I had the most amazing time in this hotel for the last 3 days.
- The location is as good as it gets
- The room was clean and comfortable
- The beds were made for a perfect night's sleep
- The breakfast was out of this world. A huge variety of local of western dishes always changed from day to day. Al ways one of the highlights of my day.
- The staff were always kind, polite and responsive to any of my requests.
I would like to mention Miss May, Miss Rose, Ms An and Mr Jacky. They have all made a difference to my stay.
Not to mention the small gift received open check-in out.
Thank you Splendid Premium Hotel for making my stay in Hanoi special.

Location is good. 45min from airport and walking distance to old quarter and the lake. Many eateries and cafe around the area.
We had a 3 bedrooms executive apartment. Good size for 6 adults. Well equipped but the apartment will require refresh and renovate. The room has a strong smell when we checked in.
Front desk team provided great service and very efficient for both checking in and checking out. Has provided a fantastic first impression.

Victor solved the problem we faced and Quinn explained the traveling spot patiently. With their smiling face, it was a great start up for everyday.

The hotel is a beautiful blend of classic charm and historic elegance. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles. The bomb history tour was fascinating, the breakfast was delightful, and the spa provided the perfect relaxing experience. A truly memorable stay!

Hotel de Lagom is a new hotel, hence all of their amenities are very new and in superb condition. The location is perfect as it is located right in the heart of city center and not so much of a far walk to the happening old quarter. All of the staffs are friendly, hospitable and professional. We love their recommendation hand-outs where you will be able to find all food options (Michelin included), bar spots and tourist attractions. The staffs (Christine and Julia) are also very responsive and accommodating to all my requests and questions via phone chats.
We were lucky enough to receive the free upgrade to Executive Suite. The room was super clean, spacious and modernly designed. Their gym is clean and equipped with clean and new machines and dumbbells. We did not have enough time to try out their swimming pool on the rooftop but it looks amazing as well. Right across the street is also a popular cafe, which is perfect for coffee lovers.
All in all, we had a great experience staying at Hotel de lagom. Highly recommended for anyone who is considering a new, nice and clean stay at Hanoi. We will consider staying here again in our next trip to Hanoi and would recommend this place to our friends!

Our stay at La Siesta Classic was one of the best customer service experiences that we have encountered. The staff was very helpful and willing to move mountains to maintain a comfortable stay. The breakfast is very good and there is something for everyone. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The Movenpick Hotel is a great choice for your staying in Hanoi. The location is very convenient for discovering the city and the friendly staff will make you feel welcome and relaxed. Nice swimming pool, don’t forget to grab a drink at the Cabana Club. Highly recommend it!

1. Vegetarian food options are limited, even though we had clearly mentioned during checkin.
2. The location is quite nice, there are ATMs around the hotel
3. The music session in the evening is very good
4. The staff is helpful
But, their room service and housekeeping is terrible
1. The service, specially room service is TOOOO slow
2. The shampoo, bath gel weren't refilled
3. We upgraded to the suite which should signal that we are looking for a luxurious stay, but the room service guys rudely told us that they only give 2 bottles of water per day (in a suite! where families would stay, where guests might come). We have stayed across multiple hotels in multiple cities of Vietnam but this was the first time we had heard of such a policy in Vietnam

The staff's kindness and attention to detail made for a truly wonderful experience. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
The interior is elegant and calm, offering a welcome sense of relief when returning from the bustle of the city.
There is a rooftop pool with a bar counter, and I highly recommend visiting it during your stay. It's a lovely place to unwind while enjoying the city lights at night.
To learn more about the hotel and its services, I recommend checking the official website in addition to the booking site. The spa menu and other offerings are thoroughly detailed there.
As a special treat, I booked a massage during my stay (hotel guests receive a 10% discount). Although the price was a bit high, the experience was worth it — the massage was professional and deeply relaxing.
I would love to stay here again when I next visit Hanoi.
Since I was traveling solo and light this time, I took Bus No. 86 from the airport and then used Grab (ride-hailing app) to reach the hotel. The nearest bus stop is about 500–600 meters from the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and all was very satisfactory. On the first day of arrival, Harry introduced us to nearby restaurants and attractions, he was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast at the hotel was also good and the waiter offered us the coffee we would like each time. Our check out was also delayed by an hour by our request and Stella gave the kids a gift, our kids were very happy! It was really appreciated! Overall, it was a very cozy hotel!

