"The hotel has been newly renovated, and the facilities are quite complete. However, it's a hotel converted from an office building, so the soundproofing isn't great; I could clearly hear conversations from next door. The location is pretty good though – just 100 meters out, cross the sky bridge at night, and there's a street food night market.
The cleanliness was decent, but the bathroom had a slight odor when I first entered the room.
The environment was okay.
The service was enthusiastic. Even though I arrived early and my reserved room wasn't ready, they offered to upgrade my room if I waited half an hour. In the end, it was still the room I originally booked, which wasn't a big deal. However, the noise from conversations and laughter next door at noon made it impossible to rest. After only a few minutes in the room, I asked to switch, and they eventually moved me to a room with a mahjong machine."

Health is also very good, it is very convenient to order takeaway. It is the tail room. There is a little want to ventilate and avoid light. You can choose a window opposite the mall. The window can be attached to a layer of anti-peep film."

JJinfeng666This is my first time traveling to Hefei and I have been choosing one on Ctrip for a long time. Because I like to enjoy the beautiful scenery while drinking tea. I was immediately attracted by the hotel's large lake-view terrace and booked a hotel stay for two days. We were not disappointed, the hotel is surrounded by gardens and is shared by several hotels. The artificial lake outside the window is filled with refreshing light. You can drink tea and chat on the terrace and enjoy a pleasant afternoon. Shopping in the surrounding area is also very convenient. You can go to Sunac Mao for shopping and dining in about 10 minutes' walk. Mia at the hotel was very welcoming and tried her best to help us. She also thoughtfully ordered afternoon tea for us☕️. There were not many people, and I had a good impression of the white wine and cheese. Thank you 🙏

MM220538****My first stay at the hotel was excellent. The hotel parking lot was large with plenty of spaces, making parking very convenient. The lobby was very upscale, with luxurious European-style decor. The front desk staff were very polite, and check-in was quick. Feifei at the front desk was particularly helpful, patiently introducing the hotel and nearby restaurants and attractions. There's a street nearby with restaurants and supermarkets, which is quite convenient. It's also close to the city center, and the hotel has its own unmanned convenience store. The room was also very nice, with a beautiful view of Chaohu Lake. Enjoying afternoon tea on the balcony was a real treat. The room was spacious, much larger than similar hotels, and the bathroom was also large with a bathtub and all the amenities were complete. Taking a walk in the lakeside garden was lovely; the air was fresh, and the breeze was very pleasant. The hotel even provided fruit upon our return in the evening, a thoughtful touch. The zero-pressure bedding was very comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. The breakfast the next day was also very plentiful, with a wide variety of choices, and I was very satisfied.

Was kindly upgraded to the lake view room, appreciate. 5 min walking from nearest metreo staion as well as a big shopping mall. it also near a big theme park. about 15min walking to the lake side park. plenty of the varieties in the breakfast. very value for the money for the price paid.
