My family loves the room where we can cook fresh seafood purchased from near by Cho Thanh Tan or Market Thanh Tan. There is a lot of food choices nearby. Free lounge at level 22 and also indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam & sauna! They have free shuttle buses to old town and supermarket so be sure to check with reception! I feel so at home there!

I love this hotel. Fabulous and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious. The pool has a wonderful view. Hope to comeback here again. Best value, easy to access some place such as Lotte Center, Vincom and Keangnam landmark 😅😅

The hotel is located in a convenient location, opposite the Highlands coffee. Well-equipped. Hygiene needs to be more assured because there is still hair from previous guests left in the bathroom, blankets and bed sheets are still stained. Service needs to be more proactive with customers. Overall, not great, but not bad either.
