The front desk lady and the little brother have a super good service attitude, take the initiative to greet and quickly check in. Because I arrived early, I also helped to store my luggage. During the period, if you have any questions, you will answer patiently and truly ”good service”. The hotel environment and facilities are surprising. The lobby is very design, the room is bigger than expected, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bath water pressure is very comfortable. My one major point of dissatisfaction during this stay was with the front desk service, specifically the male staff member (the one in the first picture). We arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM and were told we couldn't check in immediately, needing to wait 30-40 minutes. The reason given was that the previous guest, a Ctrip user, had a late check-out privilege until 2 PM and had only just departed, meaning we had to wait. We were understandably displeased, especially since our Ctrip booking indicated check-in was available after 2 PM, and I had plans later and needed to get ready. However, this initial delay alone wouldn't have driven me to write a negative review. My main reason for doing so was several of this male staff member's responses: ① ”Our Ctrip booking says check-in is after 2 PM.” ”The room isn't ready because the previous guest was a Ctrip user with a privilege to check out at 2 PM. You could also get a late check-out until 2 PM.” ② ”So if we had arrived at 2 PM, would we have had to wait 2 hours?” ”Yes.” (His curt, one-word 'Yes' was particularly frustrating.) ③ ”I have plans later and need to put on makeup.” ”You can do your makeup in the hotel's public restroom or at the Starbucks on-site.” After these exchanges, I had already opened my phone to search for alternative hotels nearby. Thankfully, a female staff member nearby proactively intervened. She went to check on the room and found it had already been cleaned, just not yet inspected by a manager. We were then able to check in immediately. The female manager on duty later sent a fruit platter as a gesture of apology. Since the hotel doesn't have a bellhop, we always entered and exited through the main entrance. It wasn't until check-out that we learned we could exit through the hotel's coffee shop to avoid the gravel path. Reflecting on our check-in, that same unhelpful staff member truly failed to provide any useful information. In contrast, the male manager at check-out was excellent; he helped us with our luggage and proactively informed us about the shortcut. Overall, apart from the unfortunate incident with that one front desk staff member, we were quite satisfied. The serviced apartment-style room was especially comfortable and kept very clean.
