The hotel rooms are all on the 42th floor or above. Ours was on the 52th and my kid was super happy with that. Great view of the surrounding area. Service was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the over crowded swimming pool (prob. b/c in July) shared with a gym not afflicted with the hotel. If you don't plan to use the pool, then I would highly recommend this place.

I booked this hotel to see Zhou Shen's concert. Although it was a bit further from the venue due to a nearby subway station closure, the overall experience was excellent! The hotel facilities are subtly luxurious. I stayed in a ground-floor room, and the natural light was incredibly good – no feeling of being cramped or uncomfortable at all. You can tell a lot of thought went into the decor. The breakfast included both Chinese and Western dishes and tasted fantastic, highly recommended. Finally, I have to commend the hotel's human touch – the front desk staff at check-in and check-out were so professional and thoughtful, their tone and communication made me feel very comfortable. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance! I didn't originally take many photos, just two because the room was so bright and comfortable, but it seems three are needed for a review, so I've added one of my beloved Zhou Shen.

The Hefei Binhu Fomao Hotel truly delivers on both quality and service! The grand lobby with its gilded dome and the 'influencer-worthy' staircase are incredibly photogenic. The rooms are spacious and smart, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the King Koil mattress, TOTO bathroom fixtures, and the all-in-one washer/dryer. The butler-style service is warm and attentive. If you're coming to Hefei, you should definitely stay at the Binhu Fomao.

I specifically booked a children's room, which was decorated in a charming, thoughtful way, with safe and complete facilities. The room had soft lighting, was spotlessly clean everywhere, and the bedding was soft and fluffy, with comfortable pillows and duvets that felt great against the skin, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again next time and have already recommended it to my friends.

Three families traveling together booked a three-bedroom apartment, and the front desk was incredibly thoughtful, giving us a free upgrade to a deluxe three-bedroom suite. The 108 sqm space was spacious and airy, with 3 bedrooms, a separate living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It easily accommodated 6 people without feeling cramped, offering both privacy and a comfortable space for gathering. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. This was a lifesaver when traveling with kids, allowing us to heat up food and do laundry – it really felt like a home away from home. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the Government Affairs District. Swan Lake is just across the road, perfect for walks, taking the kids out, and enjoying the scenery. Major shopping malls like Wanda, Intime, and MixC are all within walking distance, making dining, shopping, and leisurely strolls incredibly convenient. Getting around was a breeze. The service was warm and attentive. The front desk was responsive and had a great attitude. With 24-hour reception and secure access control, we felt very safe and secure. The apartment also offers amenities like an indoor pool, a children's play area, and a gym, ensuring everyone in the family found something enjoyable to do. This is definitely our top choice for family trips or friends traveling together. The space, service, and location are all excellent, and the value for money is outstanding.
