這個酒店的環境優雅，院子很大，在天鵝湖景區旁邊，裝修精緻。房間乾淨整潔，細節之處盡顯用心。餐飲也非常美味，種類比較豐富。服務很好，房間比較寬敞，很安靜，離地鐵也很近，感覺性價比高。

酒店位於合肥天鵝湖景區邊上，在安徽省新聞媒體中心的大院裏，院門口沒有酒店的標識，開車轉了幾個來回，停在酒店院門口問路人才知道，眼前就是酒店。大院裏停車很方便，也很清凈。酒店房間很大，也很舒適。早餐還可以。

酒店環境好，地理位置優越，美麗的天鵝湖景區就在旁邊。前台接待熱情有禮貌，客房打掃及時，工作人員都很專業，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，床鋪舒適用品貼心，服務細緻用心，是出差和旅行的理想下榻之處。酒店位置很好，交通也很方便，距離機場大巴很近，房間設施都挺好，非常乾淨整潔，床墊非常柔軟舒適，熱水也來得很快，東西都比較齊全，停車場車位比較多，免費停車。前台服務貼心，幫忙延時退房了。

這是我近期以來住過的最好的酒店了，裝飾豪華大氣，衞生條件良好，房間空間很大，窗外風景優美，又是繁華路段，價格實惠，隔音條件良好，雖然有些設施看起來比較老舊了，但是無傷大雅。
唯一有些遺憾的是，我來的時候保安室裏沒人，我找了半天不知道怎麼進來

比較滿意，停車方便和安全，酒店是在安徽報業集團內。房間很大，衞生間是乾濕分離，還有兩個梳洗台。家人可以同時洗漱，空間大。周邊環境也不錯，旁邊就是天鵝湖公園，可以環湖遊，在湖邊就能觀安徽廣電集團—安徽新地標，也可以到安徽博物院，三河古鎮，合柴1972遊玩。一天時間根本不夠，下次找時間繼續慢逛

這家酒店真是物超所值，服務好得沒話説，價格還特別親民，環境也挺不錯的。房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，早餐種類多得讓人挑花眼，小榮小姐姐還幫我升級了房間，真是太感謝了！我得大力推薦給周圍的人。住在這兒感覺特別舒服，從訂房到入住都挺順的。位置也挺好的，去哪兒都方便，周圍啥都有，逛街吃飯都行。酒店的工作人員都特別熱情，待人接物讓人感覺特別温馨，就像回家了一樣。他們對客人特別上心，總是問你需要啥，儘量滿足你的要求。總的來説，這次住得挺開心的，服務、環境、設施都挺到位的，印象分滿分！我肯定會跟朋友們推薦這家酒店，相信他們也會覺得不錯。

當天入住房間有點問題，第二天反映了之後，客服安排保潔重新打掃，後來免費升級了房間，酒店整體還可以，淺眠患者也可以放心入住，隔音效果很好，靠近天鵝湖不遠，非常安靜，地鐵三號線不遠，打車也很方便。
