Premier Inn Harlow East (Church Langley)

Excellent hotel, I've used on a number of occasions. Friendly staff, check in and cleaning staff very attentive especially at weekday breakfast. Must mention Joanne the waitress, friendly, welcoming and courteous. Always gives me a great start to my day. Great prices as well.

What an amazing experience for a premier inn. I came and stayed at this lovely hotel while I was seeing family. I am very shocked. The staff are simply lovely! Amelia has a beautiful smile which I had the pleasure of capturing during arrival and was helpful to the upmost degree. She comes across as shy but will excel at her role once she realises her value. The room was spotless with an updated bathroom along with a comfortable/roomy bed. They were also selling some goody bags for the children’s hospital great ormanstreet. I personally find that extremely humane and a massive selling point for this lovely hotel. There is a restaurant next door but with a Tesco just a 3 minute walk down the road i found myself not needing to go there as i tend to not eat big meals. Thank you so much to everyone at Harlow east who made my stay memorable.

A very lovely hotel. Room was HUGE! Bed extremely comfy, pillows perfect! Very quiet, no noise from anyone or anywhere. Room nice & clean. Nice view from second floor window. Only thing I would change is the mugs for tea - not keen on transparent ones! Receptionist friendly & welcoming.

I was pleasantly surprised with the location, opposite a Tesco and next to a Pub/Food chain where meals were taken. The hotel and room were clean, the bed comfortable, I had two good nights sleep. The staff were friendly and the receptionist very welcoming

Lovely hotel that was fresh and clean. Sheets and towels lovely and soft. Staff friendly especially Dawoo D who gave me a warm welcome. Nice quiet location I had very early start for work but hotel and surroundings were quiet so I got a great sleep. Thank you

Sadly there was no hot water in the sink due to a possible tap problem and I had to boil a kettle. The TV would not change channels or volume when requested and sometimes went off on its own despite changing the batteries in the remote control, even the buttons on the side of the TV didn't do as requested. Being on the second floor it was very inconvenient when the lift was out of action on our way home with luggage. We prefer a reception which is manned at all times which this one is not. The free wifi is terribly slow. We will not stay here again and will go back to using Harlow Mill Premier Inn.
