My stay at the Grand Hyatt Hefei had both its pros and cons, which were quite noticeable. What I loved most were the views and the facilities. The hotel offers a fantastic panorama, with expansive views outside the window that are beautiful both day and night. Just relaxing in the room and enjoying the scenery was incredibly soothing. The facilities also lived up to Grand Hyatt's usual standards – the hardware was relatively new and well-maintained, making everything very convenient to use. The breakfast was a major highlight. There was a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, offering plenty of choices. The food tasted great too, so I started my mornings feeling very satisfied. On the other hand, the service was a bit more average. It wasn't bad, but there wasn't anything particularly outstanding either. Overall, it felt pretty standard, lacking that memorable warmth and proactiveness. In summary, if you prioritize views, facilities, and breakfast, the Grand Hyatt Hefei is definitely worth a stay. However, if you have high expectations for service, you might find it a bit underwhelming.

Choosing the right hotel for a trip to Hefei is crucial! This time, I picked the Lisi Future Hotel, right by Swan Lake. Taking an evening stroll along the lake to watch the sunset was incredibly therapeutic. Plus, Wanda Plaza downstairs means you'll never run out of dining options – the location is absolutely fantastic. The room design is very futuristic, and the smart devices were a joy to use. It was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh. The concierge was patient and thorough, always ready to answer any questions. Self-check-in was smooth from start to finish, no waiting in line. Stayed two nights and had a perfect experience; all my friends asked where I booked it. Superb experience!

I recently stayed at the InterContinental Hefei and had an excellent experience. It is currently one of the best hotels in Hefei in terms of overall quality and service. Location The hotel sits right by Swan Lake in the government district. The lake and city skyline views from the rooms are stunning, especially at night. It’s directly opposite Yintai in77, so shopping and dining are very convenient. The high-speed railway south station is only about 15 minutes away by car. Service This is where the hotel really shines. The staff are consistently warm, professional, and proactive. The concierge helped with luggage and doors, and the guest relations team reached out in advance, offered a room upgrade, and stayed responsive throughout the stay. Small requests were handled quickly and thoughtfully. The service level feels genuinely attentive. Room The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the soundproofing was good. My lake-view room had large windows with a beautiful outlook. The bathroom is generous in size and includes a bathtub — a nice touch for relaxing after a day out. Welcome fruit and drinks were provided upon arrival. Breakfast Breakfast is a clear highlight. The selection is wide (both Chinese and Western options, including some local Anhui specialties), the quality is high, and the food is fresh. It’s one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in Hefei. Facilities The indoor pool is clean and temperature-controlled, with pleasant views. The gym is well-equipped. Overall facilities match the five-star standard. In summary, the combination of excellent location, outstanding service, comfortable rooms, and strong breakfast makes this hotel a top choice in Hefei. I would happily stay here again and recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

The receptionist was very welcoming and even gave us snacks. The restaurant's breakfast selection was also quite extensive and delicious.

This trip randomly chose this hotel, the overall experience far exceeded my psychological expectations. The overall environmental sanitation is very meticulous, there are no dead ends, the front desk staff is warm and polite, the check-in and check-out process is very fast, there are many choices for eating, drinking and playing around, it is also very convenient to travel and take a taxi, and the overall price/performance ratio is full. I chose to stay at The Langham Hefei for Eric Chou's concert, and my experience exceeded expectations. Mindy, a staff member, arranged the room perfectly in advance, and the front desk even gave me concert merchandise, making my check-in very pleasant. The hotel is super close to the concert venue, about a 5-minute walk, and I could even hear Eric Chou's concert rehearsal from the hotel – it was so exciting! After the concert, returning to the hotel, they thoughtfully prepared ginger tea to ward off the evening chill, showing incredible attention to detail and warmth. The room was comfortable and quiet, the location was convenient for getting around, and the service was attentive throughout. Such thoughtfulness made me feel incredibly warm, and they even helped arrange a late check-out! 👍 I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I come to Hefei for a concert!

This is an extended one-day booking; please refer to the previous review. There are many unique restaurants around the hotel that can be reached in about twenty minutes using a shared e-scooter. I've tried the restaurants to the south, west, and north of the hotel, and I'm very satisfied.

The rooms are clean, the environment is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food, and the breakfast is clean and delicious. The in-room facilities are also well-equipped. Parking is convenient, and it's easy to get around. The soundproofing in the rooms is also quite good. I'll definitely come back again.
