Hefei Hotels with Balcony

This place is very comfortable. The air is so good that there is nothing to say. When you open the window in the morning, you will see green eyes. The mountains are quiet and you can hear insects and birds. The hotel hardware is good, there are some, the staff is also enthusiastic, and they laugh when they meet. The housekeeper Xiao Wang has a quick response to any needs. It will not be boring during the day. The hotel has arranged a lot of hand-made experiences, making incense cards, folding fans, printing, papermaking, and eight-section brocade and ceramic hand-made. If you don't want to do it, you can go to the gym to do activities, or make a cup of tea and sit in a daze. The air in the mountains is humid and the room is equipped with a dehumidifier, which is still very good. The room has a set of dinners, and the restaurant tastes very good. There is a stream nearby, which is very suitable for bringing a baby to play in the water. The baby doesn't want to leave. It is a place that can make people completely relax, and stay quietly for two days, and feel that the whole person has slowed down.

I highly recommend the Emerald Lake Hotel in Hefei! Our stay during our wedding anniversary was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible service provided by the manager, Sun Xue Fei, and the entire hotel team. From the very beginning, Sun Xue Fei went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and special experience. They even added me on WeChat to help with communication, offering translation services to make everything seamless. The room was beautifully decorated to celebrate our 3rd anniversary, with thoughtful touches that made us feel incredibly special. We were especially grateful for their quick response to our last-minute request for a cot for our 2-year-old son. Originally, we hadn’t planned for him to join us, but since we couldn’t find a nanny, the hotel accommodated us wonderfully with the cot, making the stay even more comfortable. We are so thankful for their personalized service and for making our anniversary so memorable. Emerald Lake Hotel truly exemplifies hospitality at its finest. There is no shower cabin. It is hard to take shower and impossible to use toilet after the shower. And the place is brand new! The cleanless is not great. There were hairs on the toilet ground, I had to remove them myself… Also the room cleaning is not 10/10.

This is a beautiful and thoughtful hotel. From the front desk service to the butler and the quality of the restaurant's food, you can feel the systematic training and careful attention to detail. It's considered a high-standard new hotel in Hefei. When checking out, I wrote a blessing on a red ribbon, wishing them continued success.

I've never experienced waking up in the middle of the night because it was too hot in a hotel. The power went out in the middle of the night, I couldn't charge my phone, and the toilet wouldn't flush. I called the front desk and was told the power would be back on by 8 or 9 AM. It was still off at 9 AM, so I had to walk down 16 flights of stairs using the emergency exit. The stairwell was pitch black, the emergency lights weren't working, and there were no floor markers above the fourth floor. Absolutely terrible!

Facilities: Not bad Hygiene: Not bad Environment: Pretty nice, but it would be better if the windows in the corridor were open. The smell of grass blowing from the trees in the garden must be very nice. Service: Very good.

The quilt is a little small for two people to sleep in. The faucet in the toilet is fixed and installed too high, which is not friendly to girls. The most important thing is that they do not provide drinking water. You have to buy it from the convenience store downstairs and bring it up every day. The landlord's service attitude was very good and enthusiastic. He picked us up at the door and took us to the parking lot (because the parking lot was like a maze)

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

For any hotel location is the key, and although this is located right by the amusement park and water park and chao lake. It doesn’t have good directions or take good care of the walkways to allow people to walk unhindered. A shuttle bus to local spots should be provided. Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.

My stay at the Vienna International Hotel Hefei Binhu Tangxihe Park Metro Station Branch was an absolute delight! 💯 First of all, the location is superb, just steps from the metro station. Nearby shopping malls and restaurants offer everything you could need, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. For those driving, there's 24-hour free parking, so there's no need to worry about anything. The front desk staff were exceptionally attentive, handling check-in and check-out with lightning speed, and even providing helpful tips on nearby attractions. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, with soft and comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The breakfast selection was also excellent, offering a variety of options, including Chinese porridge, pastries, and steamed buns, as well as Western bread and coffee. 💐 Overall, it's incredibly good value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hefei! [Thumbs up]
