The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is relatively new and the decoration looks good. Unfortunately, I found 3 small cockroaches when I entered the room on the first day. Breakfast is on the 7th floor with a good view. On the last day, because we had to get up early to catch the flight, they took the initiative to pack breakfast for us. In general, it is pretty good in Havana.

Very good 👍 Very cost-effective. The open-air room is quite large, and it also provides general toothbrushes, soaps, etc. (I didn't use them, it was said that supplies were scarce). The hotel is in a good location, a few minutes away from the center, on the famous street, you can take a walk in the evening to experience the life of local residents (as shown in the photo). The hotel breakfast is particularly good, it is a set meal, the quality, taste and variety are very good, it is a surprise.

It's just so-so, the service is so-so.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel and changed the room type. The quality is still excellent and still exceeded our expectations. I originally thought that the slightly more basic room type might not be good, but in fact the hardware, service and hygiene are still online, and the view from the top floor is still good. The hotel would not let me leave because of the language problem. It took a long time to figure it out. They said that I consumed drinks in the hotel. Let me pay for the drinks. It’s not a matter of money [because I don’t want to be on the street, the plane is late, and I spent 550 a day for the room, but I only stayed for 4.5 hours], it’s realistic! There is no refrigerator in my room, let alone orange juice and coke🥤, which is inexplicable! It has been a stalemate, and the staff who checked the room finally shouted several times in a hurry: sorry. The problem was solved. (I guess they got the wrong room). The ending was that the driver waited for too long and got angry. He stepped on the accelerator to express his anger, and his car broke down at the door of the hotel 🏨 [All the hotel staff (front desk, reception, doorman, cleaner, room inspector, hotel manager) witnessed this]. I was going to the airport, and I was so anxious that I had to change cars. The hotel may not read the comments, or may not care. It doesn't matter. It's over! It's rare to be confused. There are several hotels in the same Royalton group. This one has the best value for money. There is also a Seaview Lion Hotel which is bigger and more upscale. It is also theirs and is close to the sea. It should be the best one at present.
