There was no parking space at the ground level. The underground parking lot is shared with other hotels. The elevator entrance is full. It does not lead directly to the hotel. You need to go around the elevator with your suitcases, which is a bit inconvenient. I came here for the eLong brand, but I'm a little disappointed.

Here is a small suggestion for the hotel. I drive a tram, so I prefer a hotel with a charging pile, but from the time I arrived at the hotel until I checked out the next day, the two charging piles were occupied by oil cars, and the charging piles were useless. I hope the hotel can consider leaving the charging pile parking space for the tram for car owners who need to charge!

The hotel impressed us by its cleaniness and convenient location, as it’s a newly built one. Staffs are friendly and treated us nicely, although they cannot speak English well but still try their best efforts to explain to us. We booked a room for three people and only 2 breakfast offered in the original booking, but when we reached at the hotel the receptionist told us we can all enjoy the breaskfast without paying for one more. Very supportive and a big plus to the customer service. Breakfast offers various dishes with both Chinese and Western styles. This hotel would defenitely oan ideal choice when we come back to Heifei in the future.

Very pleasant experience overall. The room was very clean and had a lot of free gifts that are generally paid for elsewhere. Breakfast was a little sparse but had the usual noodle bar and just enough variety. The only thing lacking was decent coffee. Special mention to the guy manning the reception desk who was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again.
