Overnight stay before an early flight from Stansted. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was fine. Plenty of free parking. We had food in the adjoining pub. It wasn’t the best or worst food I have had but the place was clean and pleasant with good service.

Super friendly staff,check in was quick and easy and the hotel is in a great location. The bed was very comfortable and there was endless supply of coffee. After a 4 hour drive I was able to relax before we went out for the evening. All in all it was great value for money

The colour of the walls were dark and a little depressing and the whole room could do with freshening up. We stayed for two nights but they did not service the room. The room was a disabled room but we still had to step in to the bath to take a shower. Not good !

A friendly welcome and early check in available. Our room was lovely and looked recently refurbished. We always love thebedding and pillows. It was nice to see an Easter egg colouring hunt available for the all and the results displayed in reception

Amazing staff especially lady in the morning when I was checking out Lovely feel to the hotel, you can tell the staff there are proud of it. Beautiful setting and we will certainly be returning as soon as we are able. The staff and management are a credit to your company

Your desk welcoming staff, were very helpful and catered for my needs as I could not manage the stairs. The room itself, the house keeping side left a lot to be desired very dirty and dusty ( window sill, sliding door into bathroom, bathroom floor, all required a general clean up) The bed was very comfortable however we had to buy fabric refresher because of musty smell. We did not complain about the cleanliness to your staff as they helped to accommodate my needs. The room itself, was not up to the standard of other Premier Inns we have stayed at. The cleanliness of the room should be of the upmost importance. The room looked very tired, bathroom even worse. Carpet required cleaning, did not walk on it with bare feet

the bathroom was not clean enough. and there was not a wifi connection all day and night. it is so strange that there is still hotels have not wifi connection. there was not a phone to call reception for any inquiry. and you can not see warm welcoming.

Lovely and clean. Plenty of free parking. Very quiet overnight. Would definitely stay here again. Drive to Stansted around 25 mins. There is a Beefeater restaurant next door. We didn’t use it but it looked popular on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you Premier Inn
