The hotel provides a free airport transfer service “to” and “from” the hotel. Even though we didn’t have internet connection, the staff was able to pick us up at the right time and the overall process was smooth. Thanks a lot for helping to arrange this. P.S. We requested for the airport transfer service before the trip through WeChat. The staff doesn’t speak English so please be prepared to communicate in Chinese.

I asked several times through your service agent to contact this hotel regarding transfer booking. At the end transfer didn’t arrive to the airport. Hotel staff doesnt speak English and i dont speak chinese. There should be a solution to contact a hotel..
