MMidashenWe had an early flight the next day and chose Wanxuan near the airport. Since we were traveling with family, hygiene is very important. This shop was really clean, and the owner was also very nice. We drove from Nanjing for four days and were worried about running out of battery when we got back. The owner's wife charged our battery the morning we arrived, and there was no parking fee for all four days. It was really great, highly recommended.

NNayimolan～The old Yangtze River Hotel before the Yi Hotel, I was very satisfied with my stay. The check-in procedure at the front desk was very fast and the service was enthusiastic. Because we came to Hefei with our one-year-old granddaughter and there were a lot of things. There was a little staff member who helped us carry our luggage. , I really feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich and tastes good!

The young lady at the front desk was super attentive and would take the initiative to say hello. The check-in was quick. The hotel facilities are complete, cost-effective, wifi is powerful, the environment is good, the location is good, shopping and eating nearby Convenient, in the city center, the room is very good, I like it very much, especially the cleanliness and tidyness, you can live at ease, there is also a laundry room, a very satisfactory stay experience, recommended! ! ! Moreover, the room is consistent with the pictures, and the decoration style is very popular. You can stay at ease, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The sound insulation is good, the air conditioner is cool, and I slept soundly. I didn’t eat when I came here. The lady at the front desk gave you yogurt and snacks. She is very careful🤣

GGuest UserThe Country Garden Hotel is modeled after the Venetian Hotel, so magnificent! The hotel service is really good. When I made the reservation, the salesperson called me. Then I asked for a lake view, and it really came true. I could really see Chaohu Lake on the 6th floor. I was excited. The bed was very comfortable, a 2-meter big bed, which was OK for a family of three. The breakfast and dinner were also delicious. The only drawback was that the shower drain was too blocked.

The most important thing is that they do not provide drinking water. You have to buy it from the convenience store downstairs and bring it up every day. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and I was really satisfied with the hot water. Dining options nearby were also quite convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm back. It offers excellent value for money.

AAnonymous UserOur two-night stay in the courtyard room was quite relaxing and enjoyable. The environment was lovely, the restaurant served delicious food, and there's a spot for fishing. Although the courtyard was small, it was very cozy to sit in and perfect for taking photos. The butler service was excellent; they were always responsive and answered all our questions. During the holiday season, it was evident that the staff were working very hard. My family had a good rest, and the children had a great time, so overall, I gave it a positive rating.
However! Compared to other guesthouses of similar or even lower price points, when fully booked, their capacity to handle guests clearly fell short. For example, our room was still being cleaned close to the 3 PM check-in time. During check-in, the staff were so busy they couldn't even offer water. There was also a lack of staff guidance from parking to check-in and luggage assistance. At 9 PM, the hot water ran out halfway through my shower, forcing a cold one, and there was no prior warning that this could be an issue (I reported it to the butler, but received no follow-up beyond an apology). At dinner, many guests at the restaurant were kept waiting for their dishes. The layout of the courtyard room wasn't very practical; one side of the electric screen curtain was broken, and there were quite a few mosquitoes. Although I asked the butler for insect repellent, it really should have been provided proactively.
It was also a bit disappointing that the complimentary 'goodnight sweet soup' had to be picked up from the restaurant. Information about activities at the activity center was only available upon direct inquiry. The painted fan activity advertised was no longer available, yet it was still listed on the blackboard and promoted online. In reality, there weren't many activities to do.
If service quality cannot be guaranteed, why not open fewer rooms and focus more on service quality? I hope the hotel management considers improvements for the future. Overall, I found it acceptable, but it didn't quite live up to the hype, especially considering the value for money during the holiday season.

GGuest UserA lovely opportunity to experience Chinese hospitality. I stayed with my cat and we felt very welcome. The owner is very attentive and looks well after his guests. It is good to know that the reception is in the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A quiet area and house, just perfect if you need a good rest or travel with an anxious pet.
