They even upgraded our room for free so we could check in sooner, which was a huge help since we were traveling with seniors and children. The room itself was spacious and very clean, featuring a smart toilet, disposable facial towels, and a smart speaker for controlling everything. The TV was enormous! The cleaning staff on our floor were also very kind. The complimentary foot bath was a nice touch, and breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. Plus, there's a Phoenix Theater downstairs where you can catch musicals."

The noise control was outstanding; even though my floor was close to the elevator, there was practically no noise inside the room. I could work late and rest undisturbed.
