很好的房子，距離哈爾濱著名景點中央大街和聖索菲亞大教堂都很近，步行幾百米就能都到達，交通便利快捷。距離道里菜市場也很近，可以在那裡購買好吃的。房間裏乾淨衞生，床單都很新。屋內設施都有。價格便宜，性價比很高。適合出差旅行住宿。

位置優越，就在中央大街旁邊，近公交車站和地鐵站，出行便利，附近餐飲店和超市很多，吃飯和購物超方便，賓館設施齊備，熱水充足，WIFI流暢，環境衞生好，沒有異味，床單被套枕頭浴巾毛巾都很新且乾淨，服務周到，老闆娘很熱情，這是本人去雪鄉回來哈爾濱後再次入住，性價比高，推薦。
