The TV didn't work. Other than that, it was an excellent room with nothing to complain about. The area around the hotel was quite dangerous, but the restaurant seemed very peaceful, even though the owner and guests seemed very unsafe. I went to a nearby store to buy some shochu, but the staff told me about another store, but it was closed. The staff opened some shochu from home, put it in a bottle, and shared it with me.

Super Clean. Smells fresh. Blankets and toothbrush provided. Easy to locate. Toilet nearby. Got air con. Double bed bunk style.

Extremely close to Hanoi International Airport, making it perfect for a transit layover. A Grab ride is quick and typically within 3km. The room was decent for a basic guesthouse and reasonably clean. Overall, very convenient.

I stayed at a hotel near the airport for a day, but it wasn't easy to find the location. It's in the corner of the alley.

Really great experience staying in this hotel! Room was absolutely clean and check in/out was a breeze. They even offer airport/city centre transfer if needed. 2 water bottles were provided in the room, with the option to buy local beer from the main desk. I really would totally stay here again if I had another layover. Just don't get confused with another similarly titled hotel nearby: 'Family Transit Hotel 2'. This hotel is just titled 'Family Transit Hotel'.

The place is nice and located close to the airport. Friendly staff, but you have to use a translator to communicate. Bed sheets are very clean and smells good. 😭 regardless on it, I had a misunderstanding with a receptionist lady and she asked to pay CASH for my ALREADY booked and payed room. Also she didn’t provide an invoice.

The price is not expensive, very close to the airport, the room facilities are not very new, but relatively clean. One disadvantage is that because it is too close to the airport, it is sometimes not easy to take a taxi. The local driver does not want to pick up a short list.

Our Family had a wonderful two might stay at Jademay Airport hotel . The location is just a walking distance from Noi Bai International Airport , it was a perfect place to get a rest after exploring northern vietnam before catching your flight home. The room are well equipped with top notch amenities and clean to perfection. Would stay there again and recommend our friends to check out too .

Уютный отель с удобным расположением вблизи аэропорта. Если вы едете транзитом, очень удобно. Недорого, чистенько, гостеприимно. Самый большой плюс, это доброжелательные, отзывчивые хозяева, которые помогли нам. Тк мы впервые в данной стране, многого не знали. Наш соотечественник Сергей, совладелец отеля, помог обменять деньги, вместе мы вкусно пообедали в местном кафе, а также Сергей немного был гидом, свозил на экскурсию в Храм литературы. В общем, мы очень рады познакомиться с вами, побывать в вашем отеле, желаем процветания и благополучия!!!
