Hefei Hotels with Pools

This place is very comfortable. The air is so good that there is nothing to say. When you open the window in the morning, you will see green eyes. The mountains are quiet and you can hear insects and birds. The hotel hardware is good, there are some, the staff is also enthusiastic, and they laugh when they meet. The housekeeper Xiao Wang has a quick response to any needs. It will not be boring during the day. The hotel has arranged a lot of hand-made experiences, making incense cards, folding fans, printing, papermaking, and eight-section brocade and ceramic hand-made. If you don't want to do it, you can go to the gym to do activities, or make a cup of tea and sit in a daze. The air in the mountains is humid and the room is equipped with a dehumidifier, which is still very good. The room has a set of dinners, and the restaurant tastes very good. There is a stream nearby, which is very suitable for bringing a baby to play in the water. The baby doesn't want to leave. It is a place that can make people completely relax, and stay quietly for two days, and feel that the whole person has slowed down.

The room was spotless, with perfect amenities: underfloor heating, air conditioning, a humidifier, a lush potted plant, and wooden furniture throughout. The bathroom was enormous, with a bathtub and shower. The towels were thick, and the disposable toiletries were of high quality. I loved the rustic yet luxurious feel. The only downside was that both pillows were too soft; most high-end guesthouses and chain hotels like Atour offer one firm and one soft pillow, or latex pillows. Perhaps because it was winter, the welcome fruit was rather ordinary. The restaurant was next door, like a five-star establishment, but the prices were reasonable. The crispy rice with sauce was 38 yuan and tasted good. The service was slightly unprofessional and lacked enthusiasm. The room included many special activities, but the front desk neither introduced them nor reminded us; we had to ask for them ourselves. We didn't even get to try the frisbee, which was a bit of a shame. There's a small lake nearby, perfect for walks. Under the blue sky, the sun was warm, red plum blossoms were in full bloom, and birds were singing—very relaxing. The fishing activity was more interesting than expected; both the children and adults were happy, probably because they caught fish. It would probably be even more fun in the summer.

From the very beginning, Sun Xue Fei went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and special experience. They even added me on WeChat to help with communication, offering translation services to make everything seamless. The room was beautifully decorated to celebrate our 3rd anniversary, with thoughtful touches that made us feel incredibly special. We were especially grateful for their quick response to our last-minute request for a cot for our 2-year-old son. Originally, we hadn’t planned for him to join us, but since we couldn’t find a nanny, the hotel accommodated us wonderfully with the cot, making the stay even more comfortable. We are so thankful for their personalized service and for making our anniversary so memorable. Emerald Lake Hotel truly exemplifies hospitality at its finest. This is a beautiful and thoughtful hotel. From the front desk service to the butler and the quality of the restaurant's food, you can feel the systematic training and careful attention to detail. It's considered a high-standard new hotel in Hefei. When checking out, I wrote a blessing on a red ribbon, wishing them continued success.

Facilities: Not bad Hygiene: Not bad Environment: Pretty nice, but it would be better if the windows in the corridor were open. The smell of grass blowing from the trees in the garden must be very nice. Service: Very good.

After booking the room, the housekeeper will add WeChat in advance to make arrangements. Any problems during the stay will be handled by the corresponding staff. The breakfast and lunch are really rich, and 2 adults and 1 child can't finish them. Dinner is ordered, and melon seeds and peanuts are also delivered after dinner. It's so comfortable with a cup of black tea. The farm allows free feeding of small animals, boating, swings, slides, and tents. The children made a ceramic bowl and wrote their names on it. Will the meals be more delicious in the future? 😋, after picking vegetables, I took the rice wine sent by the farm home. I will come again next time when spring comes.

Express check in and check out. The room on the 16th floor is large. With 2 comfortable beds. A veranda balcony with large sofa. Room with wooden floor, preferred over carpets. I don't have high marks because. Behind the reception there was a group of about 10 people, some of them drunk screaming shirtless. Why didn't hotel security intervene? Shower water does not adjust well. Too hot or too cold. The sink faucet has little water and almost clogged. Connecting to the Internet is too complicated. In other hotels you only need a username and password

The hotel's location is excellent, making getting around incredibly convenient. It's surrounded by a well-developed transportation network, right next to main roads, so taking a taxi or public transport is a breeze. Getting to business districts, attractions, or office areas doesn't take much time at all. There's also a dedicated parking lot right in front of the hotel with plenty of spaces, so self-driving guests don't have to worry about parking. This ensures smooth entry and exit, greatly boosting travel efficiency, and is perfect for both business travelers and tourists.

The room is beautiful and well-equipped. Downstairs, there's a large garden and an artificial lake. The hotel's buffet offers a wide variety of food, it's not crowded, and there's plenty of seating. The hotel is very close to attractions like the Anhui Science and Technology Museum, Museum of Famous Figures, Art Museum, and the Crossing the Yangtze River Battle Memorial Hall, as well as Chaohu Lake. There's a subway station nearby and a Wanda commercial area, making it convenient for dining. The service is excellent; I'll definitely book here again next time. They even gave us fruit and bottled water when we checked out, which was a thoughtful touch.

Room was well attended to, cleaning was regular and thorough. Air conditioner in the room could be slow to be effective (extra keycard to constantly power the room while it was unoccupied was needed during the summer stay), breakfast buffet was passable but generally unexceptional.