GGuest UserGood looking rooms and decor. Very thin walls and nearly nonexistent noise proofing windows. Like it or not, you're going to know more about your next room guests than you ever wanted. At night, all kinds of street noise and contractions hammering woke you up nonstop. Service is ok.

GGuest UserThe hotel service is very meticulous, and the meticulous service begins from the moment you step into the hotel. The Living Room offers soft drinks and snacks throughout the day. A dim sum cart is available during afternoon tea time, where you can choose from a very exquisite dim sum. During the HH period in the evening, there are live performances, alcoholic beverages, and snacks to go with the drinks. All service staff are very enthusiastic and are always willing to care about guests' needs and provide assistance. After we checked out, they helped us move our luggage to our next hotel, the Sofitel Legend Hotel. After breakfast, we went to visit the swimming pool, which was not in use at that time. The service staff also took us to visit the facilities on the entire floor. The design of the 2 SPA rooms is very brilliant. You can try them if you have the chance.
Beautiful hotel and meticulous service, it is a hotel that you will want to visit again and stay a few more days.
JjacquesqtnUnfortunately we did not have the best start to our trip, but things fortunately settled down and got better as the stay progressed. When we arrived we were greeted with bad news that our hotel had a wiring problem and that we were going to be moved to a “5 star” hotel. All they did was move us to another branch of May De Ville - where we had to walk to with our luggage before checking in. Secondly, the first two nights we complained about guests who were making a noise past midnight, including partying in the passages with their doors open. After day one they moved us to a new floor. And guess what, it continued to happen the following night. After complaints to reception failed to help or solve the issues, my wife and I dealt with the problem ourselves and had to deal with the unmannered guests. The reception told us to put in earplugs they had given us and tried to blame the noise on outside parties, (wonderful hospitality right?) although it happened on both levels we stayed in and was clearly people in the vip rooms partying with their doors open. We also continuously asked for our aircon to be changed from heat to cool, which they took all 4 days of our trip to get right before we had one night of cool air to sleep with. Due to TET, everything including room service was closed, and all prices increased without any prior guidance, and most meals in the hotel were never in stock. A great location, but honestly we much preferred being outside of the hotel as much as possible.
GGuest UserSuperb location in the heart of oldtown with all major streets and sights at walking distance, overlooking the famous Hoan Kiem Lake. Hotel has all the service standards of a proper 5-star. Stayed 1 night, went on a cruise, and skipped the JW in favor of returning here again for the sake of convenience exploring Hanoi and its sights. Comfortable beds and decent showers. If possible, get a lakeview room.
GGuest UserThis quaint and beautiful hotel is right smack of the heart of old quarter Hanoi. Many shops nearby, eateries, foot massage, tour agents, clothes and whatsnot. The usual chaotic and noisy street but the hotel room have very good sound-proof windows. Breakfast is good, especially the coffee. Service are good, especially Rosie, the frontdesk manager, who speaks fluent English and helped us arranged for the Halong Bay tour and taxi to the airport. Also provided us with good suggestions on whete to have delicious pho & bun cha. Overall very happy with this hotel and it is definitely value for money.
DD**JThe hotel was excellent in terms of service and location. Though the breakfast food selection was a bit short for a 5-star hotel and the rooms are small, the staff makes up for it with their warm behaviour and service.the rooftop bar and restaurant is an amazing place to have some drinks or dinner. The view overlooking the lake and old quarters becomes breathtaking at night. Highly recommended for comfortable stays. However a bit lower price of the rooms would be great, mainly because of the fact that other hotels with similar price range has bigger rooms and other facilities to offer.
