GGuest UserVisited Hefei during the May Day holiday and staying at The Langham was an absolute delight! Before I even checked in, my dedicated butler, Jane, proactively reached out to confirm my needs. Throughout my stay, she was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in on my experience, and always reliable. Any issues were promptly resolved, showing her meticulous and thoughtful service. I felt completely secure and well-cared for at the hotel. The environment is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and it's super convenient for getting around and finding food. If you're coming to Hefei, The Langham is definitely the place to choose!

The room was clean, well-organized, and new.
The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied.
The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important.
By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff.
Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.

GGuest UserThe front desk who checked in was very welcoming and generous, and even gave us snacks! The room is clean, tidy and quiet. It is only two subway stops away from Hefei South Station. There is Baoheyuan subway exit nearby within a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient. Five-star recommendation!

Hygienic: very clean, preferred for business trips
Environment: small and fresh feeling, suitable for young people

GGuest UserThis was a fantastic stay for me for a day. I had a train to catch the next day morning from the station and I could not believe that this hotel was so so good! The room size was big, very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to take a didi ride and I could not figure out the way, the staff came all the way near the ride point and showed me the directions. Its not one of those cheap and just sleep and go sort of hotels. Its a very comfortable and well run hotel. The only downside I would say is they dont have inhouse breakfast but they give you a voucher to use in a nearby food shop in the station. And thats something you can do on your own. So I dont see a merit in booking a room with breakfast but overall the stay was very pleasant, very relaxing and to be honest, I was blown away by the quality of my stay!

AAnonymous UserThe room was quite nice and very clean; even the towels on the floor were very white. The shower gel came in small bottles, which made me feel safe using it. The only drawback was the hairdryer, which was too weak and got too hot after a while, causing it to shut off automatically.

GGuest UserThe location is okay for concerts, about a 30-minute walk. However, there is construction nearby, which makes it noisy. The renovation is probably quite old, and some of the design is not very reasonable. There is no full-length mirror, and the sink does not have a trash can. Also, people will slip small cards into the room at night. The room itself is quite large.
