Every time I visit Hefei, I stay here, and I'll definitely be back. The overall stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel terrace is a highlight, with comfortable rocking chairs where you can relax and enjoy the breeze. The afternoon tea snacks and drinks were delicious, and enjoying them on the terrace with a view really enhanced the ambiance. "First time in Hefei, all for my own enjoyment, haha! Facilities: First of all, I really have to praise the hotel's soundproof windows. Since it's facing the street, I was worried it would be noisy at night, but once the windows were closed, I couldn't hear a thing. Cleanliness: The room had great natural light, and the bed was spotless. I'm the type who gets goosebumps if I sleep in unclean things. Environment: It's near a shopping mall, so food delivery is very convenient and fast. The hotel also helps with picking up and sending packages, which is a huge convenience for those with lots of stuff. Service: The hotel uses facial recognition, so you don't need a key card, which is great. No worries about losing your room card; just scan your face to enter. Excellent! In summary, this trip to Hefei was wonderful – I slept well and ate delicious takeout."

This is my first time traveling to Hefei and I have been choosing one on Ctrip for a long time. Because I like to enjoy the beautiful scenery while drinking tea. I was immediately attracted by the hotel's large lake-view terrace and booked a hotel stay for two days. We were not disappointed, the hotel is surrounded by gardens and is shared by several hotels. The artificial lake outside the window is filled with refreshing light. You can drink tea and chat on the terrace and enjoy a pleasant afternoon. Shopping in the surrounding area is also very convenient. You can go to Sunac Mao for shopping and dining in about 10 minutes' walk. Mia at the hotel was very welcoming and tried her best to help us. She also thoughtfully ordered afternoon tea for us☕️. There were not many people, and I had a good impression of the white wine and cheese. Thank you 🙏

The hotel decoration is very unique, with many landscape paintings and an ancient flavor. The rooms are fully equipped, clean and hygienic, no noise, no odor. It is next to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Medical University, so it is convenient to see a doctor and visit patients.

The European-style hallway is absolutely stunning! With its domed frescoes and marble floors, it feels like stepping into a European palace – every photo is a masterpiece. Although the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are clean and the service is attentive. My only complaint is that the room's carpet had a damp smell due to its age.

A nice hotel for a relax stay. Was kindly upgraded to the lake view room, appreciate. 5 min walking from nearest metreo staion as well as a big shopping mall. it also near a big theme park. about 15min walking to the lake side park. plenty of the varieties in the breakfast. very value for the money for the price paid.
