We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hefei Lujiang Chunian Cultural Resort Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and attentive service. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful – peaceful, green and very relaxing. It feels like a little escape from everyday life, with stunning scenery and a wonderful atmosphere. It was especially lovely to simply walk around the resort and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out. We also really enjoyed the food. There was a great selection, everything was fresh and delicious, and the quality was excellent. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, excellent service, comfortable rooms and delicious food made our stay truly special. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway! ❤️

Cayla, one of the staff members, was incredibly thoughtful. She called me before my check-in to ask about my preferences and arranged a high-floor room in advance. The view was expansive, the backyard garden scenery was pleasant, and the room was clean. The KingKoil mattress provided a comfortable sleep, and it came with a large bathtub and high-quality toiletries. It was a fantastic experience.

The hotel rooms are all on the 42th floor or above. Ours was on the 52th and my kid was super happy with that. Great view of the surrounding area. Service was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the over crowded swimming pool (prob. b/c in July) shared with a gym not afflicted with the hotel. If you don't plan to use the pool, then I would highly recommend this place.

The Hefei Binhu Fomao Hotel truly delivers on both quality and service! The grand lobby with its gilded dome and the 'influencer-worthy' staircase are incredibly photogenic. The rooms are spacious and smart, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the King Koil mattress, TOTO bathroom fixtures, and the all-in-one washer/dryer. The butler-style service is warm and attentive. If you're coming to Hefei, you should definitely stay at the Binhu Fomao.

The hotel recommended by a friend said it was very close to the airport. When I checked in, the front desk asked me about my preferences. Since my cervical spondylosis was not easy recently, I chatted with my friend and said something casually when I checked in. When I got to the room, I didn't expect the room staff to considerately help me. I was really surprised to receive a latex pillow. The layout and decoration of the room are very special. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The hotel's breakfast is rich and the taste and quality of the food are superb. Every staff member in the hotel greeted me with a smile, which made me feel relaxed and happy. Especially NA Wang Li responded to requests and served patiently. This hotel left a deep and beautiful impression on me. Next time I travel, I will definitely choose here again!

Choosing this hotel for my trip to Hefei was such a smart decision! It's right next to Xiaoyaojin Park, so I could walk to the park and Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street. The lobby is spacious and grand, and the public areas are very well-maintained. My room was neat and clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and the service was attentive. The lobby bar even has entertainment facilities and offers brunch, which is fantastic. The hotel also has its own heated pool and gym, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hefei!

The service was excellent and very welcoming. Check-in was super fast, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast which was delicious. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable.

You can order food in the hotel, the price is relatively reasonable, and it is also convenient to eat outside the hotel. The bathing area is also suitable for bringing children to play. The large and small pools are very convenient. There are fruits and drinks in the rest area on the second floor. You can rest in the lobby, there is a place for children to play, and there is also a smoking room. It is a good place for leisure bathing. Compared with other places around, No. 1 Spring is worth coming!

The overall decoration of the hotel is quite good, but the air conditioner is too bad. It can only heat. It is not recommended to turn on the air conditioner when it is hot. The suite we stayed in was not close to the outside and the windows were all in the lobby. I felt that the air circulation was not very good. It may be that during the Spring Festival, there were not enough service staff and the service was average. However, I think the overall room design and price are very cost-effective.
