"Very satisfied! They even upgraded our room! Everything was perfect, except for the air conditioning being too warm. The service was excellent – very friendly and attentive.
The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Huaihai Pedestrian Street. There are several Kawa Coffee shops and Zhanji Taosu within a few steps. It's really easy to get around.
Next door to the hotel is Intime Department Store, which had a promotion: 200 off for every 1000 spent. I couldn't resist and ended up buying L'Occitane, Diptyque perfume, and a bunch of other stuff. Left with a haul!"

Hygiene: Absolutely top-notch, no complaints whatsoever. Even the bathtub was spotless!
Environment: Centrally located, the geographical position is excellent. Dining and other amenities are incredibly convenient. It's very close to Baogong Park and Gu Xiaoyaojin, both within a 15-minute walk!
Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. They gave us a high-floor room and even provided complimentary breakfast and a small fridge magnet souvenir. Overall, the check-in experience was fantastic!"

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. Jiajia's service was warm, thoughtful, and responsive. The breakfast was varied and delicious! The value for money was excellent, and the attention to detail was evident in every detail. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

GGuest UserThe hotel rooms are all on the 42th floor or above. Ours was on the 52th and my kid was super happy with that. Great view of the surrounding area. Service was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the over crowded swimming pool (prob. b/c in July) shared with a gym not afflicted with the hotel. If you don't plan to use the pool, then I would highly recommend this place.

The first impression upon entering the room was 'new' and 'smart'. The room was incredibly spacious with a modern and elegant design that instantly made me feel relaxed. The best part was the full-room smart control system; lighting, curtains, and air conditioning could all be conveniently managed via a control panel. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, offering a wonderful sense of embrace that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well-designed, and the rain shower provided a rich, dense stream of water that washed away all fatigue. Furthermore, the high-definition large-screen TV and high-quality minibar added significantly to the overall experience.

YYimuyimuThe hotel recommended by a friend said it was very close to the airport. When I checked in, the front desk asked me about my preferences. Since my cervical spondylosis was not easy recently, I chatted with my friend and said something casually when I checked in. When I got to the room, I didn't expect the room staff to considerately help me. I was really surprised to receive a latex pillow. The layout and decoration of the room are very special. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The hotel's breakfast is rich and the taste and quality of the food are superb. Every staff member in the hotel greeted me with a smile, which made me feel relaxed and happy. Especially NA Wang Li responded to requests and served patiently. This hotel left a deep and beautiful impression on me. Next time I travel, I will definitely choose here again!

**Location:**
The hotel is situated in the old part of Hefei, about a 25-minute drive from Hefei South Railway Station and 45 minutes from Xinqiao Airport. It's relatively close to popular tourist attractions like Pedestrian Street, Xiaoyaojin Park, and Baohe Park, making it a good choice for sightseers. There's a bus stop right across the street that goes to Shushan Park, but there's no subway nearby, so getting around mainly involves taxis (which are very affordable in Hefei).
**Facilities:**
The hotel lobby is spacious with high ceilings and a business-oriented decor. The public areas are well-maintained and clean. The rooms are quite large with a reasonable layout; our room even had a view of the Xiaoyaojin Ferris wheel. The bedding was comfortable. Soundproofing, however, was a bit of an issue. We could clearly hear doors closing in the hallway and conversations without any significant dampening, which disturbed our rest. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and every room comes with a bathtub, which our child loved. The shower water pressure was just average. While the room facilities are complete, they generally show signs of age. Despite being well-maintained, you can tell it's a hotel that's been open for ten years. There's also a heated swimming pool on the 5th floor, but I didn't have time to try it this trip.
**Service:**
Surprisingly, there were no staff members at the hotel entrance to help open car doors or assist with luggage. During my stay, I even witnessed a security guard arguing loudly and swearing for nearly ten minutes without anyone intervening. Other service aspects were pretty good, though. When I went to the lobby bar for ice for my bloodshot eyes, or asked for drawing paper and kids' toiletries for my child, my requests were quickly met. I didn't try the hotel breakfast, so I can't comment on its quality, nor did I use the complimentary drink vouchers. However, finding breakfast nearby is very convenient. There's a Sanhe Noodle shop to the left, a fresh market across the street, and many breakfast stalls right outside the hotel entrance.
**Overall:**
Considering everything, the hotel offers excellent value for money.
