The hotel was good. Very friendly staff. Room was big. The heated toilet is a waste of energy in my view (not good for environment), so a minus point. The location is in a poor and dirty area of the city, but good access to train stations.

還提前打電話説房間給預留了 感覺你們服務還挺到位的。 但是到店後你們給的是對着緊急出口的房間 哎 這也不説了 洗手池下水一直嘟嘟嘟的響 還有 不知是外面還是樓上 有像大鐵門一樣的聲音 吱吱吱的頻繁的響 讓人煩心又害怕 退房後還發短訊要好評 反饋了問題之後就沒回音了 你説説 這樣服務能做好嗎

住這麼多漢庭 第一次遇到這種情況 很垃圾….
我們總共定了四間房
首先到店的時候 説續房到兩點要交費（ok這個我理解 ）昨天説的兩點30元 今天問成50了 繼續追問變成25-30一小時 我想知道續房錢也是固定的吧 也不能一下25一下30 説多少就是多少 直接退了換酒店了 （後面直接沒回我訊息了）
入住情況 沐浴露洗髮水都不是一次性的 三百多一晚上也不算便宜了 隔音效果很差 晚上還能聽到隔壁人説話
這個價格可以選擇別的酒店了 其他漢庭也不是這樣
想要住的更舒適可以選擇其他漢庭

房間是還可以，但是我住的臨街的房間，很不隔音，樓下就是天貓和途虎養車，早上開始就能陸續聽到街上的嘈雜聲，整體房間隔音太差，大晚上的樓下一有人掃共享單車的那個聲音就能聽得一清二楚

衞生打掃的很好，最好的是服務態度！！不管是前台還是保潔。態度都好好，服務也好好，走的時候前台小姐姐還給了礦泉水和小禮品，下次出去玩還住這家酒店
