The room was spacious and clean, with great views from the high floor. The bedding was soft and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful sleep. Jane provided attentive service, contacting me in advance to make arrangements and responding quickly to my requests. The location is convenient for getting around, the breakfast selection is rich, and the amenities are complete, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure. I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei.

The room was clean, well-organized, and new.
The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied.
The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important.
By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff.
Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.

There is Baoheyuan subway exit nearby within a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient. Five-star recommendation!

GGuest UserThis trip to Hefei was a little special for me. Although I was traveling with my mother in her 50s, I also wanted to spend time with my boyfriend who lives in China, so I ended up booking two separate rooms at the same hotel.
At first, I hesitated, but it turned out to be a great decision. By reserving two rooms in the same hotel, my mother could rest comfortably in her own space, and I was able to spend time with my boyfriend according to our schedule without making anyone feel uncomfortable. What I appreciated most was being able to respect and balance both relationships — family and partner.
The hotel staff handled the check-in process and room assignments smoothly, and both rooms were clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Having two rooms in the same hotel also made it very convenient to move around and go back and forth as needed.
For anyone traveling with family while also needing some personal time, this arrangement can definitely be a thoughtful and practical option.
There seem to be slightly more international visitors than Korean tourists in Hefei, so I decided to write this review in English.

The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet modern design. The bedding was comfortable, and the hot water was fast with good pressure. The service was good and responsive. The only drawbacks were the average soundproofing, as I could occasionally hear noise from the corridor, and the facilities were quite basic. Breakfast options were limited, and the value for money was just alright, making it suitable for a transitional stay.

GGuest UserThe location is okay for concerts, about a 30-minute walk. However, there is construction nearby, which makes it noisy. The renovation is probably quite old, and some of the design is not very reasonable. There is no full-length mirror, and the sink does not have a trash can. Also, people will slip small cards into the room at night. The room itself is quite large.
