"This hotel offers a very comfortable stay and is conveniently located close to Hefei South Railway Station, just one metro stop away. Even better, Metro Exit B of Wanghuchengxi station is right outside the hotel entrance, which is super convenient. The room was incredibly spacious and clean. The toiletries provided were extensive and of high quality; the hairdryer was a Dyson, and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all Malin+Goetz products. The scent might seem niche, but it actually smells wonderful. The front desk staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was pretty standard, with a decent but not overly wide variety of options. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Hefei South Railway Station. You just need to book your time in advance and inform the front desk when you're ready. Our driver, Master Li, was very kind and his service was incredibly thoughtful. On our return journey, it was raining and there was traffic around the station, but he was so patient, dropped us right at the entrance, and even helped us with our luggage. We didn't get wet at all! This was my first time visiting Hefei, and I had a fantastic impression, half of which I owe to this hotel! 😁 It's definitely a hotel I'd choose again if I ever come back to Hefei."

"Absolutely loved this hotel! The environment is clean and tidy, with a stylish and modern European decor. There's a concierge right when you enter, and the lobby bar is also eye-catching. The ladies at the front desk were all impeccably dressed, beautiful, and enthusiastic. Naomi provided attentive and thoughtful service, even proactively recommending a great room location. The hotel overall is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and there's a small Bluetooth speaker by the bed for a great music and entertainment experience. The bathroom is large with a good wet/dry separation, and there's plenty of hot water. The location is convenient, and the food delivery by robot is fantastic – a dream for introverts like me! And, what's more, I was incredibly lucky to actually meet the legendary Nick Wilde! That really made the trip amazing! So happy! Looking forward to coming back again! P.S. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a very peaceful night's sleep. The staff were polite and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location is superb, making travel convenient. All the details were well thought out. I highly recommend this hotel and will choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"Highly recommend! My stay was perfect. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable. Selina, our butler, proactively reached out the day before to coordinate, and her service was incredibly thoughtful. Upon check-in, ladies even received a pink Diana rose, which was such a lovely touch! The executive lounge and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel's location next to MixC shopping mall and the museum made getting around, shopping, and visiting exhibitions super convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei!"

"The connecting rooms are perfect for a family of four. Hygiene: The hotel is clean. Facilities: There's a children's play area next to the breakfast area. Service: The service was excellent. We woke up late and thought we'd missed breakfast, but the hotel staff specially arranged for us to dine at the executive lounge upstairs. The welcome fruit was also a nice touch. When it rained in Hefei, the hotel provided umbrellas for us to use temporarily. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming!"

"The carpet in the room was a bit dirty, and there was dust under the bed. The entire building feels a bit old. The complimentary 'happy hour' light meal actually only had four dishes, self-service style, which I don't recommend – I took one look and left. There were no welcome fruits or anything, even though it was an executive room. The breakfast looked like it had a lot of variety, but it was just so-so. The worst part of the experience was the swimming pool. It's tiny, and half of it was sectioned off for kids' training. My child went swimming for less than 30 minutes and told me there were a lot of stringy, white flocs at the bottom of the pool. We quickly went back to the room to disinfect clothes with Dettol and thoroughly washed our bodies multiple times. We decided to come here last minute, so we booked this place nearby. After staying two nights, we immediately switched to the InterContinental. I really do not recommend this place."

"The hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious; every dish felt like it was made with great care. Our room was spacious and tall, which made it feel very open and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, as we couldn't hear any traffic noise from the road outside. They even gave us a late check-out after we asked about transport times, which was incredibly thoughtful. We truly felt at home!"
