minimart
- room: it is clean
Thank you
The place is nice and located close to the airport. Friendly staff, but you have to use a translator to communicate. Bed sheets are very clean and smells good.
😭 regardless on it, I had a misunderstanding with a receptionist lady and she asked to pay CASH for my ALREADY booked and payed room. Also she didn’t provide an invoice.
What a perfect little place to stay if you have a late arriving flight or a very early morning one. I found the staff here extremely friendly and they used Google translate to communicate. The room was immaculate and offered fantastic value. They offer breakfast at an additional charge , very reasonable and their iced coffee is superb, highly recommend. An ideal place to stay for a night.
